When I received a reminder for window cleaning, I assumed that's all they would be doing. However, when the owner called for payment, I was surprised to see the additional services again. I expressed my frustration multiple times about the lack of upfront communication, but instead of acknowledging the issue, he just kept insisting I was getting a "good deal." After paying, I told him to cancel my future services. That should have been the end of it--right? Nope! They proceeded to call me **11 times in a row**, which is beyond unprofessional. If I could give them a negative rating, I would. This company was washing windows down the street from us and the owner came to our door soliciting business. I waved at him through the door and told him we weren't interested. He proceeded to ring the doorbell a second time and I opened the door and told him he could ring the bell as many times as he'd like but the answer was still no. He proceeded to intentionally kick over and break a $200+ flower pot and took off. All on camera and in the hands of the Constable. Phil's mom must be really proud of him. I called him requesting a quote. He gave me a quote and we agreed to make contact to schedule an appointment. Three days later he has a crew at my house. I told his crew that this was not what Phil and I discussed. Phil calls me and I told him this was not what he and I discussed. He proceeded to talk back to me and patronize me. I told him I did not have time for this and hung up on him and blocked his number. he called me from another number and told me "I was a fucking piece of shit and we were done." I called the Bellaire Police Department. They said they would be on the look for him and if he ever came back to tell them and they would come to my house. I received notice that cleaning was due on May 13 and that the time proposed would NOT work for us. Phil offered by text a different time and then called me offering to come at 8 AM on May 12. I said I would have to check with my wife about that time but if he could not accommodate our schedules then I might get someone else. During the phone call he became very agitated and proceed to use the F*** word repeatedly. He called me a F*****G old man and would not let me get a word in edge-wise. Do not ever let this company anywhere near your home! After cleaning our windows without our permission or having anything scheduled, I immediately started receiving texts that I needed to pay close to $300 for a service I never scheduled. When I calmly said it was a mistake, and we did not request the service Phil threated that if we did not pay, he would put a lean on our home (which of course, he can't do). The threats have kept coming and today Phil called me demanded payment and then hung up on me. Reading all the other reviews I am now, not surprised. This person is unhinged. read more

Fine by me, but then he calls me A YEAR LATER to see if I want his services and I remind him that he severed our business relationship when I asked to reschedule. He then yells at me "I PROBABLY DID THAT BECAUSE YOU WERE A JACKASS!!" and hangs up. Uh, okay, guy. I let it go. But then he calls me over and over again, which I ignore and respond via text "No thank you!" so he texts me a middle finger emoji and says "I'M CALLING TO TELL YOU TO STOP BEING SUCH A JACK ASS." Again...HE called ME to begin with. Then kept calling. Over and over. Unsolicited, aggressive and rude. And, I mean, the work was good and the guys who actually did the work were good, but due to his lack of professionalism, completely inexcusable behavior and borderline harassment, I obviously won't be hiring him. Oh yeah, he was also totally rude to my sister who he has done work for before and once just showed up at her house without being scheduled, started working and demanded a credit card. We used them once or twice in the past at a previous address. No complaints at that time. But now that we've moved we haven't had a need for their services yet but I shared my new address. They stopped by even though we didn't request them to do so and repeatedly called me at work. He's cleaned my windows every year for many years. This time, Lorenzo (one of his workers) came with a crew and did a great job on all of my windows. I also had them clean 7 interior windows that are in my double-height living room and entry because I can't reach them. They were very careful to not scratch or leave any marks in my walls when proving up their giant ladder. While they were at my house, Phil called to check in and said they also noticed my driveway needed a cleaning. I agreed to a price and they completed that task as well. My house looked great after! As with any work you have done at your house, I recommend agreeing on a price beforehand and confirming via text to avoid any confusion. Phil is really good about texting to confirm and sending a reminder a day or two before. His crew is professional, timely, and does great work for a GREAT price!!! read more

His crew chief was polite and they did a good enough job. Finished around 2:00. Then Phil called me twice for payment and repeatedly texted me the invoice before I even got home from work. Then called me again just as I got home at 5:30 and I told him to give me a minute so I could walk around the house to look at the work performed. He then started cussing at me telling me I had to pay NOW. Not to mention the invoice he sent was $25.00 over the amount that we agreed upon. I've never done business with such a rude asshole. Over the past several years I had great service from this company. However, today when I called to reschedule an appointment for later this week due to painters showing up 3 days early, Phil was extremely rude to me and insisted that if I didn't reschedule when I was on the phone with him (I asked to call him tomorrow when I knew my schedule), he started yelling and screaming at me and told me that he did not want my business ever again. He then followed up with this text message (verbatim): "You're very cheap, inconsiderate, and very demanding. Go find another contractor that wants to deal with this inexcusable behavior. You and I are done as far as any further business is concerned." All that I did was politely ask to call him tomorrow to reschedule. This is unprofessional and unwarranted behavior from any contractor. Avoid him at all costs. Update: What Phil has said below about me is a bold-face lie. I have never rescheduled before last week and I have always paid him promptly when he finished the service.
