After I paid, my cashier told me to wait a moment, then pulled out a paper towel and wiped off the lip of my can so that I could drink it without worrying about germs. It was such a small gesture, but it was a very thoughtful thing to do. The world needs more of that right now.

When I said I wanted to do the National Lotto Day promo, the employee was clueless. I explained what it was and he said he didn't know how to do it. He wasn't really interested in figuring it out. (FWIW, I went to a different gas station a few minutes later, and though those employees were clueless, they tried and the free lotto ticket printed automatically with my purchase.) But he plays the lotto and he wanted me to explain how things worked in the app. He was nice and all and we had a decent little conversation, but my trip there was a waste of time. After reading other reviews here, I doubt I'd go back for gas or service.

The gas is no longer Phillips 66, it is now Mobil. The signage and retail products inside is now all On The Run. During the transition, I strayed and started going to the QT up the street. i quickly loss interest in their offerings and customer service and started to come back here. I am so glad that I did. It is actually better now then when it was U Gas and I really liked them. I've needed to grab an easy breakfast/lunch for work and have been impressed with the offerings from OTR.
