(also posted on Google) This place was so good, I came here every dayyyyyy. First day, I got the special ribs pho (large size). It's the most expensive, like $21 CAD, but you get two massive beef ribs. The meat is so tender. The pho broth is so good. I highly recommend trying this, and share if you can! If this is too much, they do sell only one rib (still comes with broth, but no noodles) for $11 CAD. Other pho and com tam dishes were great. They have so many options! They had some specials on the wall. The signs only had the Vietnamese name and a photo, so it might be hard to understand what the dishes are. The servers were nice and spoke English though. There are also many sauces on each table. The utensils are self-serve. They will bring you the bill, but you have to pay at the cashier by the entrance. Even the Vietnamese coffee was delicious. The color is darker than I am used to, but it was so good. I tried avocado shake and soursop shake, which I enjoyed too. Credit cards/Apple Pay are accepted.

My fam and I ordered the Pho & Bun Bo Hue. Pho was great and was generous w the meat portion; also had tendon and a meatball which is supposed to come w it, but other places tend to leave those out, so it was nice to see it was added. The Bun Bo Hue was fine, it was generous as well on portion size, only downfall was the broth was a bit underwhelming. Although it did still taste authentic, the broth could definitely use some more flavor! Location is open until midnight, which is good convenience for those who are having a later dinner or late night grub. The space is quite tight inside and can feel a bit cramped if it's a full house. Parking is ample and available in the lot and location is easy to find! Staff was quick, attentive, and friendly. We also didn't have to wait too long for the food, which was great. There is no automatic gratuity, so it's your discretion for tip value.

Went for some pho after rock climbing at true north. Place looks a bit run down with the chain linked fences on the windows and doors, but it gives it some atmosphere. The staff don't seem to speak English, so you know it's good. I don't remember what I ordered but it came with pork blood, Vietnamese ham, and pork hock, on top of other meats. Flavours are great. Would return.

Food was tasty, but quite a bit pricey, although food portions are big. There was not a lot of soup in the dish we ordered (which was soup). It was an extra 3 dollars more if you wanted extra soup. But, overall food is good. We did see a small cockroach crawling along the wall beside our table. Nothing much. Service was good and quick, although since we had the table next to the kitchen, we could hear the cook arguing with someone. We'll be back tho!

Big portions and everything tasted great. The prices are reasonable. Great spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The pho broth is on the sweeter side. Service is good here and it's clean.

The food was amazing as always, our server was quick and and we barely had time to take a second sip of our drink before our food came out. It's a cozy little spot that you can't compare to anything else.

Famous rib soups. One is pork the other one beef.

God damn it, this is the best Pho I have ever had in the city. To be honest, this is the second time I have been here but the first time I ordered just a regular pho ga (chicken soup) so I wasn't mind blown BUT this time I went for the flagship dishes. The bone in pork rib soup and the bone in beef rib soups and I cannot believe how ridiculously good these two dishes are. Extremely good value too since each dish was roughly $20. The service was superb, the waitress took the time to recommend us the most authentic way of enjoying my ribs. The owner of the establishment was also super kind and generous with my daughter. She even pulled out a balloon and made her a puppy lol I don't think that's something that can be expected but it was a really nice gesture that was greatly appreciated. The only negative about this place is the location, which is why I gave it a 3 star atmosphere rating since it's located at a plaza in Jane and Finch. Unfortunately there is a fear factor associated with how safe the neighbourhood is, we looked at it as an adventure and the food was well worth it.

Pretty busy spot, specially towards the end of the day. The staff doesn't speak much English but it's not too big of a hassle communicating. The food itself came out relatively quick and the portions were pretty good as well. Taste wise, nothing spectacular but nothing bad either. Would've given this a 3.5 if I could.

Overall round up to 4 Star. It's in the seedier part of town. I just came because of the wow factor of the whole beef rib soup noodle. Wasn't disappointed, the rib is boiled to very tender texture, unfortunately the msg is a bit over the edge. The environment feels like the old downtown Vietnamese restaurant. Nothing fancy, and need some modernizing. 3 Star. Food is not bad, it ok food. But the herb they provide is more variety then the standard restaurant, and fresh herb is what makes this restaurant stand out. Adding the extra herb factor I'll give it 4 Star (otherwise 3.5) Service is fast and attentive. Not five star service, but it's enough for a small family restaurant. 4 Star. Value, gotta say, with the recent crazy inflation, no where is affordable dine out. The portion is big relative to the price, sooooo I'll give it a 4.5 star.

It's been a while since we were completely satisfied with our restaurant choice for dinner, this was truly a delightful experience. We ordered the seafood soup, the veggie fried spring rolls and the che 3 me dessert, I would highly recommend all three of these dishes. The staff were so friendly and welcoming almost like having dinner at a friends house. The food was quick to arrive and the dessert was full of flavour not just sugar. We were also pleasantly surprised to find more than three treasures in this dessert cup, it actually also came with the artificial pomegranate and some tapioca bubbles. We can't wait to go back here for another meal!

Don't mind the Conditional public health warning. I decided to go in & order. The place was very clean & the staff that greeted me...super helpful & very nice! They don't have Pad Thai but introduced me to my new favourite...DELICIOUS!!! My husband had the steamed rice w/chicken & beef & fried egg...one of the best. All dishes are well seasoned & portion size was excellent. I also had the pineapple coconut shake...yummy!!! All 3 items $45! I'll definitely be back.

It's truly a hidden gem, the food portions are huge and the food is yummy. The prices are reasonable. One of my favourite rice dishes from them that I crave along with a assorted meat vermicelli bowl. We also got shrimp and pork rice paper rolls. It's currently our go to for viet food and my favourite viet restaurant in the city

The food was amazing as expected and so was the service. The service was fast and very helpful. But honestly I been going there for the last few days and one thing, a person has truly brought colour to this place. A girl so beautiful you can mistake her for a angel she looks so heavenly and sweet, I think she the real reason I go back everyday, she always there sitting in the corner in her own little world it's so adorable especially those small little smiles of hers . I seen her make drinks so she definitely a worker there, she makes that place look so lively it's truly blows me away that a girl like that exists. A girl so rich in her outfits and clearly a woman with wonderful taste in food. If I come back and she there I could eat for hours, she is so memorizing to the eye, idk how I can describe it. I recall her saying her name was Alice. Such a beautiful angel in a place so close to heaven this place is a dream,10/10 recommendation

Wine braised pho hotpot - I really enjoyed this hotpot - even more so than their typical pho. You can get unlimited soup refills too which is great. Broth is light yet flavorful. Pho - decided to try their "regular " pho which has a bit more herbal notes than their hotpot. It's not bad but I could see some of the herbal/spice undertones being off putting to some. Stret style platter - lots of good, great variety, very fresh. Loved this dish - getting to make your own customized roll is worth it. Durian crema coffee - an interesting that I've never seen. It's line a typical coffe but a large and thick layer of durian foam layer on top of the coffee. Price: A bit higher than other pho places but well worth trying

A couple of Wednesdays ago, after work, I had an early dinner at this Pho Anh Vu on Highway 7 in Vaughan, between Keele and Jane streets. I have passed by this eatery a number of times since it opened. It was time to check it out. This location used to be Veg Italiano. There used to be a pho place a few doors down. It is now a Turkish eatery. This small plaza does have some turnover. However, the Turkish place and this eatery have been here for at least a couple of years. I hope they remain. I got here at around 3:30 pm. I had no problem finding a parking spot. I backed into a vacant one and walked in. I was immediately greeted by a male staffer. I got to sit wherever I wanted. I chose a booth by the window. I got menus to peruse. There were two other tables with customers. It was nice. Hot tea came to me with two cups. The hot tea was exceptionally piping hot. I used both cups to pour tea into them and let them cool. I was ready to order. It took a long time to get a server to come over. The woman at the counter noticed that I was ready and flagged the male server to take my order. I got these items: - Soda lemonade - Grilled chicken on vermicelli with spring rolls My soda lemonade came first. It was fizzy, cold, and refreshing. I loved it so much. I would get it again in a heartbeat. It also helped me down my food as I waited for my hot tea to cool down. When my tea was finally at a temperature that wouldn't scorch my tongue, it was fragrant and yummy. I loved the grilled chicken. It was flavourful and grilled to perfection. The vermicelli was generous and yummy. The spring rolls were stuffed and crispy. This dish came with dipping sauce that I ended up pouring on everything. I feel that I needed more of it. I paid at the counter with a debit card. I tapped and was good. This eatery got busy after 4 pm. My guess is that everyone came to watch the Canada-Switzerland FIFA game. It got tense in the place. Eventually, Canada lost this game. I used the washroom before I left. It was beautiful and clean. It's a decent location that serves good food. The tea was too hot. Service started off slow, but was a lot better once my order was place. I'd love to return to try more items off the menu. (280)

We walked in and were greeted by a friendly few staff members who showed us to our table. The decor inside was modern, it was clean and the ambiance was great. As soon as we sat down we were brought hot drinks of our choice to warm us up. It took a while before we settled on our meal choices after much discussion. We have some vegetarians and some non-vegetarians in our family so it was nice to see that vegetarians could be accommodated here. All of the meals turned out to be very tasty from our appetizers to our mains. Spring Rolls** were crispy, tasty and served with a sweet-spicy sauce. These were the outstanding showstoppers of the entire meal or at least a few of us agreed that they were our favourite choice. Vegetarian Cold Rolls (small) were crunchy, refreshing and served with a peanut sauce with roasted peanuts on top. I was told that my homemade version of vegetarian cold rolls was even better than the restaurant version since I include more tofu but this restaurant version came in a close second place. Stir-fried Vegetables with Tofu and Steamed Rice was very super flavourful, as was the veggie soup broth. The main vegetarian dish had a bit of kick to it, lots of black pepper, and a tangy spicy taste which was almost too spicy for one family member's simple palate. Nothing a bowl full of rice couldn't fix. What would make it a 5 star rating would be if they had included a bit more tofu, otherwise it was a very good dish. Grilled Pork Chop with Rice was wonderfully delicious. The veggies made the dish eye catching. The flavour packed broth was delightful. It was served with a drizzle of oil of green onions which when combined with freshly steamed rice make the perfect trifecta. Stir-Fry Rice Noodles with Seafood (which had squid, fish balls, shrimp and possibly scallops) was very well received by one hungry man. He didn't mind that the vegetarians had more veggies on their plates than him. Stir-Fry Rice Noodles* with Vegetables had a great colourful presentation and tasted very good, according to another. Once again their only other comment about the dish was that they wished there was more tofu in it. What would make it a 5 star rating would be if they had included a bit more tofu, otherwise it was also a good dish. The staff were more than accommodating to the requests of grandparents who needed to relocate tables to stay warm during this cold winter season. My family very much appreciated our visit to this restaurant. Fantastic hospitality. Great service and friendly personable staff.

You either love it or hate it, but I love tendon and we ordered this specifically because they mentioned they will add a bone of tendon. Not sure if it's in all bowls or just what they had left. It was certainly worth the money with the offer. While we picked and cut away all the tender tendon pieces, there are some connective tendon pieces that are still bit stiff, I mean I try to pressure cook it bit more later along with my ingredients when I got home to get the adjoining tendons between the bones and made another collagen rich soup / broth. We also ordered a broken rice dish with chicken and it was good too. We had a lot of leftovers and the next day the soup broth did thicken up indicating a good amount of bone broth.
