I've ordered here from Uber Eats several times but this was my first time sitting down and eating. Small location but very homey! The service was amazing and everyone there was super nice. They validate parking for 2 hours in the parking garage right next to it but street parking is $2 an hour so not too bad. Pho was super flavorful! I got the house special and my mom got the bon bue (probably spelled it so wrong but something similar). It was well spiced and she loved it--she's a hard critic. The takeout pho here is truly impressive. I was feeling under the weather so hubz picked some food up and brought it home. We got two of their House phos and some dumplings. WHEWWW that pho was 10/10, mainly because of the quality of the meat... so buttery and texturally excellent, and not tough or grainy at all. And it was packed with it, too. Thank God!!! The broth was yummmmy and the dumplings did what they needed to do as an appetizer. I was in heaven. Now im removing a star because 1) the broth definitely should have been warmer and 2) the bean sprouts were severely wilted, so much so that I did not eat them and I always eat them! We came on a Thursday around 2pm food was good. We ordered wings, spring rolls, pho and a pork chop platter. We stumbled across this place being close to where we are staying while visiting. Service, though, didn't match up. When we walked in, their staff member at the front handed us menus, told us to sit wherever and to come back up to order and pay right away. So we ordered, tipped and paid upfront. We had to grab our own water with styrofoam cups, which was fine but what wasn't great was the lack of service after that. No one checked on us and the same guy at the front never once acknowledged how our food was or if we needed anything. On his phone the whole time never once left his spot in the front. Even as we were leaving and saying thank you, he didn't look up from his phone. So my overall experience dining in was ehh it was ok. I would def do take out next time instead of dining in. I was a long time business lunch regular at Dua's (now closed) Broad Street location downtown, so I am thankful they have a thriving spot in Midtown so the wife and I can get the best pho in town close to home. There are many other pho options (even in Midtown), but nothing beats Dua in my book. I'm not sure what it is exactly, but their soup base is so flavorful and the meats are definitely high quality; I usually go for the #1 Eye Round pho. They also offer poke bowls but, not being a big fish eater, I haven't tried that part of the menu. Note that for parking they offer 2 hours validated at a nearby garage (scan at the register). If you're in the mood for some hot, savory pho you should definitely check them out...you won't be disappointed! read more

I was skeptical at first because there was only one customer in the restaurant. The staff was very nice. The place was clean, not super clean but clean. We ordered spring rolls, fried rolls, a Vietnamese beef sandwich, Vietnamese fried chicken, beef pho, two cokes and Thai tea. Everything was really good. The one thing I could have done without was the fried chicken. It was still good but not as good as the other dishes. I didn't try the pho but my kids said it was good. I used to always go to their downtown location when I was in undergrad and get the spicy tofu. Trying this location again: Beef was tender and flavorful. The broth was decent but a tad salty. The Lemongrass chicken is so simple and dependably delicious. Not sure if I'd call it the best Vietnamese in the city, but again, it is dependable and really solid. The service is always nice and pretty quick! I've had better Pho on Buford Hwy, but the Pho at DUA is solid, especially if you don't want to make that drive. I've also had DUA catered, and the quality didn't suffer at all. I look forward to trying other dishes soon. read more

What I normally order is the combination house pho, spring rolls, grilled pork banh mi, and shaking beef. -house pho: combo of all the meats. So much variety and noodles. SOO good with tasty broth. I add a little extra salt -spring rolls have pork and shrimp. The pork is seasoned and grilled. Different but I love it! Filled with herbs and noodles too -pork banh mi: yummy grilled pork but I will say the size could be bigger for $10 and the bread.. not sure if it's store bought or purchased at a home made place. I work nearby on 14th Street and me and my employees consistently enjoy dining here. The customer service and food are great and the prices are a great value for the portion sizes. I took a group of five people here tonight for one of my employee/friend's birthday. The dining space is airy and spacious. Patrons order at the counter and then staff will bring the food to the table. The menu has options for vegetarians and carnivores. My husband ordered the B6 Pork, and Egg vermicelli noodles bowl and loved it. I ordered the B3 Bun bowl with spicy tofu served over the vermicelli noodles. It was excellent! The rest of my group ordered the Poke bowls and stated that they were delicious! The bathrooms are clean and spacious. We love this restaurant!! read more

Ordered takeout from here my first night in Atlanta. My one complaint is that their phone number doesn't work. It's the same number on Yelp and Google, but I tried calling multiple times over the course of 20 minutes and it always went straight to voicemail. Because of this, I wasn't sure whether the restaurant was even open but decided to try my luck anyways. I really wish I could've called in my order ahead of time so I didn't need to spend an extra 15 minutes at the restaurant waiting. They mostly serve Vietnamese dishes here (pho + other noodle soups, rice dishes, vermicelli bowls, and stir fried noodles, but they also randomly have poke as well for some reason. I came Tuesday evening around 8 pm and the restaurant wasn't too crowded. I ordered B1, bun thit nuong cha gio i.e. grilled pork and egg roll over vermicelli noodles, for $14.95. They were in the process of completing a HUGE takeout order, so I had to wait ~15 minutes for my order. Once I got it, I made straight for my hotel room to eat. The grilled pork was super flavorful, the egg roll crispy, and my god the vermicelli noodles were incredibly smooth. Both the salad and the vermicelli went really well with the pork. If you can't tell, I really enjoyed this meal! I didn't expect for my first meal on my Atlanta trip to be Vietnamese food, but no regrets! I'll take this over fried chicken or shrimp and grits any day :D read more

Lots of meat and noodles are included (and no tripe, which I personally dislike LOL). Everything is great, which is hard to say about most Vietnamese places outside of Buford Highway! It's an order at the counter type of restaurant and then they bring the food out to you. It wasn't the most quick but it wasn't too slow for the food to come out. And it was worth the wait.
