They have a whole dessert room! Crumbl cookies in boxes ready to grab, macarons, candy in jars, candy bars, cupcakes etc. They have a bar with an amazing cocktail menu- and it's all included. I had so many of their craft cocktails, which come in collectible tumblers that you can keep! They ran out of one of the styles towards the end of the game so if you're trying to kart a set- order quick and early. There was rarely any line at the bar. Those two bartenders kept it moving. Our seat attendant even brought me a Winn Dixie bag at the end of the game so I could take my souvenir glasses home. We had dinner in the lounge. They had everything from San Cocho to Sushi to bbq ribs. I even had a slice of pizza and a small Cuban, chicken wings, a soft pretzel and so much more. They had more cookies and pastries in their dessert buffet but we were too stuffed. They have a bar up there as well. Everything was included with our ticket. We sat behind home plate in the 6th row. It was nice having an attendant at our seats. Of course they work for tips but you never miss a second of the game when she's hustling to bring you another cocktail or some popcorn etc. I'm pretty simple- my favorite parts of the game are popcorn, hot dog, soft pretzel and being able to see close calls like pitches or the first base line outs. This experience was definitely exceeding my expectation. I hear they're getting a new stadium. That would certainly upgrade its appearance. But once you're inside, you really forget that this place is so ugly on the outside. It was a great game. Tampa bay won. We had a ton of food and drinks and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The oversized fake baseballs on the outside don't exactly help. Near the home plate entrance, they have two statues. One of which is for winning a pennant. I mean, really? And remember, it's clear bags only, as if it were an NFL stadium. And then inside, I would describe the field area as tacky and sterile. The catwalks are so prevalent they should charge people extra admission to walk them. And bless them, I know the hurricane from a few years ago caused massive problems. But looking at the white roof form the inside, it looks just like a canopy covering you'd see at a circus. The tank in center field with live stingrays is cool to look at for about a minute or two. For food, I started with the Chicken Parm sandwich. I was incredibly impressed by the bread, it was a toasted semolina loaf. Could not have been much better. The chicken was pretty crispy, that was actually better than what I had at New York the prior day. Didn't love the marinara, it needed more seasoning. About an hour later, I tried a Cubano sandwich. And it was served Tampa style with Genoa salami added to the usual roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickle slices, and mustard. It was very good, though I'm not sure if I prefer that one or the Miami style more. I would say the Tampa sandwich is a little bit saltier with the addition of the salami, but at least there's more meat. Maybe the weird part is I drank a bottled protein milkshake with it. I mean it was the same price as a soda or a water, so why not? Alcohol was a joke. The cheapest option was around $18. For this stadium, with so few fans, there should be some decent deals. Maybe a Budweiser for $5 at one specific stand? Just an idea?! At the game, there were maybe 13,000 fans, at least a third of them were rooting for Toronto. And my goodness, you talk about advertisement overload! And yet, there is just one scoreboard, it's in right field. So they compress a lot of information onto that one board. As a result, it can be hard to find the info you're looking for. I'm looking for a radar gum for the mph of the pitch and I'm finding vertical break and all this other stuff. Probably took about five or six pitches. One other knock, this place gets too focused on politics and sexuality with certain signs and advertisements. Not cool. I'm coming to a bseball game to have fun. Not to think about the problems of the world.

That's where I remember him from. Heath led 10th-seeded Kent State to the 2002 Elite Eight. One of his sons, Josh Heath, played three seasons at Georgia Tech (my school). After winning the 2021 G League championship, Stan Heath has returned to the college ranks. He was hired to be the head coach at his alma mater, Eastern Michigan. Class of 2019 Princeton alum Devin Cannady was named 2021 G League Finals MVP. Shortly afterwards, he signed contracts with the Orlando Magic and appeared in eight games in the NBA before injuring his right ankle. Former NBA and European pro basketball player Anthony Parker has managed the Lakeland Magic since 2017. I remember Anthony Parker best for his time with the Cleveland Cavaliers. His first year in Cleveland was LeBron James' last (of James' first stint with the Cavs). He was a significant contributor to that Cavs team that lost in the 2010 Eastern Conference Semifinals to the Boston Celtics. LeBron then left for Miami and the rest is history. The Magic have been successful since moving to Lakeland, outside of Tampa, in 2017. The team has qualified for the playoffs every year since they've been in Lakeland. They won the Southeast Division in 2019 and made it to the Eastern Conference Finals that year. This team used to be the Erie BayHawks of Erie, Pennsylvania (2008-2017). A new Erie BayHawks team was formed in 2019 and, only after a couple of years, was moved to Birmingham, Alabama. The Lakeland Magic officially own the original Erie BayHawks' franchise history.

The nats are bad down here can't keep them out of my drink and popcorn. Went upstairs to see if there was lids available. A guy at the top of the walk way said no it just extra protein. You can try a napkin. So okay I tried the napkin it worked till I took the napkin off to get a drink. So I went to guest services and tried to talk to guy I could not really see his name badge I think it said Tyler. He said what can I help you with. I said can I get a refund for this popcorn and drink or a bottle of water. He cut me off and said nope. I said do you even care why I am asking. He said we can't give you a refund really rudely. So I walk to the trash to dump the drink and popcorn. The lack of customer service I received at your facility tonight is very disappointing and I will not be returning if this is the way you treat your customers. Thank you for your time

Going to baseball games in the summer will guarantee that you will be extremely hot. The food and beverage selection is limited, but I can't say that I was expecting much. The price of the food and drinks is about on par for what you can expect to pay at a sporting event so there wasn't much surprise there. The field they play on is so well kept that it really does make the whole experience do much more enjoyable. Also, the setup of the park allows the spectators to be nice and up close to the action. While it's not somewhere I'll go all the time (because I can only handle so much minor league baseball), it's somewhere I do enjoy going. Another perk? Free parking!!
