The fact that they called me to get the x-rays sent over and save me $$ was greatly appreciated. Insurance only covers 1 set in a year. To top that, Dr. Park had reviewed them before I arrived and identified issues that had not been noticed and/or addressed by the previous dentist. He took the time to explain and point out the issues and the solution. In addition, the entire staff was friendly from the front desk to the hygienist, everyone had a smile and a bright demeanor. It was truly a pleasant experience.

Aside from the implant issue the dental hygienist Nancy would repeatedly call me the wrong name for years despite my repeated attempts to NORMALLY and politely ask her not to (unfortunately I used to have an unusual foreign name prior to my gender transition) and when I attempted to address the issue with Dr. Samani he suggested I find another dentist. Staff are unprofessional and unfriendly. Do not go here. It's like they need to be trained even just to not give their clients nicknames.

Artisha is also wonderful if you're there for a retainer or mouth guard scan. And the cherry on top is how clean the office is. Esthetics is very important to me and River Edge gets an A+! I had been treated by Marijana for all of my previous visits. This past week Dr. Tsimis installed a crown...a normally involved procedure requiring two visits. He treated the damaged tooth, measured and prepped me in 45 minutes. To my amazement one half hour later my new crown was ready and perfectly fit to my satisfaction. They now have the technology to fabricate a permanent crown. I think it is awesome. Bravo to Dr. Marlen, Dr. Tsimis and the entire staff! You only get better and better and I always look forward to my visits.

Two friends warned me not to go here per there experience but it is close amd I assumed she could not screw up 3 clients in a row. Also the staff have no idea how much you owe or is covered by your dental records. They just throw out numbers and see if you will pay. my worst experience with a medical representative in my life and I still have to go back again to have them install the "real", "final" permanent crown I am due

I felt so confident with the level of service, from the front desk with absolutely no wait, to the hygienist who is absolutely excellent, my appointment was seamless! I love making appointments and speaking with someone that is polite and kind and respectful this is priceless. I really appreciate the quick and genuine service they provide. Highly recommend! Dr. DelPrete is the best dentist in this area by far! I absolutely love my hygienist, she did such an amazing job. I was referred to Spring Valley by a close friend who had only received preventive care there. I…read moreinitially went in for a routine cleaning and wisdom tooth removal. During my exam, I was told I had multiple cavities and that one tooth needed a root canal. The first red flag for me was that they didn't accept my insurance and strongly encouraged me to move forward with extensive additional treatment. I was presented with several treatment plans totaling over $8,000, which made me uncomfortable. Ultimately, I only approved a wisdom tooth extraction, a cleaning, and one filling. During the procedure, I distinctly felt the dentist shaving down the tooth that I had only authorized for a filling. Two weeks later, I began experiencing severe pain on the same side where the work had been performed. When I finally returned, expecting a post-treatment evaluation to determine why I was in so much pain, I was instead presented with another treatment estimate for over $2,000--even though I had insurance at that point. I've always had anxiety about going to the dentist, and unfortunately, this experience has only made that fear worse. I left feeling that my concerns were overshadowed by discussions of additional treatment and costs rather than finding the cause of my pain. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.
