Metro regular here!! Still my #1 standard and favourite for a staple pho. A clean establishment, good service and a cozy decor, nothing to complain about in that aspect. On each table, they provide Sriracha, Hoisin, utensils, napkins and chillies. I only wish they had pickled garlic, but you can't have everything! I was very sad to see that the price went up recently . But still, can never complain about the food per dollar. Plenty of meat, more than enough vegetables (red/white onions, spring onions, bean sprouts, etc), and the vermicelli platter comes loaded! Today I tried the Satay Rare Beef Pho, potentially my top 3 in favourite orders. It uses lemongrass and packs a heat that is appreciable. Delicious. 9.7/10

We have been to other pho metro location. This one is spacious and clean. Service can be better but the food it's really good we loved rare beef Pho with sautéed noodles. Portion sizes are big medium is more than enough for one person. You can share if anything. Highly recommend this place.

Delicious pho in Vaughan. The broth isn't cloudy, the price is just right, and the meat is plentyful. It's 18$ for an XL. Honestly can feed two people so bring your son here too. Can skip on the cha Gio however. Spend some time here and you won't need to visit any other pho in Vaughan again. Located in a funny strip plaza.

I went to the Scarborough location years ago and remember really liking it. The Vaughan location is pretty good as well. We came on a weekday around 3pm and there were lots of empty tables. I got the bun rieu and house special pho. It's not the best I have had but it was good. The broth was flavourful, and the noodle texture was perfect. It came to around $40 after tax and tips for the soup noodles and an iced coffee.

I was in the Vaughan area and a friend recommended going to Pho Metro. Decided to go on a Thursday night and fortunately there was no wait to get a table. There is plenty of seating and the workers are very attentive in checking on you and re-filling the tea as needed. I ordered the a P1 medium (House special noodle soup (rare beef, brisket, beef balls, tripe) and A1 (Deep fried shrimp and pork spring rolls). The pho was very delicious (the broth was very clear) and had good portions of the meat. The spring rolls were not bad, I would have enjoyed them more if they were warmer but it was very crunchy. Overall, the atmosphere is good and would return if I am in the area and crazing pho.

This is the same place as one of my "go to" Vietnamese places from Scarborough. As usual the food is very good and tasty. A bit of a weird location that took around an industrial mall - we were about to leave but then found it! If you are looking for authentic Vietnamese food in Maple, you gotta come here.

It's located in a corner of a one floor building with other offices - kinda hidden. Three tall plants greet you at the entrance with high ceilings. The colour of the wall could be changed and there isn't much decor. I felt like the tables were too close to each other. No plexiglass to separate anything. The service was a bit slower than other pho places we go to. My partner had the curry beef brisket which the soup base was drinkable and had a nice kick to it. Minus one star for having hardly any veggies in that dish. My beef noodle soup came with potatoes which was a surprise to me. The starch from it and too much noodles made the soup base thick and I didn't like that. Also, it wasn't spicy at all. The carrot pieces were nice. The washroom was small, but clean. Overall, it caters to the neighborhood, but I don't think I'll be going back.

Came to Pho Metro with a party of 9 around 11:30am on a Monday, we were checked for photo ID and proof of vaccination, although the tables were placed closer together than 6 feet. We were seated immediately, menus and pots of tea came quickly. The pho dac biet was very good, taste was spot on, noodles were perfect, meat was perfectly served. I thought it was a tad bit too oily, but otherwise, it was a solid bowl of pho. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

My family ate here 3 times in the last 2 weeks, including today, the first day of 2022. All the food is good here! Here are some dishes we've tried: A1 - Deep fried shrimp and pork spring rolls (small, 2 rolls) - flavours are good and nice crunch on the outside. P2 - Vermicelli with grilled pork and fried spring roll - A little too fatty on the grilled pork for my liking and love how thinly sliced it was. P1 - House special noodle soup (rare beef, brisket, beef balls, tripe) (medium) - flavour is really good but just a little heavy on the salt. B3a Vermicelli with grilled chicken and fried spring roll - my peanut allergic daughter ate this and liked it. (We were told the restaurant is peanut free but we are always worried about the sauces so we don't give that to her). Chicken was delicious and noodles cooked just right. A7 - Chicken Wings - yummy and crunchy on the outside. C2 - Rice with grilled pork chop - my classic to-go dish, good portion and good flavours. Ate here once and service and atmosphere are okay. One person washroom is a really small space but clean. Overall, the food is good and worth it. We'll be back to try other menu items.

Pho Metro's newest location in Vaughan! Nice and Spacious interior. Family run with a good vibe. Menu is standard to the other locations, so no surprises or disappointment. Competition around here can be tough as there are so many Vietnamese cuisine options in the immediate neighborhood.

Seriously the best pho restaurant in Vaughan. My boyfriend and I usually come here once a week. Brisket soup , spring rolls, strawberry milkshake will always be the best on the menu! Staff is very friendly. It gets very busy here during lunch so make sure you plan ahead. Def a spot to check out whenever you're in the mood for a good bowl of pho !!

It was pretty busy on a Sunday at 7pm considering their location and placement in the plaza. This place will honour 10% off if you pay by cash. Attentive service and efficient. Trying out a new pho place means I'd have to go for their pho first, although I was really craving bun bo hue. Let's just say that the broth exceeded my expectations and the meat portions were really generous. Generous meaning that when normally I'd be left with noodles, this time I still had layers of rare beef left. The food came out pretty fast after submitting our order. Minor details which lost a star included: the spring rolls (which were weak and underwhelming) and the forgotten order of the avocado milkshake (which was made with a lot of condensed milk).

Tips: - This place takes debit and cash only…read more - The hot tea is scorching hot. A couple of Wednesdays ago, after work, I had an early dinner at this Pho Anh Vu on Highway 7 in Vaughan, between Keele and Jane streets. I have passed by this eatery a number of times since it opened. It was time to check it out. This location used to be Veg Italiano. There used to be a pho place a few doors down. It is now a Turkish eatery. This small plaza does have some turnover. However, the Turkish place and this eatery have been here for at least a couple of years. I hope they remain. I got here at around 3:30 pm. I had no problem finding a parking spot. I backed into a vacant one and walked in. I was immediately greeted by a male staffer. I got to sit wherever I wanted. I chose a booth by the window. I got menus to peruse. There were two other tables with customers. It was nice. Hot tea came to me with two cups. The hot tea was exceptionally piping hot. I used both cups to pour tea into them and let them cool. I was ready to order. It took a long time to get a server to come over. The woman at the counter noticed that I was ready and flagged the male server to take my order. I got these items: - Soda lemonade - Grilled chicken on vermicelli with spring rolls My soda lemonade came first. It was fizzy, cold, and refreshing. I loved it so much. I would get it again in a heartbeat. It also helped me down my food as I waited for my hot tea to cool down. When my tea was finally at a temperature that wouldn't scorch my tongue, it was fragrant and yummy. I loved the grilled chicken. It was flavourful and grilled to perfection. The vermicelli was generous and yummy. The spring rolls were stuffed and crispy. This dish came with dipping sauce that I ended up pouring on everything. I feel that I needed more of it. I paid at the counter with a debit card. I tapped and was good. This eatery got busy after 4 pm. My guess is that everyone came to watch the Canada-Switzerland FIFA game. It got tense in the place. Eventually, Canada lost this game. I used the washroom before I left. It was beautiful and clean. It's a decent location that serves good food. The tea was too hot. Service started off slow, but was a lot better once my order was place. I'd love to return to try more items off the menu. (280)

A little bit of communication would have been nice, just got the "it's coming" the two times I asked about where it was, no timeline or anything. Spring rolls were kind of bland, no real flavour - however the crunchiness hits the spot. Bun bo hue when it arrives is truly amazing! The perfect amount of spice - makes you sweat a bit without killing you - you can still taste everything you're eating! I do prefer Toronto's Pho Anh Vu over the Vancouver location, somehow the Bun Bo Hue doesn't hit the same over here.

Disco lighting fixtures and a tucked away stage lend the space an unexpected theatricality, as though it were built for celebration rather than mere sustenance. Despite the family's expansion into a sleeker downtown outpost, this original location retains a lived in charm no polished interior could replicate. The broth carries real depth and fragrance, the noodles handled with care, and the accompanying plates, from crisp spring rolls to grilled specialties, arrive with the consistency that keeps a neighborhood loyal for decades. My friend, Chris, suggested that we visit Vietnoms after a Yelp experience that made us crave something more. Luckily, it wasn't too far away. However, it was during rush hour on a Wednesday. We got here separately. This eatery is in a plaza that has a FreshCo anchoring it. The plaza has plenty of parking. I pulled into a spot and met up with Chris. This place has limited spots for dining inside. We had no problem grabbing a table. There is bar seating at the front. This place has a patio. However, it was too hot to sit outside, even with a large patio umbrella at each table. We were greeted and seated promptly. We got menus. This place has its regular menu and off-menu specials. Wow! I remember Crosstown BBQ had a collaboration with Vietnoms. Sadly, I missed it. Chris got these items: - Water - Banh mi dip My order consisted of these items: - Cold tea - Matcha lemonade - Rare beef and beef ball pho (small) I asked how large the large bowl of pho was. He pointed at a man's bowl. It was large, so I went small. The cold tea was refreshing. It came in a teapot. I loved it so much that I poured the remaining tea in my empty cup that once had my matcha lemonade. The drinks here are solid. I loved my matcha lemonade. There was no matcha powder grit in my drink. It was perfectly blended. The lemonade part had lemon preserve, which made it super yummy. I'd get this drink again in a heartbeat. My pho order was messed up. I spent a while trying to find beef balls. I realized that I had rare beef and beef brisket. It was also a large. Chris was the first to point out to our server that I didn't have any beef balls. I fished out the two types of proteins that were in my pho. He was apologetic and wanted to make things right. I frankly wasn't offended by this mistake. The proteins were yummy. The pho was excellent. Although it was a large, I was able to down it. The broth was delicious. Our server came over with a bowl of six beef balls and a lot of green onions in the broth. He apologized again. It was great that this place wanted to make everything right. For someone who wanted a small pho, I ended up with a massive meal. Thank goodness I didn't order an appetizer! I am a beef ball person. The beef balls hit the spot. The extra green onions made me so happy. I loved them. Chris enjoyed his banh mi dip. At first, he felt that the dip part was too salty. However, when we dipped his banh mi halves into it, the broth was fine. I need to get what he got next time. It looked incredible, especially the brisket in the baguette. I used the washroom before I left. It was compact and clean. No issues. We paid at the front counter. I paid with a credit card for both of us, as Chris had cash. I now have a running tab to pay him back. This place was awesome and a great suggestion. I suspect that dining here on a weekend would be difficult because it's such a small indoor dining area with limited seating. We came on a weeknight at nearly 6 pm and it was perfect. I'd return to get more good eats. It's an awesome addition to this plaza. (342)

She also had something to drink, which she said was very good. I found the dipping broth a bit salty at first, but well balanced when had with the bánh mi. Mary's pho was missing the beef balls but that was soon corrected and she enjoyed it all. Although tiny (cozy), the dining room is very inviting, plus they have a little patio with umbrellas just outside the entrance. We chose to sit inside, avoiding the summer heat and bright sunlight. We enjoyed our meal while the traffic subsided.
