We snuggled into one of the available booths and felt quite comfortable. The ordering process was easy and convenient. You simply write down your order on a slip of paper. Don't forget about anything. We took our time browsing the menu, and no one rushed us, which I really appreciated. The complimentary tea was, as always, a nice, welcoming gesture. We ordered two soups. The large size was actually massive. The 'Seafood Pho' was not bad, but I wouldn't order it again. I enjoyed beef broth, all the greens and veggies. I also had the fried chicken bao. Fairly straightforward, but it a good way being made fresh with a generous piece of fried chicken in the bao with some sauce, cilantro and carrot. I went to the bank, got the exact Canadian amount I needed, and returned to pay my bill. What makes this especially disappointing is that the food was actually good, and the atmosphere was nice. But when you're visiting a business and have to go to a bank next door just to verify whether you're being given the correct change, it completely destroys the trust and the experience.
