The marinade must not have penetrated the meat yet. The chicken was dry as well. Overall, just so so. There are other better Vietnamese restaurants in the area and with the higher price, this won't be our first choice.

The restaurant served Thai and Vietnamese cuisine so I ordered chicken pad thai, fresh rolls with pork sausage and chicken satay. I asked (through the web site) to make the pad thai spicy (In a scale of 1 to 5 and '5' is Thai spicy then I wanted mine a '4') and they complied. Except they used Sriracha and the sauce is yellow (I'm used to a more brown or red sauce). I was also missing the tanginess of the tamarind and, the noodles were too soft. The chicken was tough and didn't taste like much. As for the appys, I've never had a fresh roll with pork sausage and I'm not sure if I'll have it again. The sausage was dry, tough and didn't have that sweet, unctuous flavour I like. Also, it needs more cilantro. The chicken satay fared better. It wasn't dry and the peanut sauce was nicely spiced. I will probably not order from here again.
