My nail tech recommended Pho Saigon and it did not disappoint. The food was fresh . I only wish you were closer to me .

Pho Saigon is my favorite and go-to spot for my weekly dose of Pho if and when I'm in the WPB area. They are authentic and always have the tastiest pho in the area. I am picky about my pho and theirs is so rich. They have some other apps and entrees if soup isn't the desired item but that is their main entree. Service is always friendly! Sometimes had a language Barrier experience but nothing major and no major difficulties. I would recommend all my WPB foodies to come here for a casual authentic Vietnamese bite.

delicious pho! the broth was so rich and meaty you didn't even have to add any additional sauce. it had a good amount of meat and noodles in it. the large size is huge and i like to have left overs. the spring rolls and spicy tuna handroll were also very fresh and delicious. the peach iced tea was sooo good with hints of orange too. overall great quality food. service was kind and good timing for how busy they were. there is plenty of seating and it gives old 2000s vibes in the restaurant.

The soup was just amazing. I also had a shrimp roll and it was delicious. The service was OK. It wasn't too busy that day I went because it was in the middle of the day but it's worth going back again and again if you're looking for a good. Place to have pho

I was trying to find a pho place within this area and went with Pho Saigon. Wow! Amazing food. Walking in, it smells like yummy pho broth. I was surprised that they had Japanese food and sushi. There was so much I wanted to order! I was tempted but I was here on lunch so I went with what I was craving for. I ordered a pho with meatballs and thin sliced beef. I also tried the shrimp summer rolls for an appetizer. The pho was a huge bowl - decently priced too. The shrimp summer rolls were beautifully wrapped and delicious. My friend ordered a pork vermicelli bowl and she loved it. It was huge! I loved that they provided large portions. Service was fast and we appreciated how quick the food came out after we ordered.

Needed a fresh, healthy fix. Vietnamese food does it. And this place delivered the goodness. Perfectly salted, deliciously flavored, and freshly made. The table was quiet and frantically eating. Thanks for an easy weekend dinner. Shrimp Tempura sushi roll - crispy and delicious MI Xao Chay: Pan Fried Noodles, tofu, vegetables - favorite!! Vietnamese House Special Fried Rice - delicious

Wanted something warm and what's better than Pho?! I heard about this spot before, so I was happy I got a chance to finally give them a try. I was able to order over the phone on my way to there and it was pretty packed once I got there. My food came out fast and the guy at the register was nice. It was also reasonably priced for 2 shrimp pho's and 2 orders of shrimp summer roll totaling to $53. This place is huge inside, gives a real sit down dinner family vibe. I typically dislike how restaurants package Pho to go, but this place did a great job. Everything was separated and they even added a cardboard piece into the plastic bag so the hot broth didn't fall over. There is plenty of parking, this spot sits in a shopping plaza. Overall, my food was very flavorful, hot, and fresh. I can't wait to go back and try a different protein for my pho.

The restaurant was busy when I came in, so I think they're doing good. Young energetic wait staff. The food is super good. I had the delicious seafood pho and an appetizer plate of the shrimp summer rolls. They have the best peanut dipping sauce. This is definitely at the top Vietnamese restaurants in the Palm Beach area.

This is a big space. Lots of tables, booths and a big bar. It felt very authentic the minute you walk in. When we got there, some tables were full of people eating and laughing. We were seated and immediately greeted by our server Jose. Drink orders were taken and when Jose returned we were able to order appetizers and dinner. My crispy spring rolls were delicious, however if you order these ask them to serve you the peanut sauce instead of the sweet dipping sauce. The sweet sauce was way too overly watery. Not the consistency of a good duck sauce. The peanut sauce however, looked yummy. The large bowl of pho with shrimp, brisket and extra noodles was just what the "doctor" ordered. Filled up with steaming hot soup and served up with a plate of delicious veggies. Don't forget to add some sriracha. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and one I'd happily repeat.

I came back a second time, and she actually remembered me, which made the experience even more special. She even threw in an order of spring rolls for my son and me, jokingly saying, "I gave you extra so you won't have to fight with your son!" She was absolutely adorable and had such a great sense of humor. The Vietnamese coffee was bold, robust, and perfectly sweet--it kept me going all day. The pho was served piping hot, fresh, and full of vibrant flavors. I also ordered the fried duck with rice and vegetables, and it was absolutely delicious. It even held up well on my drive home. The duck stayed crispy and hot, and the flavorful sauce on the vegetables tied everything together perfectly. I also tried the grilled pork vermicelli bowl with peanuts. I ordered another one with chicken and asked for it without peanuts because my son has a nut allergy. It was delicious--almost like a deconstructed pho without the broth. As good as it was, I still prefer the pho because the broth is, hands down, the best part. It's rich, flavorful, and absolutely worth coming back for. The portions are generous, so you'll easily have enough for two meals. Please check out this spot and show this hidden gem some love. Fair warning: you won't find it on the menu, but it exists, and I highly recommend asking for it. I visited on a Tuesday just after opening to a wonderfully warm welcome. Being the only customer at the time, the service was attentive and personal from start to finish. I started with a Thai iced tea and the Thai papaya salad before getting to what I was really there for: the off-menu pork bánh mì. (They also offer beef and chicken, but pork is the classic for a reason.) The papaya salad was a great way to start -- generous in portion, easily shareable, and served in a crisp lettuce cup. Bright, tangy, and perfectly limey with that familiar hit of fish sauce and a satisfying crunch in every bite. The Thai iced tea was equally refreshing and just the right amount of sweet. But the star of the show? That pork bánh mì. The bread hit that magical sweet spot -- crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The pork was tender and deeply flavorful, and the toppings (pickled carrot, cucumber, onion, and fresh cilantro) delivered the perfect balance of brightness and crunch. Mayo on the inside added a nice richness, and a side spoon of spicy mayo tied everything together beautifully. Wanda and Nana were my servers and they were outstanding. When I mentioned I'd be back for the phở, they brought me a small bowl of broth to taste on the spot -- rich, aromatic, and full of depth. Now I'm even more eager to come back for a full bowl with all the fixings. The owner (I didn't catch his name, but is a fellow Minions fan :)) was equally warm, sending me off with a little grab bag of fortune cookies on the way out. I will absolutely be back -- for more bánh mì and that phở. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

The winner of the meal though had to be the Banh Mi. It's not on the menu, you have to request it. The banh mi was crunchy, lots of meat and just delicious overall. One of the best I've had. We ordered an extra one to go. The price is also very affordable. $10. Great place.
