I should have read the contract better. I tried to talk to his workers that day. One said, "I don't speak english". The other just looked at me like a dear in the headlights. Now, I get to do what I just paid him $1,000.00 to accomplish. Note, the guys who show up are not him and have no idea what you want. READ YOUR CONTRACT WELL

This nursery has it all, even landscaping products like paver stones or rocks of different types. My Wife bought about $50.00 in pots. I am always looking for carnivorous plants. This nursery had a couple different pitcher plants, some sundew but no Flytraps. I was glad to see the carnivorous plants came from a local nursery. A little costly but available.

He informed me he services the Florence area and was so helpful and friendly on the phone. He scheduled my service call within a few days. He arrived right on time, and repaired my issue immediately. I told him I had another issue since my initial call, that my pump was not working on the trailer. He tested the pump and informed me it was working fine, we had just put the valves in the wrong setting. I felt that I asked a lot of her considering this was a warranty issue/claim with an out of state business who also asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and she delivered. Regarding the warranty work, it was obviously an involved tedious repair and I feel it was repaired professionally and thoroughly. The warranty repair finish work was sloppy on the interior. Straightline took responsibility for this. I brought the vehicle back in and they corrected all issues. In addition to warranty work, I had elective paint work done and the craftsmanship was phenomenal. The color match to the factory color is beautiful. The paint warranty is superior. I am definitely satisfied with the ultimate outcome of this experience and would give them my business again.
