He does great work or refers you out to good folks for things not in his expertise. He always seems to do enough to keep your teeth in good shape without any unnecessary expensive procedures. The waiting times for an appointment are always reasonable and he always seems to make time when something is urgent. I highly recommend Dr. Roque.

I was referred here by my regular dentist and met with Dr. Georgeu…read more He did a complete inspection of my teeth and gums, reviewed my x rays and made his recommendation that I have a deep cleaning done. I have to admit that I was pretty nervous.... The ladies in the office gave me all of the information on what my insurance would cover and what I would have to pay out of pocket to get the work done. I ended up being able to book my first appointment within a few days of my initial consultation. This deep cleaning requires local Novocain gel followed by actual shots to keep you numb while they scrape away any tarter / particles / etc. below the gum line. My hygienist (Lori or Laurie?) was super nice, very great at explaining what she would be doing and stopping immediately if I did feel uncomfortable....which luckily only happened once or twice in my three visits! (Approx. 4 hours overall) She definitely put me at ease throughout this entire process and I would highly recommend booking with her for this procedure. I ended up doing three appointments (they do the mouth in 4 sections) and was able to get it all done fairly quickly. I have found the staff to be super nice and very easy to deal with (even when I messed up and showed up on the wrong day! Oops! ) I was told that this procedure really isn't as bad as it sounds and did actually find that to be true! I still need to go for my follow up with the doctor but have alrfound this office to be a great periodontist resource and will gladly return if I need this type of work performed again. Update from follow up Dec. 2017 - everything has gone smoothly and I will now be having my teeth cleaned 4 times per year instead of the usual 2 to help combat the beginnings of gum disease. This office has been very informative and great to deal with all around!

From the first appointment and every follow up they have been running late. When I expressed frustration the first time I was told "it was an emergency and this never happens. It's an oddity that he is running late". The time I asked to be seen because I wasn't sure if the pain I was having was normal I was told I should have called and was made to bad for coming in. Fast forward to all my follow ups and they were late. To the point that today's was rescheduled for over an hour later after I got there. I went back for the "final check" and they couldn't get the cap loose and need a tool they didn't have so now I get to go back yet again! I hope this is the only implant I ever need but regardless I will not go back to this office.

They failed to inform us that when they took over the practice they don't contract with his insurance which is Cigna. We were not informed of any change at all! I'm pursuing this issue to the fullest - already reported to Cigna, Dept. of Consumer affairs, Division of Insurance, Attorney General. My husband asked if they had billed insurance, they lied and said yes, I confirmed with insurance , no claim submitted. He said they basically intimidated him at the door, with the actual dentist leaning over the receptionist's shoulder!

They have since had a revamp in dentists working for the practice (most front desk and hygienists remain the same) and Dr Lopez is AMAZING, and now they are open M-F! Dr Lopez and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, heard and supported. I recommend Dr Lopez to all my friends! Of course the hygienist are some of the kindest people as well! Although I miss the original dentists, the care provided continues to meet my needs, this change has been a blessing in disguise and I am truly enjoying my care here.
