Came for lunch on a weekday. It wasn't too busy but the parking lot definitely was! We got seated fairly quickly and we kind of already knew what we wanted so we ordered right away. I got the nem nuong rolls and a small pho. The food came out fairly quickly. The rolls were really thick but honestly a little too much vermicelli and the pork wasn't very flavorful. The pho was decent but definitely not a lot of beef balls in it and the broth was on the sweeter side. We were never checked up on during our whole dining experience. So the service was lacking in my opinion. Thought the pho was decent but definitely better options out there.

I'm sad to say that I did not enjoy my pho experience here, but I heard from a friend that the location in Duluth is much better. I chose to make my own pho. I like how there are different sizes. To be honest, I should've ordered an XL and shared with a friend. The portion for a medium was huge, and I still packed some noodles and soup as leftovers. The soup flavor was a miss; it wasn't flavorful or rich. I tried the gui coan, which was kind of small. I think the skin texture was off compared to what I'm used to like thinner? There wasn't anyone else there when I went. There's a bunch of booths and tables, so I don't think you'd have a problem with waiting to eat. I saw on Yelp that here had a 50% off drink, but this store said they could not honor it, I think maybe she said it was for to go only or during certain hours which was not stated on the yelp thing.

The Tom Kha is AMAZING. This place is everything, especially on a cold day. It is clean and fairly spacious with high ceilings and plenty of booths. The staff are such sweet people, and I think we met the owner. The food comes out VERY fast (a little faster than most dining services but not in an off-putting way), and it does not disappoint. Try to pan-fried dumplings if you're stumped about what to order first, because there are a LOT of menu options. The business is located in a shopping center with a very large lot, so parking wasn't an issue at all. We'll definitely be back.

Great layout and design, love the ambiance. Lots of booths to choose from to sit comfortably and enjoy others company. Food is very flavorful and very satisfying! Very on point service, ready to serve. :)

We were in the area and decided to drop by Saigon Cafe for a quick lunch. I ordered a Pad Thai Noodle and a Mango Smoothie with Lychee Coconut Jelly. Service was quick and our waiter was friendly. The Smoothie tasted decent but not entirely like a smoothie. I would've preferred the noodles in the Pad Thai to be slightly firmer and the overall dish to be spicer. My partner tried the Pho Dac Biet and he said it was flavorful, but nothing too special about the dish.

Nice little place to grab pho. This has been a longtime favorite for my family & I for years.! Went last Friday evening & it was pretty slow. Seated right away. Service was very fast & efficient. Parking is plenty, as it is located in a small plaza area. We ordered two bubble teas , spring rolls, pad thai( to share) & crab/cream cheese bites.! Food was great.! Pad Thai did seemed a bit more sweet then I remember, as it's been a year since coming. *photo is with extra sauce* Hubby thought it was quite sweet as well, hence the negative star. Overall, great dinner.! Will definitely return, for pho next time.! :)

Just had a pretty good meal here. Bourbon chicken with Saigon fried rice. The chicken was a bit sweet for me, but it was still good. It's definitely not as oily as the mall food court variety. The Saigon rice was nothing special but it went well with the chicken. It typically comes with jasmine rice but I wanted fried rice. But actually, since the bourbon sauce was so sweet, it might've been better with plain jasmine. The menu has Vietnamese and Thai dishes, so there's plenty to choose from. I'm gonna have to come back and try their pho sometime.

Great service. Good ambiance. Average pho/flavors. The booth I was sitting in came with a live roach on the table. I still ate here.

Today we ordered the diced beef, kung pao chicken, and orange chicken. The spicy beef had the perfect kick without being overwhelming, with tender slices of beef coated in a rich, bold sauce. The kung pao chicken was well-balanced with just the right mix of savory, slightly sweet, and nutty flavors. And the orange chicken? Crispy, saucy, and perfectly glazed -- not too sticky or overly sweet. One thing we always appreciate is the portion size. You can easily share or have leftovers for the next day (which somehow taste just as good). Whether dining in or grabbing takeout, HAI Indicator stays reliable, flavorful, and satisfying every time. Honestly, this might be the worst $80 of money I've spent in years. I regret not trusting the Yelp reviews.... I am now writing this so you don't have to make the same mistake. AMBIANCE We stopped by one evening craving American Chinese food after going to multiple solid spots across the coast...and the food menu and photos looked like most spots so we figured we'd give it a go... Parking was easy enough and when we came in, we were immediately seated in the green booths. It was clear that the place was going for a nicer, upsale Asian restaurant vibe with the booths and glass partitions (compared to the usual expectations for bare-bones takeout spots)...but the stick tables and booth furniture and lighting was a nope from me. FOOD The food looked decent and the "fast service" and good place for "cozy dates" on the website was fine, but gosh darn in this economy, the PRICE for VALUE and QUALITY at a spot like this is ridiculous. We started with the PuPu flaming platter as an appetizer for $30 and expected something more than what we got. It consisted of a few fried wontons with basically no filling, the least meaty chicken wings, and all the fried stuff was more batter or fatty unedible bits than protein. Plus, it was COLD. This platter for $30 is more show with the flames in the center than food. You could go to a fancy upscale dining establishment and have not only higher quality food but also better service AND ambiance. Then the snow white chicken at ~$18 and it was fine, kind of more dry than the usual but fine. The pork fried rice for $13.99 tasted odd to us with the mix-ins used. We also asked for an extra plate of Steamed Vegetables for $17, which and it took a good 20 minutes to show up. For how expensive it was, I kept waiting for at least one dish to redeem the meal... AND it never happened! SERVICE The service was fast for the most part. However, for the price here and the type of place, you'd expect someone to check on you. Seriously, we had to ask multiple times for extra drinks. It was hard to get anyone's attention when we needed something. It wasn't rude, just very "we don't really care...." I have NO photos on this because it was so awful. I would not return. Please spend your money elsewhere. Please don't make the same mistake we did.

For anyone unfamiliar, Chinese Dhaba is actually a type of Indian restaurant called Indo-Chinese because it's the Chinese food that is prepared Indian-style. They do have some typical "chinese" food dishes that you'd find in another American Chinese establishment, but that's not the main attraction. I ordered Chicken 65, Egg Drop Soup, Chicken Spring Samosas, Chilli Paneer, and a mango lassi. First things first, the mango lassi was absolutely delicious and I pretty much licked the cup clean. I wish the rest of the country appreciated mango lassi the way that I do. The chicken spring samosas were just okay, they seemed to be missing something in my opinion. The Chicken 65 was great, yummy little nuggets of spicy fried chicken. The chilli paneer was also just okay. The sauce tasted more like a Manchurian sauce IMO. It wasn't very spicy, my Chicken 65 was spicier than my paneer. It was still tasty though. The only thing that I categorically did not like was the egg drop soup. It was very thick and totally flavorless. I tried adding my wonton chips to it and it didn't help much. Overall a nice experience and I will certainly order again in the future as I am a big fan of indo-Chinese cuisine!

Yet, instead of the Paneer Mango Masti, we were served a chicken dish. This was gross, humiliating, and deeply upsetting, especially for my mother and me, as we are strict vegetarians. The food itself was average at best, and unfortunately, our previous visit was also disappointing. When I called to complain, I spoke to someone named Berni, who refused to transfer me to the manager and tried to "resolve" the situation with a coupon for a free entree. This is not an appropriate response for such a serious mistake in serving the wrong dish to strict vegetarians- it's not about a free meal, it's about basic respect and proper service. Overall, this experience was unacceptable, and after multiple disappointing visits, this will be our last visit to this restaurant. (We've attached photos of the receipt and the dish for reference.)
