One moment that really stood out was a receptionist taking the time to call a patient's name in Chinese and genuinely wanting to get the pronunciation right. That level of thoughtfulness says a lot. Magdalene handled my blood draw, and she was incredible--gentle, professional, and made the whole process as painless as it could possibly be. AND I received my results via email the next day! She was friendly, professional, patient and explained everything clearly. While small, the clinic was clean and offered free water bottles as a thoughtful touch for those who might have "shy bladder." If this is your first time visiting (like me), my one suggestion is allowing some extra time since the clinic is located in plaza of similar-looking office buildings. Sameday Health: the biggest lie on the planet…read more They charged my family $75 each for a Priority PCR test which was supposed to turn around in 24 hours. 28 hours later, we're still waiting for the results. Tried calling, no agent attended us, and still nobody has answered my voicemail. Sameday would have cost us our flight abroad if we hadn't found an alternative place to take a quick antigen test, which is thankfully accepted in the country we're traveling in. The perpetual amateurs that run this disgraceful crapshow have just lost 5 customers for life, and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB if they do not issue a full refund for failing to deliver results on time. Sameday should be ashamed to call itself Sameday. It is objectively the falsest advertisement of medical services I've ever seen in my life.
