Considering we were far from home, we did not know the area, but miraculously found Moe's. this was the place to be! I loved it! The place was busy but when it was our turn, the person who helped us made us feel like we were the only ones that mattered (in other words, did not rush us). He gave us some options and it seemed that everything there was quality stuff! They even had an open (maybe used) seat and a band new one. Both looked the same, yet we paid less for the 'used' one. We ended up getting 2, and that saved the trip! Definitely visit this place and let them help you with whatever you need. ........ .. ... .. ..

I am always happy to encounter a salesperson who is more concerned with selling me the right product and not what they want to sell. From the very start it was clear Moe's wanted to prioritize earning my trust and having me as a return customer. They listened to what I wanted but asked questions to find out what I needed. If there was ever a contradiction between two things I wanted they never made me feel in the wrong for it. Not once did I ever feel pressured. And the little details to surprise me at pickup really drove it home and the sale was done already. I strongly recommend this be the place you checkout if you're interested in a bike at any level or price range. Now I'm gonna go take a much needed nap cuz I my fat butt needs to get back in riding shape. Exhausted but loved every second of my new ride. Thanks guys.

They converted my 2010 Marin mountain bike into an e-bike, and it was not a simple project. I have a small frame, wanted solid range, and needed it to work safely with a rear child seat. Alexander went back and forth with me for months figuring out what would actually work. We initially tried to make a triangle battery fit inside the frame. Once the real measurements came in, it was clear the manufacturer specs did not match reality and it just was not going to work. Instead of forcing it, Alexander pivoted. He found a rack with the right weight capacity and then custom-machined and reinforced it so it would be sturdy enough for both the battery and a kid seat. That attention to safety and detail mattered to me. Throughout the process he was thoughtful and straightforward about tradeoffs, timing, and cost. Nothing was oversold. When I had a quick issue after pickup, they replied to my email quickly and helped me troubleshoot it right away. Three years later, the bike has been completely reliable. The setup feels stable and balanced, and it has allowed me to keep riding in ways that really matter to me. I found a nice fitting Serfas helmet for $37, which was within the price range I wanted. The shop owner was very friendly to me. It's not a big shop, not a lot of inventory, but I looked at the Serfas website, and I'd be willing to have the shop owner order a light I'll want from Serfas, and go there to pick it up. The service and repair area is a large part of the total store floor, it looked very neat, orderly, and the owner seems to have experience in all formats of bicycling, road, mtb, touring.
