I have my water delivered on a monthly basis and every delivery has been made on time. The drivers are personable and give out samples of new products on occasion, which is a nice touch. I have a standard recurring order but I have the option to change it, or even skip a month, I do everything online and it couldn't be any easier. Calling customer service is fine too, but I do it online to avoid the wait. Hurricane season is quickly approaching and I am grateful I don't have to worry about running out to get water. One less thing to worry about works for me, because I have enough things on my plate. I love that they send you delivery reminders by text, that way if you need to make a change there is still time to do so. Billing is up to you; they can keep your card on file or send you an invoice. I like that they run my card after the delivery has been made. Tips are optional and can be made in person or online. I recommend Ready Refresh if you are looking for a delivery service.
