The service is amazing, the only downside they give very little herbs on the side. Clean and the food is tasty

Quite overpriced overall, whether dining in or ordering takeout, and the portions seem to have gotten noticeably smaller. I'm not sure what the benefit is of paying for a large takeout pho, because the portion sizes don't seem consistent with the price. The large comes in the same container with about the same amount of noodles, maybe just a few extra slices of beef. The "large" broth is in a slightly bigger container, but that's about it. I remember ordering pho and having enough leftovers for another meal, but now it's easy to finish a large in one sitting. The fried spring rolls are $11.95 for 5 or 6 rolls, which also feels steep. It would be nice if they offered a half order for single diners. Being charged $1-$2 for extra basil, sprouts, lime, or jalapeños also feels unnecessary given the overall pricing. Small touches like that would go a long way in making customers feel valued. I also went in for pickup recently and noticed the preset tip options were 30%, 40%, and 50%, which felt excessive for a takeout order. As someone who works in the restaurant industry and typically tips generously, I was honestly caught off guard. I ended up not tipping because I was so taken aback by the options, which isn't normally how I handle tipping. It just felt unreasonable. That said, the pho itself is terrific. The flavor is consistently great, which is why I keep coming back. I genuinely hope the business reads its reviews and takes them seriously, because a few adjustments would make a big difference. I would honestly order much more often if portion consistency and ordering options, like adding extra broth on DoorDash, were improved. read more

Not much to say about this place, other than service is courteous and fast. I'm not into Vietnamese pho at all, so I'm probably not the best person to judge a pho restaurant. Got egg rolls and beef teriyaki, while wife and daughter got beef pho and chicken pho. The egg rolls were ok I guess, and the beef teriyaki was ok too, nothing to wit home about. The service said this restaurant is extremely quick and fast, which is great. Everything came within 10 minutes of ordering, I ordered the Pho Tai which is the rare beef slicers. The broth was exactly what I wanted although if I had any critiques of it, it's that it does feel like it has too much oil in terms of consistency. Besides that minor discrepancy, all of the flavor profiles came through brilliantly. Our friends came up to visit and after a few days being up the mountain snowboarding they all wanted something warm and soothing. Pho Le 1 is the best spot for that! It's comfort in a bowl. If you have kids or picky eaters ( I had two with me this time) I highly recommend the wonton noodle soup! It is always a huge hit. They also allow you to swap out noodles for another kind of you need to. This was the first meal I didn't hear a complaint about all week. The kids were so busy eating they hardly spoke. The portions are huge so if you don't feel up to cooking the next day, you will have left overs. Don't forget the Thai tea. For TOGO orders they have chilli sauce, soy sauce, and hoisin. So you can take it home and it will be just as good as if you ate it in the restaurant. Service is always excellent. We love everyone there. read more

We were excited to grab some fresh rolls while on the road through the panhandle. We got 4 orders -- two shrimp and two pork only. First we were misquoted the price as $6 per order, so when we went and picked them up they were more than expected at ($7.75.) But the lady working was really nice, so we just paid it and even left a trip. It was quite expensive for rolls totaling $38. We ate them in the car noticing how dry the pork was, but didn't think much more than that. We gave them a 5/10 in quality and size of the rolls in the order. We would have just chalked up to bad experience and not gone back, but we have been really sick all day and haven't been out of the bathroom. I think that not only was the pork dry it was bad and we got food poisoning. We hadn't eaten anything similar all day or had anything before or after that, so it looks like the only thing it could have been is the rolls. Spending a vacation day running to and from the bathroom hasn't been want we expected. read more

Solid soups. We went off the pho grid, and ordered other broth specialties. I love Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Beef), and Wifey chose Won Ton Egg Noodle. It was a chopstick & spoon slurp fest. Spring Rolls w/Peanut Sauce were excellent, as well. Plenty of all the right condiments on the table to satisfy spicy or sweet palates. Star of the the show was our Robot Server, haha. I asked it for more fresh basil leaves for my bowl, and it brazenly just turned it's wheels, and headed back to wherever the h*** it came from. We both we're so hung over lol we waited 30 minutes for them to open at 10 AM. lol We decided to take it to go my boyfriend mentioned the lady was super nice and helpful.. we order the pho dac biet and my bf got the pho bo bien and an order of their egg rolls The pho was so good the broth has so much flavor it was amazing I finish the whole bowl. The fresh basil on the pho made it so much tastier too. The egg rolls where nice and crunchy with good taste.. We came again for a second Time The lady remember my boyfriend and both of our orders!! That's my reason for the 5 stars and of course their pho is EVERYTHING! I came in for like the 4th time and I finally got to sit inside . This place is nice and clean they have great selection of alcoholic drinks (beers) I'm obsessed with this place.. if I can eat here everyday I WOULD lol. Traveling back to Seattle from Glacier National Park, we were in the mood for Vietnamese and knew we wanted to stop in Couer d'Laine, ID and this place fulfilled our cravings! The pho broth was spot on and not watered down like some restaurants. I agree with another reviewer that it rivals some Seattle Vietnamese restaurants. We ordered pho, combo vermicelli bowl, and combo broken rice dishes and cleaned up - nothing was left. Service was wonderful and staff smiled and engaged in conversation with us. Loved watching the Vietnamese cooking documentary on the big screen TV while waiting for our meals. Restaurant was clean, inviting and relaxing atmosphere. I stay at the staybridge right beside Pho Le 1 once a month for work and eat here every time. I have never had a bad meal or even an ok meal, excellent every single time! I'm going down their menu to try it all, my favorite so far is the spring rolls and wonton soup. I get my meals to go and it's packed perfectly. Love this place! read more

We went there a few wks ago and it was probably the worst vietnamese food I've ever had. Our bill was nearly $200 for 6 people. Granted inflation and all but if we're going to pay $18-$22 for a bowl of pho, it better transcend me back to Vietnam. The broth was bland and all I can taste was the star anise. I was very excited to go to this restaurant as we our new to the area and the fact that I'm vietnamese and a big foodie!! It didn't impress me wanting to come back again. I didn't expect to find good Vietnamese food in Coerde A'lene but was pleasantly surprised with this place. The Spicy Beef Soup (Bun Bo Hue) was authentic and full of flavor. And the rice dish Com Tam Bi is hard to find anywhere so it was nice to see it on the menu. Very Good. The Mom came by to say hi and offered me free eggs rolls but I had already order two meals just for myself cause I couldn't decide. Will be back next time to try the rest of menu. read more

Oh my gentle Jesus, Pho does not get any better than this. Seriously, this is the best Pho I've ever had in my life! Do yourself a huge favor and give this place a try if you enjoy Pho. This is just such a fantastic establishment. I ordered the spring roll and the meatball pho. First, the spring roll. Order this. Just trust me. It's insanely good. It's accompanied by a saucer of peanut sauce. I'm kind of embarrassed to admit this but I basically used every drop of that peanut sauce. Basically licked the saucer clean. It's so delicious and compliments the spring rolls so well. I basically can't picture the spring rolls without the peanut sauce. Get the spring rolls and go to town with the peanut sauce. You're welcome. While all the pho options looked delicious, the meatball pho is the one I selected. It was perfect. The soup was loaded with fresh veggies, noodles and meatballs. I added some siracha for an added kick and polished off the entire soup, broth and all. This was a fairly large meal and I managed to finish it in it's entirety. No regrets, though -- every bite was Heaven. If you are a pho fan or never tried pho and are curious, this is your place. Guys, I wish I had a photo of my pho tho show you but I devoured it before I thought to finally write these guys a review. 10/10 my go to is just the Rare Pho and it is a damn delight EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! The flavor of the pho itself is so rich and delicious. It's all well balanced. The meat slices are perfection. I almost always order my food for pick up and it's always consistently quick, 10-15 minutes! They package everything appropriately and in a way that just makes sense.
