I cannot rave enough about Pho Quan!! Saturday after the gym I decided to come here for lunch to get a Vermicelli bowl. The inside of the restaurant is always nice and quiet, and clean. I ordered a "Bun Ga Xao Sa Ot", which is Chicken with lemongrass and vermicelli noodles, with bean sprouts, lettuce, pickles carrots and Daikon, Green Onions, Peanuts, Fish sauce and a little crispy Egg Roll. This was so fresh and delicious. The order came out so quickly and the server was nice. Usually I order this bowl with pork at other places, but wanted to try the lemongrass chicken. It was amazing, and the little crispy eggroll was delicious too. I definitely want to try it with shrimp and the beef. This kind of bowl is one of my favorites and Pho Quan makes such a good one. I've tried a few things now with my different visits and cannot wait to come back and try the Pho. So far the Bahn mi, this bowl and the spring rolls are superb. We wanted to try this restaurant but the tofu/veggie pho is made with beef and they were out of rice the day we went.

This place was my introduction to Pho back in 2019 when they were still off of Vandiver and I've been obsessed ever since! I live in Nashville now and let me tell you, I've tried a many a pho places, but none compare to good ole Columbia MO, Pho Quan. Pho Quan Viet Cuisine was just a mile from our daughter's neighborhood in CoMo, so conveniently located, we couldn't pass it up and am I so glad we didn't! Went in on the Saturday following their reopening at the new location last month and loved it! The new location is cute and clean, and best of all, they have hired more staff so the hours are no longer broken up (for what I always guessed to be picking up the family's kids from school). They're open more days of the week now as well; even on Mondays, which is a rarity in Columbia. The ordering situation is still an order at the counter, seat yourself scenario, and a server will bring your food to you. It was not even ten minutes from sit-down to food on our table. We both had the pho, and I felt the broth was even tastier than what we had at the previous location. Although it's not traditionally offered at Vietnamese restaurants, I really appreciated the inclusion of a pho option with extra veggies as I'm not a big meat-eater but still want a decently filling meal. The prices were super reasonable as well! Coming from DFW where there is a pho spot on every corner to a city without a very big Vietnamese population, I was so worried I'd be unable to get my pho fix -- so I am really grateful for Pho Quan! Walking in the door the first thing you notice is the wonderful smell. I ordered a bahn mi with pork. The bread is fresh and the toppings with the pork was perfect. Returned and tried the white meat chicken pho. I want to eat here for every meal. This is awesome. The fresh toppings complimented the hot soup nicely. This was my first time having Pho and Noodles. Ordered: Crab Ragoons Beef Pho Vermicelli Noodles with Shrimp I loved that these two dishes were so different but very similar. The beef pho had a delicious minty and onion flavor but they were very well balanced. Each pho gets a side of sprouts, mint and extra sauce to make it spicy. The vermicelli noodle comes with a roll. It's a very refreshing dish. It had a little broth at the bottom which was yummy. The dish also comes with sliced cucumbers, carrots, lettuce, and bean sprouts. I really like this dish but I can't decide which one I liked better, this or Pho. The crab Ragoons were crispy but not oily and creamy with the cream cheese. We're definitely going back! Don't let strip mall location fool you. Area is clean and people are friendly. You do have to order at the counter but food served to your table. My son got General Tso chicken-a large order was served with one plate of meat, one rice plate. He said it was good. I got combination pho. Side included bean sprouts, jalapeños, lime and basil but no cilantro. To be honest,pho was fair...kind of bland. Wish seafood pho was an option. Pho Quan is back, and so is the bánh mì. The restaurant's new location is 2016 Paris Road in Columbia (formerly Hardee's). Continuing with its fresh ingredients and friendly service, the new Pho Quan has a capacity of 127, which feels like at least four times the size of its former Vandiver Drive location and gives it a much improved ambiance. You don't feel everyone can hear your conversation. Today's "soft opening" seems to be going well despite being packed when I arrived. Excellent restaurant serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine! I've eaten here since its opening, and the food has never disappointed me. Clean environment and friendly staff make this a real treat. Recommendations: The pho bowls served here are well prepared. My specific preference is Pho ga (noodles served with chicken in clear stock), but any of the other bowls (beef, tofu, etc.) are good as well. There are also a range of vermicelli bowls and some good Chinese dishes. Until recently, Banh mi was offered here; sadly, this has been removed from the menu.
