I came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon with a group of 4 people. There's not many good Asian restaurants in the WPB area but I found this one thanks to Yelp! We ordered the house special combo pho, the beef pho with tripe, the pork chop with rice, and the house special combo vermicelli bowl. The portions were large and good value for the price. Also, there were a lot of sides with the pork chop with rice. It came with a fried egg, salad, pickled vegetables, and a cup of broth. The pork chop was juicy and charred. The pho was flavorful and there was a lot of meat. Service was okay. Don't know about the Japanese food, seemed like everyone ordered the Vietnamese food. Hell yes, give me some more. Its been said that Florida does not have a lot of good places for Asian food. This is one excellent exception we were very happy to have found (and worth the travel). My pho had all the trimmings of what you're looking for - great broth, noodles, mixed types of meat, side accruements. My friend had the pork chop over rice which was also well prepared. Ordered: - Combination Pho - Brisket & Meatball Pho - Summer Rolls: they were good! I'd order again.. higher pork ratio compared to shrimp though. The pho broth was pretty cloudy- can be found due to the noodle starch and also straining/cleaning process. The brisket and other pieces of meat were ok but quality really could improve. I would say the same about the veggie trays that were given: the basil and bean sprouts were pretty brown, wilted and miserable looking. I would stay FAR from the meatballs.. they tasted almost fishy or something? Very hard to explain. The service needs work- no one checked up on how the food tasted or drink refills. We are looking for asian food around the hotel we are staying and came across this place. I am glad we found it! For drinks we got their vietnamese Iced coffee. It was legit. strong and refreshing! For food we got their porkchop with egg and rice. Its the best porkchop with rice I'ved ever had in any vietnamese restaurant. They cut it into cubes with sauce on the side. Its a little sweet and savory. The egg with the porkchop and sauce its good combo. I even got extra rice and egg on the side because the serving is big. We also ordered the eye round steak pho small size. My kids loves soup and split this for them. We all enjoyed it. Lots of meat and broth taste delicious. Service was good. i ordered to go, it was fast my food was done when i arrived. The place looked clean and there were a good amount of people i went on a saturday afternoon. I made the pho at home. warmed up the broth a little and added all the fixings. Was very delicious !!! can't wait to go again and try a different protein. i got beef brisket this time. also ordered a summer roll with pork it was okay the peanut sauce was flavorful but i'm not the biggest fan of peanut butter. the rolls were pretty big 2 for 6 and some change. 10/10 read more

I came here because someone i knew always hit up this restaurant for pho. I got the chicken pho and it did not disappoint. The staff is always friendly and attentive of your needs. Phantastic Pho (pronounced "pha") screamingly good summer rolls, and a top notch take on Korean galbi called Korean Style Short Ribs. Our take away order, easily ordered via toast, was ready in 8 minutes, well under the promised time. True, it was a pile of boxes, in three bags. They kept the ingredients separated until we ate them. So much better than the overcooked, and under portioned pho that many ship home. Noodles in the Eye Round Beef Pho and the Combination Noodle Bowl were well prepared. Broth a solid A-. Could have been a bit hotter, to ship. We don't live that far away. Had to reheat it so that it would cook the raw meat in the eye round box adequately. The dining room here is to Vietnamese restaurants, what an aircraft carrier is in a naval fleet: Biggest out there. It's very traditional-humble. Service, from what I could observe, was super attentive. My only ding was the cà phê đá, Vietnamese iced coffee. It was weak, and warm, from too little ice. Usually, at pho joints, it's so strong that I can help battery-stranded motorists, on the way home, by letting them dip the jumper cables in, to crank up their motor. Maybe a little more Java, and a bit more sweetened condensed milk? Coffee from Cafe Du Monde, or car battery by AC Delco? Plenty of tables big enough for groups, if you have an itinerant band of Phoholics jonezing to soup in the noods. They added sushi, to their massive menu. Cute little sushi bar sits at the front. Pho 31 and Pho Vn, in Boynton, and Hot Pot and Pho, in Palm Beach Gardens, still remain my top three in the county, but this place is a respectable fourth, and much closer to home. Great parking! The center, though, is kind of tidy run-down. The mattress store, next door, leaves its mess. Goodwill is the big anchor store. It's on Okeechobee, the un-free freeway that moves motorists from the downtown to the styx. Dinner time is still the Florida take on the 48 hours of Le Mans. Miss your turn and it can be a while before you can head back there. Don't let that deter you, though. Do come on down. The food will be worth the road, and the roadblocks. read more

We ordered pho as seen in the pictures. Pho was muddy very little broth and extremely salty. We asked the waiter for extra broth to make it less salty. The owner came out from the kitchen with attitude told us that's it. He tasted it good. No broth we either stdafu and eat or else. Finally I asked can I have some hot water. I've dined in at this restaurant several times and the food and service have been good with the exception of the last two times. Last time, for dine in, one order came out and the second took 15min! Tonight, I decided to do takeout and ordered pho with tofu. When I called, 2 options were offered: steamed or fried tofu. I opted for the fried. It wasn't until I got home that I realized that my 2 orders had 3 small slices of tofu and I was charged extra for them! I thought there must have been a mistake so called and spoke to one of the managers who was unapologetic and told me there was an extra charge because they "make special requests for customers". The problem is, I didn't make a special request. I was charged and not told about it. This is poor business and dishonest. Tofu is one of the most inexpensive food items. Why upsell it? Today was a busy day. We ordered Summer Rolls and Grilled Shrimp for appertizer. They both were tasty. For main course, we had Grilled Chicken with Vermicelli (bun ga nuong) and liked the marination a lot, but did not enjoy the sauce much. We also had Specialty Pho and Spicy Hue Beef Noodle Soup (bun bo Hue), and were surprised with the authenticity of both broths. To me the Spicy Hue Beef Noodle Soup was a bit too spicy for an average diner. We had a great dining experience. The one star taken away for the sauce and over spicy broth. read more

Wow the most incredible pho & bun I've ever had. The chicken pho with spicy broth is absolutely outstanding it has just the right kick to it. I'm literally addicted I go here every week & every single time it gets better & better. They give you a fresh plate of bean sprouts, jalapeños, limes,Thai basil & some type of cilantro to add to your pho. It adds a wonderful crisp bit to there scalding hot fresh soup. My friend always gets the bun combination no shrimp. It is absolutely amazing. It's one of the most refreshing bites to eat I've ever had at a restaurant. I have to downgrade my pho rating for Pho Saigon WPB to 2 stars. The broth is just off this time. It is not rich and left me wanting more. It tastes as if it was flavored with pre-made pho seasonings. The meatballs are not the same ones they used to have. This one had a weird taste; tastes like the ones that has been in the freezer for over 5 years. The rare steak was still okay. When the broth isn't right, nothing else matters. They failed to give out the small dipping plate/bowl again, depriving the customer the full experience of eating pho. What's the fun when you can't dip your rare steak or meatballs into the mixed hoisin and siracha sauce with lime. On the bright side, they finally have basils. Maybe I will give them another chance of redemption, probably a couple months from now since I will need time to overcome this horrific experience. read more

We were visiting West Palm Beach and I was craving for some Pho so we came here. The place was quite big and a lot of spaces to seat patrons. We ordered Bun Bo Hue, Pho Ga, and Grilled pork rice plate. Bun Bo Hue wasn't as flavorful as I like. I had Bun Bo Hue in so many different pho places before and this is one of my least favorite. Pho Ga was ok, a little salty. Grilled pork rice plate was smaller compared to other Vietnamese places also. The food took awhile to get to the table . When we tried to pay, it took awhile and the person who took our check was a little confused with how to process the payment. It was an ok place overall. read more
