Darn near each night has included a fresh made loaf of bread that was perfect! Every night the crew looks forward to our evening meal and Philly Cheese Jake does not disappoint!! I haven't been to the restaurant for a sandwich yet, but if these dinners are any sign of his ability, my team needs to go there for lunch soon! And, he's one heck of a nice guy! However, my most recent visit was by far the worst experience I've had at any food service establishment. I ordered 1 combo meal that cost $20, which included a sandwich (see picture) and cold fries. The situation was made worse by the rude staff members and their combative attitudes. When I mentioned that the fries were cold, they insisted that they couldn't be. After looking at the sandwich, I noticed there was not enough meat on it, which was surprising since this wasn't my first time at this location. One staff member told me that it was the standard amount of meat and suggested that I needed to stop with my attitude. I remained polite and asked if they could either remake both the fries and sandwich or issue a refund. Unfortunately, they continued to ignore my requests. Realizing it wasn't worth my time, I decided to move on with my day. I also submitted a complaint to Charleys Cheesesteak, but I haven't heard back from them yet.
