I came across this place because some work colleagues said it was better than Phó Ann (which also used to be their favourite Phó go to shop). At $9.50 a bowl it is a bargain for Sydney prices and about 45% cheaper than the famous Phó Ann at Bankstown. Not only that but it is located near the train station at the Flemington markets and parking was also easy to get nearby. For dessert Special fried ice-cream was an interesting take on an old time favourite - it was wrapped in crispy filo pastry.
