    Brisket pho

Felt leaving very satisfied!! They have limited Pho options but can assure you the broth is pretty tasty! The noodles are wider and the brisket is thicker but overall good! They have an assortment of other Asian dishes - rice plates ramen etc Would recommend scoping out!

Surprisingly authentic spring and egg rolls. I especially liked that the cha gio egg rolls were of the rice paper skin type--not the wanton wrappers typical of Chinese egg rolls. The sauces for Summer rolls were thick and strongly flavored. The egg rolls came with lettuce leaves and a garlicky fish chili sauce. Pho noodles were slippery and tender, meats were delicious. Broth was alright. Could be stronger. The chicken broth Pho Ga was spot on. Happy to return when I want a soup meal!

A Pho Vietnamese food in Mexico City, that is awesome! The restaurant is in Refomal street which is about 50 minutes walk from Central Historic where I stayed. I came here didn't expected pho here to be the best for at least okay in mine preferences. They had different type of foods including bun Thit nuong, eggrolls, pho chicken, pho beef, and thai foods. Their pho is good especially the beef noodle. Their pho is the Northern Vietnam style therefore no vegetables with it expect only green onions. The broth was flavorful and got my craving Vietnamese foods fixed in Mexico City. Services was okay.

Looking for an authentic Vietnamese restaurant on my trip to CDMX and this restaurant đó not let me down. They offer many northern-style dishes which I highly recommend such as bún chả nem and rarebeef pho. They also has egg coffee which you can only find in Hanoi. The atmosphere is very cozy and friendly. Highly recommended!

Walking into the restaurant you can already smell the authentic pho aroma in the air. ordered the beef pho and fried rolls while hubby ordered chicken pho and shrimp spring rolls. Both pho bowls were so flavorful and didn't need much added to it. Note: The chili oil on the table is not spicy at all. The fried rolls were delicious and actually had meat in it. Sometimes when you order egg rolls at restaurants they only contain vegetables but not here. The shrimp spring rolls were ok , the wrap around it was kind of hard but edible. Personally feel like this is the best pho in Mexico City, located in the Juarez area.

The food was really good! But! Though I ordered a large one it was still soooo small... I was still hungry afterwards! It was quite a nice bowl of noodle soup from a viet perspective though!

I'm a Vietnamese travelling to Mexico city, I approve of this place! :) highly recommend the pho as well as spring rolls here. The pho noodles themselves are thin and tender. Broth well seasoned! Salads are pretty sour and intense in flavors but also not bad.

The food is great. The service is exellent. My favourite one is Fideos salteados vietnamita (Vietnamese Stir Fry Noodles).

The inside is cozy with low lighting. Their menu offer a variety of Asian cuisines from Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai, etc. We picked a few items to share: - Vietnamese-style beef carpaccio: a good citrus flavor in the sauce, topped with cashew. Overall good as an appetizer to start off with. - Shanxi noodles with tamarind and coconut chicken: this was our least favorite. The sauce in the noodles was very salty. I couldn't eat it after the first bite. - Tobiko rice: it had shrimp, roasted corn, spicy yuzu mayo, and tobiko. Pretty solid and nicely balance. - Sesame octopus: I like the mashed potatoes that came with it. Octopus had a lot of flavors and good texture. - Saigon style red snapper: wok fried red snapper. Crispy and the seasoning was good on the snapper. Pretty good with a nice citrus red cabbage salad that came with it. - "Chilango" (5 pan fried dumplings): their Mexico-city style dumplings. It had beef confit in the fillings. This was alright. Would prefer for it to be more crispy on the outside. We also tried their ice thai tea, beer, lemonade, and jasmine tea, however did not like the drinks. It felt a bit water-downed and too light. Service was friendly and quick. It wasn't too crowded during dinner time when we were there.

Thankfully, Sesame was open, and the menu was enticing enough for us to book a last-minute table and head over. It's a cute, Asian-style restaurant in Roma Norte. We were greeted right away and told to sit anywhere since it wasn't too busy. I ordered the pork belly bao buns from their popular choices menu and the squid as my entrée. There's just something about pork in Mexico- it's exponentially juicier and more flavorful. Yes, every bite was basically fat... but the best kind of fat. One bao is the perfect appetizer portion. The squid was pretty good too, though I learned that I'm not a fan of bonito flakes. They looked cool, as they were flaky and moving on top of the squid, but the flavor was a bit too fishy for me. Our waiters didn't speak much English, but we got by just fine with some pointing and smiles.

My review is based on the three dishes I ordered: spring rolls, chicken satay, and pho. The spring rolls were probably the best thing I had. Tasted how you would expect. However, the peanut sauce that had accompanied them was overly sweet. 3.5/5 The satay was RAW. Ate only one full satay skewer because I couldn't eat the rest. 1/5 The most disappointing dish was the pho. The broth lacked depth in flavor and any fragrance characteristic of pho. It was almost as if they didn't try. The portion of noodles was quite small; I finished the noodles in about three bites. The broth is traditionally poured scalding hot over raw meat but instead, it was warm and it took a while for the meat to cook. 1.5/5 Do not recommend. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the waiter was friendly.

Probably the worse pho I ever had, but probably one of the best in DF. If you're looking for authenticity this isn't the place...but you probably won't find it in all of DF. It's kinda like looking for authentic tacos in Vietnam. The restaurant itself is small and has a hole-in-the-wall charming feel. It's off the main drag so you can escape the bar crowed and duck in for a drink or two. Price wise this place is pretty expensive, even for La Condesa standards. So if you're stomach was hurting from street tacos and you want soup, it's 11:30pm and the ramen bars are closed...then give them a try. Otherwise skip.
