If I could give a -1000 rating for Phil I would in a heartbeat! Phil repeatedly called me and I finally picked up after his multiple attempts to get a hold of me. I did need my windows and gutters cleaned and we agreed to a day. On Monday July 15th he cancelled due to the gas station not having power after Hurrican Beryl. I said no problem. On Tuesday July 16th I text him to reschedule on my end because I had a scheduling conflict. His response via text is as follows: Really need to keep it for today since I have already paid the subcontractors in advance to do the work (WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND PAYS SUBS IN ADVANCE?) Nobody has to be at home for this and you can pay later at your convenience. My response: You canceled on me yesterday and I accepted it. I have to cancel until Friday the 19th to be on site to see if the hayes has been removed from the windows and inspect the work. Otherwise please cancel entirely and remove me from your call list. At 12:20 PM on July 16th Phil's men show up. I meet them outside and tell his guy Leo that I canceled for today and I could not do the job until Friday. Leo gets on his phone with Phil and waits around until 12:32 for instructions from Phil. I text Phil while Leo was waiting the following: Shame on you for sending your men here when at 8:32 am I said I had to cancel. I am a professional working from home and cannot have anyone on property today. I will not condone your type of business practice. I proceed to block his contact on my iPhone. In the meantime, 9 repeated NO CALLER IDS calls come in. I finally pick up knowing it's Phil. He proceeds to yell at me at and calls me verbatim - A PIECE OF SH*T C*NT! Now that he has broadcast his verbal abuse to me over the phone, I would like to broadcast my plea NEVER USE PHILS PRESSURE WASHING BUSINESS. read more

Instead, a second salesman showed up at our door later, saying he had Phil on the phone and was ready with a quote. I said great, TEXT US. He never did. If you enjoy a surprise visit from a crew without getting a courtesy call the day before; this is the company for you. If you enjoy being upsold at every opportunity, pressure washing, windows, etc., this is the company for you. Be prepared to not know when they are coming, and then, when they do show up, be prepared for the sales pitch.The crew is professional and they are not responsible for the lack of communication. Pricing is fair but not worth the frustration of lack of communication. In today's world, service matters. By not doing the simple things, like a courtesy call before coming out, and putting the crew in the position to apologize, is unacceptable. This was the second time I used them and will be the last. I contacted Phil to wash my exterior windows and pressure wash my driveway. Scheduling was super easy and Phil assigned the job to Chris. Chris called me to make me aware he was 15 minutes away. Chris was extremely courteous and suggested we walk around the house so he can explain what he and his two crew members were going to get done. DO NOT USE this company the owner Phil is a absolute jerk. I bought a LivingSocial voucher and received a welcome call from Phil, the owner. He promised to have his guys come and clean my gutters and make minor repairs. They showed up and the workers were super courteous. I began receiving calls to come ahead of schedule w/o am appointment. We reluctantly agreed. We immediately began receiving up charge calls wanting more money and wanting us to pressure wash the side of our house for $200. And wanted to pressure wash the inside of our gutter for $100 !! We consistently told him no. Phil and his sales Brooke became irate when we declined. A sales person got angry and mad because we didn't want to do the extra services so he hung up on my husband. He called back again after hanging up with my husband wanting to do the pressure washing and demanding that we do it because his guys were still at our house. They came on a day that they weren't supposed to be at our home when we weren't home. When we got home they didn't even do what they were supposed to do like put a nail in the gutter. The workers were very nice but Phil the owner on the phone was combative, cursing and demanding cash even though we paid through Living Social!!! I HAVE TEXT PROOF ! He said his guy was not paid in cash. I told Phil they were not supposed to be paid in cash because I had paid living social and I told Phil that to set up the appointment which he didn't follow!!!! Also PROOF ! He received the LivingSocial and then proceeded to send the guys back to tell my husband they wanted cash now that Phil told them he is not accepting the LivingSocial. My husband is an attorney and told them if he didn't want to do LivingSocial business he should've never put his company on LivingSocial. Do not use this company. What an interesting business model. I've used the company in the past but told Phil when he called me two weeks ago that I had promised the work to a handyman that needs it. He asked if he could check back and maybe just do the windows and gutters. Somebody in his office called me this afternoon to say that they were at the house and ready to get going. I reiterated that I wasn't giving that work to them unless the handyman told me that he wasn't going to be able to do it. Phil called me back. After offering to drop his price three times, after each of which I told him that it was about my commitment to somebody else not his price, he said "well, I think you're a goofball, and I'm not going to let my guys work here." Made an appointment, for 10 - 12 noon. No phone calls from Phil, although I called numerous times between 10 and 12 to confirm their whereabouts. They showed up at 4:45 pm, in the middle of thunder storm, to clean gutters, which I did not order. When their person reached Phil by phone, he would not reschedule, (I was afraid of them being in the lightening washing my windows) and he said he was "severing our relationship...whatever that means. Very rude and unprofessional! A morning appointment was scheduled but no one showed up. When I called to find out about the no-show, Phil called back and said they had decided to reschedule for that afternoon. When I said that I was unavailable that afternoon, Phil insisted that they should still come because no one needed to be at home to clean exterior windows. I explained we also had some interior windows to be cleaned. He suggested a different date which was also not good for us. When I asked if I could call back later after I checked my schedule and provide a future date, he seemed to get upset and said he was done with this and didn't want our business. I bought a Groupon for gutter cleaning. The guys that showed up to clean my gutters at the appointed time. One guy was taking pictures of my house and of the driveway. Apparently, I found out later they were sending pictures to the owner, Phil. Once finished I received a call from Phil informing me I had black mold on my driveway and sidewalk and offered to clean them for a set price. I informed him it was not in my budget right now and then he proceeded to offer a lower price. I was becoming upset because he was so persistent. I stood my ground and told him when I was ready I would call to schedule an appointment. While I was still talking he hung up on me. I immediately called him back, no answer. Do not use Phil's Pressure Washing! Showed up at my house and said they could give me an estimate on pressure washing my house. I gave them my cell number and was later texted with an estimate saying they would come to my house on 6/25/2021. I got more estimates and texted back to them that I decided to hire another company and thanked them for the estimate. They texted back that they lowered the price for me and that they would see me 6/25/2021! I told them again that I hired another company and NOT to come to my house the next day. Immediately they called my cell number and I didn't answer. They called again and I blocked their number. Then my phone rang again from a different number. I blocked that number, too. An hour ago the doorbell rang and it was an employee of Phil's, it was written on their shirt. They said they were here to pressure wash my house. I told them "No, I told your boss no! Do not pressure wash my house! I hired someone else!" The worker said sorry and left. I never told them that I hired them and told them I hired another company and they showed up anyway! We have used this Company 4 times and this recent one.... 1. They were hrs late then said wld be here at 3pm and finally got here at 430. We Always get inside and outside plus tracks in windows done, confirmed w/order! This time guys weren't doing tracks and rushing everything! We told the lead guy he acted like he didn't know... WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE. We used his company once a couple years ago to pressure wash a house we flipped and he called recently to schedule gutter cleaning at our new house. My husband said no thank you we're not interested. He imposed anyhow and created an appointment. A couple days later his worker rings my doorbell for gutter cleaning (poor guy, not his fault), and I said no, we didn't order any service, I think your boss imposed the appointment. He said ok no problem. The owner (Phil I assume) starts calling my husband and got verbally aggressive and even cursed at him. I remember thinking how strange he was on the phone a couple years ago, but now I'm convinced he is mentally deranged. Something is seriously wrong and his business needs to be shut down immediately or handed over to someone mentally stable. I checked some reviews on Angi and 1 star 1 star 1 star over and over again similar stories like ours. He's gotten aggressive and strange with others as well, so it's a regular occurrence. This company is a mixed bag. We were introduced to them by Matthew, a door-to-door solicitor. We are new to the area and appreciate good salespeople who can educate us for what we need in Texas. Matthew was friendly and helpful. I was impressed. I agreed to "consider" them. The next thing I knew, I got a call from Phil, acting as if I had already agreed and offering me a lower price. Rather odd. It was like he had to negotiate down on a service I was already willing to buy. When I agreed to the service I needed, he kept trying to upsell. I held firm and agreed to just gutters and a small pressure wash job. When the team arrived for the scheduled appointment, I was again impressed with Christian, the foreman, and his workers. They were efficient and amazingly agile in cleaning the gutters and doing the pressure wash. Christian explained everything and I was comfortable with the plan. When they were about done, I got a call from Phil, rudely telling me that we needed to add the driveway. It was a mess. Filthy! He was very high pressure despite my telling him I was fine with what we had done. So bottom line. Phil hires great people, but he's pretty rude. read more

This company and its owner are worth zero star if it was possible to give it. They came to clean windows while it was raining. We said no and asked them to come back. However they came back again while it was still drizzling in the evening and continued to push hard to get business. We finally agreed to let them clean the windows expecting the rain to stop. At that time we thought that the crew did a good job. They left late in the evening when it was already dark. When we wrote a check in the company name, the crew told us that their boss wants the check in personal name. This was a red signal we should have noticed. Next morning, less than 10 hours after they left, when we opened the shades, we noticed a big crack in one of the windows. We called them immediately and left a message for them to call us back. When someone called us, we informed him about the situation. He said that his boss would call us back. When we received the call back at about 1:30 pm, the person identified himself as operations manager. We went through the details and explained everything. He did not want to admit that it was their fault. He kept saying that my guys would not do it, if they did it then they will inform him etc. We told him that if the window was already cracked, why they did not inform us about the crack before cleaning the window. As a matter of fact we wanted to give the crew a tip, but without saying anything they just left in a hurry. We kept explaining this to the person from the company. He kept saying that they have 2 million dollar insurance but he did not want to take responsibility for the damage. At this point there was no way to reach any agreement. We feel that this company is not worth doing business with. I would not recommend them for any work and would not trust them for anything, Really unethical and unprofessional business. Phil's stopped by our house to offer cleaning service. I looked around my exterior and realized that wanted to get my home pressure washed (driveway was gross!!!). They scheduled an appointment for Aden 1st (a few days out). They showed up in the time window as expected, calling me when 30 minutes away, and were very professional. A crew of 5 guys, and all windows were cleaned, driveway and entry pressure washed and I had them clean my gutters too. All completed in an hour. I would give them zero stars if it was possible. I explicitly told Phil, who is very pushy and rude, that I did not want the upstairs windows cleaned. He consistently tries to up sell people. He called and told me his guys told him my driveway had mildew on it and it needed to be power washed. We had just had our driveway power washed the day before. He knew we weren't home and would be able to see the mildew to confirm if it needed to be washed. I made him mad by telling him that so he told his crew to stop and leave immediately. I was having a party the next day and wanted my windows to be cleaned, and he knew that. Only half the windows got cleaned with the majority being the upstairs that I did not want to be cleaned. Phil's business was recommended to me by a friend. I called and he immediately got on google earth to look at the house and tell me how big "MY" house was and how much he would charge. I thought it was pushy but I went with it. I like giving small businesses my business especially in these bad times. I told him I would have to let him know and I would get back in touch with him. From there he didn't stop calling me. By the time that he did the service I wanted to change my phone number. Not only did he call my phone literally 8 times but he also hung up on me and my husband 3 separate times. It seems if you challenge him on his service or anything pertaining to his service he hangs up because he thinks you are talking "down" to him. BTW he told me that when I called him back to ask why he would hang up on me? Sounds like a personal problem to me! He's so rude and unprofessional! They did a good job till they didn't do a good job. Bagged the pine needles in black trash bags and left them for me. City trash won't pick up yard garbage and City yard garbage won't pick up unless it is bagged in their "approved" recycle bags. Left me a pile of pine needles sky high in my back yard not bagged. That was definitely one of his hang up responses!!! Nothing professional about him and his company at all. In the end if he wanted to get paid he was going to have to finish the job he started. I do not want unsolicited phone calls. I am on a National DO-NOT-CALL list and the TEXAS DO-NOT-CALL list. Today I received a call from 713-249-8116 and the caller referred to me by name. I asked who was calling, and he said "Phil's Pressure Washing". I asked "can you take me off of your call list?", to which he replied," how rude", then hung up. It struck me that someone in business trying to generate business and goodwill might have handled it much differently. He could have said, "Sorry, I will take you off of our list", or something more mature than how he handled it. read more

Worst business ever. See other reviews if you don't believe me. Here's the story.... I had an appointment to have the entire house, driveway, back patio, etc. power washed. Made the appointment a week in advance. On day of the appt, it was schedule to rain considerably. I did not want the power washing done that day. Why? B/c I wanted to be able to see how the job was performed, which would have been more difficult if the surfaces were constantly wet and were being splashed by rain. Seems reasonable. I texted Phil first thing in the morning at 8:19 a.m: "It is going to rain today. I would like to reschedule the appointment. Please let me know what you have available." His response: "We use water to power wash the house & flat surfaces so rain has absolutely no effect on it. [note: he's missing the point] Actually it makes it easier to rinse and will speed up the job. We work rain or shine so we will be there in a few hours." I reply one minute later: "I would like to reschedule. I would like to be able to see the difference readily. Please let me know what you have available." No response from Phil. So I call him at 8:52 and 9:02 a.m. No answer; voicemail is not set up. I send him an email at 8:49 a.m. -- "Please Confirm that you will not be coming today, Thursday, November 7. As I mentioned in my text, I would prefer that you not come today due to rainy weather. I would like to look at options to reschedule. If you or your representatives show up today, they will be asked to leave. Under no circumstances do we want you to perform services today." And now I wait. At approximately 12:35, his guys show up at my house. I tell them politely that I've told Phil that I did not want the work done today due to the rain. I note that i've texted, called and emailed him, but he has not acknowledged my request. They don't look surprised. I apologize to them for their troubles. I tell them that I am canceling the job since i can't seem to get the customer service that I expect from Phil. They apologize and leave without incident. At 12:53, Phil calls back and says he understands I want to reschedule and then starts hard-selling me and trying to talk me out of it, noting that the rain will save on my water bill, that it's more efficient, etc. I tell him that I no longer want to reschedule and that I'm canceling the job. He calls me an "arrogant prick" and hangs up on me. He immediately calls me back, and I block his call. Phil then sends me a text that reads: "F#$% you D*#& face". He follows that text with another -- from a different number -- that reads: "If you had any common sense whatsoever you would realize that we use water for power washing and the rain makes absolutely no difference. You're stupid as F#$% and extremely arrogant so I'll make sure to block you on my phone and make sure to tell my other general contractors in the area about this." Phil, you honestly are the worst business man ever. I simply wanted to reschedule, but you had to bully your agenda and turn a simple customer request into not only the loss of 1 customer, but likely the loss of many. Congratulations. Epilogue: His guys remained outside of my house in their truck and approached me again, asking if I had spoken to him. I showed them his texts and noted the colorful words he called me on the phone. They looked embarrassed to be associated with him. They apologized again and left. I wish the best for those guys; they deserve better. read more

In fairness, I had just declined hiring them again after the last experience where his crew showed up late and pressure washed in the dark. Bought a Groupon and my experience with Phil the owner was so bad I cancelled my Groupon account! Although the crew did a good job cleaning the gutters, Phil the owner is rude and a bully who tries to upsell unnecessary services. It also took three scheduled attempts to get him to the house, as he just reschedules or cancels Groupon appointments at his whim.
