He gave me a quote and we agreed to make contact to schedule an appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Three days later he has a crew at my house. I told his crew that this was not what Phil and I discussed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Phil calls me and I told him this was not what he and I discussed. He proceeded to talk back to me and patronize me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told him I did not have time for this and hung up on him and blocked his number. he called me from another number and told me "I was a fucking piece of shit and we were done." I called the Bellaire Police Department. They said they would be on the look for him and if he ever came back to tell them and they would come to my house. Phil's crew showed up twice at my house without scheduling or warning. When I said I was going to use a different service provider, he proceeded to yell at me on the phone and curse me out. Called me a 'loser' who 'nobody likes' and told me to 'crawl back into whatever hole I crawled out of.' Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider.
