We used them once or twice in the past at a previous address. No complaints at that time. But now that we've moved we haven't had a need for their services yet but I shared my new address. They stopped by even though we didn't request them to do so and repeatedly called me at work. He's cleaned my windows every year for many years. This time, Lorenzo (one of his workers) came with a crew and did a great job on all of my windows. I also had them clean 7 interior windows that are in my double-height living room and entry because I can't reach them. They were very careful to not scratch or leave any marks in my walls when proving up their giant ladder. While they were at my house, Phil called to check in and said they also noticed my driveway needed a cleaning. I agreed to a price and they completed that task as well. My house looked great after! As with any work you have done at your house, I recommend agreeing on a price beforehand and confirming via text to avoid any confusion. Over the past several years I had great service from this company. However, today when I called to reschedule an appointment for later this week due to painters showing up 3 days early, Phil was extremely rude to me and insisted that if I didn't reschedule when I was on the phone with him (I asked to call him tomorrow when I knew my schedule), he started yelling and screaming at me and told me that he did not want my business ever again. He then followed up with this text message (verbatim): "You're very cheap, inconsiderate, and very demanding. Go find another contractor that wants to deal with this inexcusable behavior. You and I are done as far as any further business is concerned." All that I did was politely ask to call him tomorrow to reschedule. Phil's crew did a fine job cleaning my gutters and power washing driveway, patio, & sidewalks. The commercial aspect of the transaction was less impressive. Unfortunately the work was completed without my consent. I asked for a power wash quote, next thing I know is Phil's crew is knocking at my door. An agreed scope and price should be agreed by both parties before work commences. Again I think the crew performed well, but the price was well above what I think it's worth. OMG!!! The workers are great, but the owner is HORRIBLE!!! I contacted them because my neighbors recommended them. I spoke to Jason earlier on the service day about payment. He confirmed that my form of payment was good. The guys showed up at the house later that day and completed the service. However, during the service, Phil called and was giving me the quote for the exterior window wash that I had requested a few weeks earlier. I tried to explain to him that I didn't want to get the windows cleaned today because the house was under construction from the freeze. Then the guys would be painting around the house so it didn't make sense. He insisted on setting up an appointment in October to which I responded no. Very unprofessional, was told A crew would spend a few hours at my house agreed to a pretty high cost of $300 for power washing my flat surfaces but I chalked it up to supporting local business. They left a total mess of my patio, slate pieces and rocks everywhere, they sprayed and damaged my outdoor speakers. They also drug their equipment (hose) across my patio causing damage damage to my large windows. All while this is happening the owner Phil is calling me telling me he sees that my gutters are dirty, well I just had my gutters cleaned 3 weeks ago and new gutter guards installed. I asked him how he could tell that and he said from google. He also then tried to sell me window cleaning. As the crew left I tried to contact Phillip again telling him that his crew only was at my home for 1 hour and sent him pictures of the poor work, the work delivered was not as promised and surely not $350 (he said with tax the total was $350) worth of work. He did not respond to me after just having spoke to me minutes before....at this point I stopped payment on the check. A few days later when the check didn't clear Phil calls me, and his business manager Rian (pronounced Ryan) calls me as well. Neither apologized for the poor quality of work or damage to my home. He had done a good job with the outside windows, so I accepted his offer back in December to do inside. What a mistake! They used dirty rags and left all windows so oily and messed up that even after they returned, which it took several calls, they did a lousy job. We spontaneously hired these guys to wash our windows (outside only) and pressure wash our driveway and back patio. They knocked on our door and we negotiated a deal via telephone. We found them to be respectful, quick and efficient. As suggested by other users, Phil calls when his guys are done cleaning the windows and offers multiple upsells--everything from gutter cleaning, to power washing, etc.. Pushy sales call with his guys standing there staring at you. We opted to have the roof swept to clear off leaves and debris, and also had the driveway power washed because it needed it. Guys finished and Phil calls with a $500 cash request.... Normally don't complain about service fees, but the guys broke off a flower bed sprinkler, broke a landscape light, left three trash bags on our roof and left all of our patio furniture strewn across the yard. When I asked to have the sprinkler head fixed, he said they'd come out and it's been a week with no response. Fixing it myself and will never use these guys again. Save your money!! read more

After repeatedly calling me (who was home alone with her small kids), I connected with Phil via text, at which point he let into me for not answering his repeated phone calls. I told him we had never confirmed a job and he said I lacked common courtesy. I originally used them in July 2020 and had no complaints. He called me this year to see if they could come back out and the price he quoted was more than I wanted and he came down to $100. I have used Phil's Pressure Washing a few times over the past few years. they were solid enough. no real complaints about quality. However, Phil is a pretty aggressive telemarketer. He calls frequently, sometimes a few weeks after being told no, sometimes a few weeks after doing work. He called last week and I told him I wasn't interested. We had a terrible experience with this company and thought others should hear about it. We first used Phil's Pressure Washing in September 2021. While the team performing the service did a good job, we had some issues with the customer service and decided we would not be using them again in the future. We communicated this to Phil and his brother in September 2021. About two months ago, Phil called my husband, telling him he had a crew in the neighborhood and would like to get us on the schedule. My husband informed Phil that we had a different provider and didn't need his service. Last month, this call repeated, with Phil telling my husband again that he had a crew in the neighborhood and again my husband told Phil we didn't need service. Today, a man knocks on our door, we thought to solicit window washing service. We sent him away and a few minutes later I received a call from Phil telling me his crew was at my house ready to start. I told Phil that we never renewed our service with them and thus there must be some mis-communication. Phil asked me what I meant by that and I replied that we decided to go in a different direction. Phil pressed me again for what that meant; I told Phil that during our last experience with them he was verbally abusive towards me on the phone (yelling, cursing) and thus we decided back then we didn't want to use them in the future. Phil's reply to this was to raise his voice and tell me I was a horrible customer and why would anyone want to do business with me. I ended the call only to get two calls back, from different numbers, both times telling me "F**k you". The second call Phil said "F**k you, we're done." His treatment of me today reminded me how rude and verbally abusive he was last year and I wanted to get it on the record how Phil can be on the phone when he is unhappy with something. I am not sure if this behavior is only when Phil is dealing with women, but there are multiple Yelp reviews that seem to indicate this is a pattern. This goes beyond being unprofessional.
