We order a couple cocktails, they were both great. A Lychee Sour, and a mango Margarita, came out quick as the service was great. We both had soups and split a pork Bahn Mi. The food was so flavourful and fresh. Large portions. Would go back for sure.

It is not sustainable the way it is being just a piece of paper. The food taste and presentation ranges from good to great. One thing that felt odd and out of place was menu item S10 Bò Né which includes marinated beef, cheese, fries, and other assorted food items. It felt a little off brand and different from the rest of the Vietnamese or Southeast Asian fare. The worst thing out of all the experience was the level of service and staff training. Many of the younger servers do not know what they are doing. The level of familiarity they have about the menu was inadequate. They were unsure about what some of the menu items actually were when they were bringing it over to serve it. Even if they may not be native to the type of cuisine being served, the least they can do is have an acceptable enough working knowledge about what is included in the dish and what it looks like. Proper anticipation and thought about providing the needed plates, bowls, and utensil sets was also just not there. We had to request for dishwares and cutlery several different times.

We're the toughest crowd. Plus, Yelp reviews could be very informative. The restaurant has a casual, low key atmosphere. The interior is a bit worn, but rather clean and tidy. We snuggled into one of the available booths and felt quite comfortable. The ordering process was easy and convenient. You simply write down your order on a slip of paper. Don't forget about anything. We took our time browsing the menu, and no one rushed us, which I really appreciated. The complimentary tea was, as always, a nice, welcoming gesture. We ordered two soups. The large size was actually massive. The 'Seafood Pho' was not bad, but I wouldn't order it again. I enjoyed beef broth, all the greens and veggies. Unfortunately, the selection of protein was rather disappointing. A bunch of tiny shrimp (some of them had a fishy taste), carved squid, surimi and something similar to fish cake were just not enough to be happy about. It should be called 'Frozen Seafood Medley Pho'. The best choice will definitely be to order one of the Beef Pho options. My partner opted for beef noodle soup Bún bò Huế. It was meaty with lots of beef, pork and blood pudding. I think his only complaint was that the soup wasn't spicy enough. What happened was, he didn't specify the spiciness level when ordering and our server simply didn't bother to ask. So it was mild and a little bland. The Egg Meatloaf / Chả Trứng was something new to me. The moist and delicate texture, with its distinct pork and mushroom flavor, was very good. It was a truly inspirational dish and someday I'd like to try making it. You pay at the counter.

The worst tasting: the worst Vietnamese ice coffee EVER! Bar none!! It was neither Vietnamese nor a drinkable coffee! Gross.

The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, and the service was good throughout our visit. The food was tasty and well executed, with a couple of dishes standing out from the rest. The crispy chicken wings, marinated in a savory fish sauce, were sticky good and packed with flavor. The other favourite was the crispy spring rolls filled with pork and shrimp, which were nicely prepared and disappeared quickly. Overall, a solid Vietnamese spot with good service and some standout appetizers -- a great stop before exploring downtown Toronto. Saluti.

The jade rice has mixed of crispy rice, the crunch is making each bite more delicious. Beef is seasoned well and the pickled cucumber is a good addition to the dish. For the 2nd visit, I mistakenly ordered C10 thinking it was a rice plate. (It was fried rice) Few minutes later I asked if its not too late to change it, and mentioned what I meant to order. They quickly update my order and still got it on time. Service is good, they move like a lightning here. And probably one of the fanciest vietnamese restaurants I've been to.

The tendon came on the side for an $8 charge, and was a bit more tough than normal, but I loved my pho. The bun that I tried was great, as were the rolls. Service: kind service. The app on the QR code menu was a little confusing of whether I had to add certain ingredients or not, but the food was served quickly. Ambiance: fine. Plus, the noodles were stuck together like one big tasteless, noodle brick. I couldn't even pull it easily with chopsticks. I thought I would cry seeing all the happy looking customers around. Most of them ordered soups. My partner's pho looked quite good, but, as he put it, "the broth was below average, the rest of the ingredients were average." Regarding my Hủ Tiếu Xào Quảng Đông/Guangdong-style Stir-fried Rice Noodles (number 606 on the menu), I ate all the broccoli. The shrimp were small and lime juice helped. I totally don't appreciate flower-shaped carrots (didn't eat them, plus celery as well), and the worst, the blob of noodles had no taste whatsoever. For me, it was simply a disappointing experience, but the menu is extensive, and it certainly does not lack a variety of delicious dishes.
