I have been going to Mobil to get a refill multiples times a week for a Powerade after my physical therapy for months and it's always the same price unless I go to this one and she will charge me more and when I ask she will be rude and say it's always been that price when clearly it hasn't And will roll her eyes and mock me for even asking. I needed to drop off some mail at the USPS across the street and the line was very long, so I popped into ZX to grab a soda while I waited. After I paid, my cashier told me to wait a moment, then pulled out a paper towel and wiped off the lip of my can so that I could drink it without worrying about germs. It was such a small gesture, but it was a very thoughtful thing to do. The world needs more of that right now.

I considered getting some Scratchers there because I didn't have much more in Scratchers than they could pay in cash, and thought I could save myself a make-up stop at another gas station but they only sell the $1 Scratchers, and I didn't want to spend the rest of my life scratching. When I said I wanted to do the National Lotto Day promo, the employee was clueless. I explained what it was and he said he didn't know how to do it. He wasn't really interested in figuring it out. (FWIW, I went to a different gas station a few minutes later, and though those employees were clueless, they tried and the free lotto ticket printed automatically with my purchase.) But he plays the lotto and he wanted me to explain how things worked in the app. He was nice and all and we had a decent little conversation, but my trip there was a waste of time. After reading other reviews here, I doubt I'd go back for gas or service.

The gas is no longer Phillips 66, it is now Mobil. The signage and retail products inside is now all On The Run. During the transition, I strayed and started going to the QT up the street. i quickly loss interest in their offerings and customer service and started to come back here. I am so glad that I did. It is actually better now then when it was U Gas and I really liked them. I've needed to grab an easy breakfast/lunch for work and have been impressed with the offerings from OTR. For quick and easy packaged food they're better then those at QT and what was previously offered by Gigi's at U Gas. Also, I enjoy your coffee way more. Customer service is cheerful. On a positive note, the pump area is kept super clean and my recent visit I did not see or have any beggars working the parking lot asking for money.
