My bf and I came here yesterday evening for pho and we both got the pho dac biet. I felt the medium was the perfect portion for me and I loved the rice noodles. The broth is very rich as well. I also put some chili into the pho and it elevated it to the next level. My only feedback is that I noticed the cashier was wearing a pair of gloves, one exact pair for everything (cashing out, bringing food to the table, dirty dishes to the back, and selecting the good herbs from the bad). From a food safety standpoint, the lack of cleanliness and high risk of contamination made me want to steer away from Pho Ha Noi in the future.

Such a good late night option!! One of the only pho places open so late at night and the quality is also quite good. Just what I'm looking for when I'm craving Vietnamese food and I keep coming back to this place just for the convenience of it. The prices are par for the course for the pho, and the service is good and friendly. Prices for the salad/summer rolls are a tad bit high but I still can't resist ordering them EVERY TIME. The restaurant has cute decor inside and is located in a convenient location near College and Spadina.

I went last night and it was so good, quiet and I like the atmosphere. Here was not so many customers inside at this time, but it's okay.

Very nice staff. Delicious food and good prices. We called ahead for pick up and they were really nice and asked questions to make sure we ordered the right things. Was happy with my meal!

They only super late which is perfect for some late night bites. The pho with rare beef and beef brisket is super delicious! Cant forget the shrimp summer rolls with peanut sauce. It's the best appetizer! Service is usually average and the restaurant is really big with lots of seating.

So good, the staff were amazing and very friendly. The tea was my favourite part. The rice, chicken and sides can still taste

Really awesome late night eat in Toronto open late at 4 am! Ordered a couple of things on the menu to share: fried spring rolls, fresh spring rolls, chicken vermicelli, and assorted meat pho. Crispy spring rolls and very good proportion of rice noodles and neat on the fresh spring rolls. The peanut sauce as good too. The chicken vermicelli was my favourite. The sauce fishy and good amount of all the ingredients in the bowl. The soup broth of the pho was very beefy. Really good pho place in the area and i highly recommend for anyone craving late-night pho or not even late in general. Definitely coming back here.

Excellent rare beef Somehow smaller is up to $15... pretty much most places now; pho isn't the cheaper food option it once was... Rare beef was excellent (I already said that....) and nice staff.

It's very quaint and pretty standard for the area, nothing flashy, just a simple neighbourhood restaurant. We went on a Friday around 11:30 AM and were the only table there, which made for a quiet and relaxed lunch. We ordered the bún bò Huế and the pad thai. Both were fine, but nothing particularly memorable. They did the job, but neither dish really stood out enough to make me crave a return visit specifically for them. That said, this is very much a no-fuss kind of place. Prices were on the more affordable side, around $15 per dish, which is always appreciated in Toronto. The atmosphere is casual, the service was straightforward, and the food came out without much of a wait. Overall, it probably wouldn't become my go-to spot, but as a vegetarian-friendly option in the area, it's a solid and easy choice if you're nearby and looking for something simple.

Ordered the pad thai and it's on the more tart side. Missing umami, could use a but more salt. On the other hand the appetizer: rice roll with mushroom with that fish sauce is perfection, highly recommended. Large space, too much incense smell so if you're sensitive, be warned. Friendly staff. Good price, large portions on mains, vegan.

I ordered the bun bo hue, pho, and spring rolls. The bun bo hue tasted more like a spicy pho broth, and the pho reminded me of the broth at the Michelin recommended restaurant on Ossington. Overall, the bun bo hue and spring rolls were just okay, nothing special. The pho was good if you're looking for something simple. They also put a large piece of beef tendon in the pho, which I loved! One thing I didn't like was that the owner seemed to be rushing us to order, which felt a bit off putting. I'd come back for the pho and spring rolls, but I'm not sure about the other dishes.

This really is soul food when you're feeling sick. My one quarrel with this place is the extremely small wide of their "large soup bowls" this is just terrible. I wish they would just go back to a regular large bowl of soup. This is the smallest "large" pho soup size I've had just about anywhere I've been. Honestly amazing place, but the portion of the soup really really irks me. Also the fried spring rolls are a must try! Incredible every single time.

I tried to finish the broth because it was so good. I would have given that first bowl 4 stars! Today was terrible! It just felt like a super water-downed broth that I didn't want to drink. Everything was just boiled and dumped in a water-downed soup base. The least they can do is use broth and dump it in the seafood tomato based soup. This was a 9pm dinner. They had their own family visiting to close up shop at 11. I tried asking them what happened to the broth today but they didn't speak English or just decided not to. It was disappointing for a bowl of $21 + tax noodle that was just pretty bland tonight even though it looked the part.... Sigh 2 stars today but couldn't average it out to 3 because now I remembered the spring rolls from the first visit were soggy Yes they are friendly but don't know if it's a place you should come before 7pm to catch the good broth?

The dry noodle dishes under the green column use egg noodles & those under the brown use rice noodles but the toppings & sauce are the same. The most pricey rice noodles are Japanese but otherwise the difference is width. Got the thin egg noodle version in large. It's recommended to add pickled garlic & red vinegar. The soup was pretty tasty with a natural sweetness, 2 springy half fishballs & a large, very fresh shrimp. The sauce was basically oyster sauce but pickled garlic, red vinegar, hoi sin & chili sauce were available to add complexity. The noodles weren't wet but were not dry either. Large was a very big bowl it came with minced pork, thin sliced pork beansprouts & greens. The pickled garlic was good. Also got a shrimp fritter on the side for $2.50. It was big with one tiny shrimp. The juxtaposition was comical but it was cheap. It was not warm but the fritter was crispy & tasty. Unfortunately the shrimp itself was dry & brittle.
