If you want "Pho", this is the place you shoud go!! Been here several times. Number 27 is what I get. Shrimp, eggroll, marinated bbq pork on vermicelli. It comes with all the fixins and I usually douse with Sriracha and Fish Sauce but you dont have to! You have got to be a fan of "Pho" and if you want authentic Vietnamese, it doesnt get much better. All the Pho's are excellent. Frank, Matt D, and JD always get the Pho with some cut of beef (couldnt tell you which) and they are always satisfied with their meal. Well here again and Happy and Full for $10! Had the beef on crushes rice dish and it was soooo good. Nice small pieces slightly sweet with some chili and onions sauted and served over fried rice with a carrot/radish and cucumber salad. Huge portion for $7.50, followed up with my usual avocado smoothie with black pearls. Parking: Strip Mall with sufficient parking spaces. Neighborhood: Seems ok, doesn't appear unsafe Food: I ordered the #5 and #24 which was the combination beef pho and the shrimp pho. I also ordered the shrimp fresh spring roll. Firstly the spring roll had toooooo much lettuce and very little herbs and shrimp. I swear they sliced the poor shrimp so thin it was almost translucent. It's served with Hoisin sauce instead of chili garlic and peanut sauce. The beef combination pho was a nice amount of meat although some of the cooked pieces seemed to be old. A nice amount of herbs and noodles were give. The pho broth however was a little tooooo sweet for my liking. They DON'T offer a seafood pho which was disappointing and I had to settle for the shrimp pho. The broth being the same beef broth as they don't have a seafood broth was too sweet. The shrimp was pre cooked and was an ok serving amount. It also came with a decent amount of herbs and noodles. All in all the food is ok but not great or wow or amazing. Big menu with lots of options to choose from. The staff was nice enough to show us how to mix certain things together, spices and what not. The food itself was very good and was a very big portion. I will say if you order meat with your entree, they don't skimp! My only complaint was waiting to pay. I had to wait several minutes just to pay for my meal, it was annoying that a person was at the counter ringing up a person in front of me and then she left and didn't come back. No word from her. This is a review for take out. I did not have time to sit and eat as I was in a hurry. Loses a point because the menu says "Shrimp rolls" but according to the cashier, it's more pork than shrimp. She stated it is one shrimp and mostly pork. Then why advertise it as shrimp rolls? I really wanted a shrimp roll. *sob* Besides the faux shrimp rolls, I order the pho ga or "chicken noodle soup". It's chicken broth and boy, was it flavorful. I ate it in a conference room with people surrounding me and I moaned out loud in delight. The vegetables were fresh, the chicken was white meat, and though it was cold, put in the broth, immediately tasted delicious. I'm so glad I found this place. I'm always on the lookout for good pho. I didn't like my pho (I got the chicken ) at first but once I added the jalapeño and the green leaves it gave it that kick I was looking for. I've been on the southside of the airport for over 15 years and did not know that this place existed. I have been sick for the last 48 hrs and needed something awesome. I usually go to Saigon Basil on the northeast side of Atlanta but thats like over 30 mins from home when not at work so I got on yelp and searched. I am currently sitting down eating my veggie pho and enjoying the s*** out of it!!!! This has opened my nasal passages and I even feel a little moisture on my forehead from the heat of the fresh jalapeños and hot sauce, the leaves are crisp and everything is fresh, Omg! This is an awesome place to get Vietnamese food in Forest Park, GA -- a place totally lacking in quality food stops. The inside can seem chaotic at times, with people just jammed into seats at longer connected tables, so you might be sitting near some strangers, but who cares?? It lends to the experience and food more than makes up for it. I grabbed a medium bowl of pho ga (pho with chicken instead of beef) and an order of shrimp spring rolls. The soup was great--tasty and filling. And the rolls were not only very big, but the peanut sauce served with them was fantastic. The service was friendly, fast and efficient. Just the best I've had - from both locations. Tried a bubble tea for the first time . Itt was a bit too sweet for a "with dinner" beverage - but maybe for dessert next time! I also always get the basil rolls - they're huge and yummy. Not that I ever need more food, as the medium serving of the Pho is always taken home and finished later. Only chop sticks are available, which was OK but I would have preferred the option to have a fork or spoon, since we were on a tight time frame to catch a plane. No one took a drink order, so we just drank water, which was fortunately provided without having to ask. My party received an incorrect dish and the waitress did not return to the table to see if we needed anything after the runner dropped our food. No wait staff made eye contact or came near our table.
