I wish I could give this business a better rating. To be clear the workers who actually performed the work did their a good job. However I am not pleased with the supervisor of the crew/job. I had an appointment to get my floors redone Tuesday July 6th. I was told when I called a couple of weeks before the work was scheduled that I would receive a call the day before to let me know when the crew would show up so that I could be there to let them into the building and be sure everything was going smoothly. Since the day before my appointment was July 4th (observed) I did not receive that call. Nor did I receive a call the Friday before the holiday or even the morning of the appointment. I had to contact them to finally find out that they were still coming and what time. Then after the crew arrived I was told to at I was supposed to supply the glue that they needed to tile the floor.... A flooring company that does not have the adhesive they need to put down a floor? Ok, as an 8month pregnant woman I went and bought and transported a 4 Gal bucket of glue from Lowe's to the worksite. Then at 7pm I called to get an update as to how things were going because I had not received one and thought it was pretty late for a crew to still be working... at that point I was asked to go and get the carpet trim they needed to use as thresholds for the front door and the end of the new tile. I was never told that I had to provide these for the company until that moment and I was not able to get out and get these to them. And the trim I was sent a link to buy was not the right length and doesn't seem like it will be effective in doing the job it is supposed to. Now I have an unfinished floor (which is also a trip hazard and liability to my business) and am being given the run around by this supervisor because he (Wilson) and the company are too busy to even make a plan to come out and inspect what is going to complete the project. I was told by him that is "why it was so important that I got them the threshold that they needed before they left the site". If it was that important and I was responsible for supplying it why was I not told about it until I contacted him at 7pm the day of the work being done? Now I am being told he can't even think of how or what he would be able to use to fix it and that when they are less busy he will find time to drop by. I do not recommend this business read more

This company is great. They will install flooring even if you bought it somewhere else. I had a stock of vinyl planks that I was dying to get installed, and I received a reasonable quote for a two-man crew, who worked 7 hours on SUNDAY. They ripped up the old 2" layer of ceramic tile, laid down a plywood layer and then my flooring, complete with a matching transition piece (that I did NOT provide), new baseboards and quarter rounds. My kitchen feels brand new with these details. My refrigerator fits more snug into the space allotted now that the floor's been redone. I can't wait to keep cooking! I've already recommended this company to a friend who's looking to get a similar job done. If you want a clean and complete job done on YOUR schedule, give this place a try. You can at least get a free estimate to shop around the competitors. You won't be disappointed. read more

Recently visited PFS looking for bathroom tile. Although the quantity of tile selections is a somewhat limited compared to the larger tile stores, what they do have is very nice. And speaking of nice... EVERYONE I dealt with was very professional and very helpful. I made a purchase and from ordering to delivery, everything went so smoothly. On Monday, 7/29/19, I met with Phila. Flooring Solutions' Jose Aponte. He expertly measured my third floor, created a detailed floor plan, took pictures of anything that might be problematic for the installers, thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions and provided an estimate much lower than a previous "big box" quote. On Friday, 8/2. his very young, but very competent crew arrived and worked almost without a break to install the laminate flooring in two bedrooms and a hallway. Mr. Aponte stopped in to check on the "guys" and to leave care guidance for the floor. When the installation was completed the floors looked amazing. I am extremely pleased to recommend this company most highly. read more

We needed carpet replaced quickly. Wilson came out the day after I called and worked around our schedule. The prices were reasonable, and Wilson provided lots of options of in-stock carpet. He had the carpet installed a little over a week later. The workers who laid the carpet were great, courteous and careful. I highly recommend this company! read more
