Satisfied my cravings for pho and the ingredients are fresh but I've had better and more authentic pho. Authentic pho base is very rich, this one is very clear and not too much flavour to be honest. Their meat for vermicelli bowls are packed with flavour and lots of meat. Delicious and good potion. Not my go to pho but decent price and fills you. Their shrimp rolls are super tasty though! What a happy surprise Un Pho Get A Bowl was on our first visit. I wasn't sure what to expect when I was looking for a new pho restaurant to try in the tricities but the reviews on google seemed promising enough for me to warrant a try. We visited on a weekend afternoon at relatively lunch time and was surprised by how empty the restaurant was. Empty as it was, we were pleasantly surprised by the food when it came. The soup was very clean and clear. It didn't have the usual MSG and oily taste you would expect from some not as good pho establishments. At first glance it seemed like the ingredients in each bowl was a bit less than what we were use to but upon digging into our bowls of noodles I realized that a lot of the ingredients were actually sitting at the bottom of the bowl. I especially enjoyed the beef tendon that they were using. It felt fresh, chewy, and was slightly different from what other restaurants were using. In terms of service, I actually thought it was fine as a family owned restaurant. There was the usual chatter from a back table where the owners were obviously feeding their own children and I was completely fine with that. The mall in general isn't the most appealing physically and it felt slightly older and the crowd seemed a bit rougher, but in general the restaurant was great and we probably will be coming back for more. read more

I've always had a great meal from here. We often order pick up and enjoy our Lemongrass chicken noodle soup and wonton at home. The staff are super nice and know us now. I've recommended it to few people after our 1st visit. I find that the msg is quite low, which is important for me since I'm quite sensitive to it. Glad they are close to home. read more

THEE best Pho in the Tri-cities. Might as well shut all the other places down, this is the best. It's all about the broth. I find a lot of broths boring and tasteless in a lot of Pho places, this broth is tasty as it gets and you can order your meat as tender as you wish. I HIGHLY recommend the spicy beef broth. Small and large sizes available, and lots of options or build-it-yourself, you can even have Pho Wonton with noodles. Fast service, very friendly owner who is authentic Vietnamese. Fresh ingredients, very very clean kitchen. Highly highly recommend it. I can't say I've had anything else on the menu, but I can imagine it would be fantastic. Wonderful bowl of pho from a small place along the strip of stores. One of the best pho I've been, great atmosphere and super friendly employees. Aswell as we were given a free pot of Tea on arrival.
