That being said, boy was I missing out. Although the location is difficult to reach depending the direction you are coming from, it is well worth the visit. The staff is friendly, our drinks and food came fairly quickly, and everything was delicious. For drinks, we enjoyed the Jade Pendant and Saigon Sunset drinks. For food, we loved the shrimp rockets and Spicy Hue Bowl/ Bun Bo Hue; the Bun Bo Hue was perfectly spicy, flavorful, and contained a decent amount of meat compared to some other Pho places I have been to. My wife and I were here with another couple yesterday for the first time. The atmosphere is very nice and service was fast and accommodating. We started off with Mai Tai and Scorpion cocktails which were very good. For appetizers we had pot stickers with tempura sauce and spring rolls with sweet chili sauce and both were fantastic. Our main meals were house fried rice with seafood & vegetables, beef pho noodle soup, crazy noodles with chicken and Vietnamese ramen noodle soup with shrimp & seafood. Everyone agreed that our dinners were delicious and we all took our leftovers home. Drinks and food were very reasonably priced. They also appear to do a great take out business. It was my first time trying pho, this place did not disappoint. The drinks were on point and the food was amazing. The staff were all super friendly and inviting. Our bartender even took the time to go over the different pho's with me. He even asked before being served anything if I had any food allergies. Most places don't even ask. This was our first time at the new location and the place was packed! It was pretty nice inside but it definitely felt a little crowded compared to the old spot. We've been here a couple times now for our pho fix, and I'm sad they'll be moving to Worcester which is a little further from us, so we may have to find another place. The pho here tastes authentic, but the rice noodles are on the soggier side, and they could be more generous with the shrimp in the summer rolls. Some of our group also said there wasn't enough meat in their broth, but I found it to be the contrary for mine, so maybe the portions were not even. That being said, I enjoy it here every time. Last time we brought our families as well, and they accommodated our party of 8 very well, and even made sure to have broth without cilantro for two of our group. First time visiting @phosureshrewsbury last weekend. It was a rainy cold Saturday, and what better than some Pho to warm you up. This location on Shrewsbury St in Worcester is the location they recently moved into. We arrived around dinner time, and the place was packed with many waiting to be seated. They seemed organized and checking everyone in as they walked through the door. We waited maybe 20 minutes at most, not bad considering. We started with the spring rolls, and I had a mojito, which was a whopping $8.50! I had the Beef Meatball Pho Bo Vien and added brisket. My only complaint is the portion of the meats seem to have been reduced but yea, completely understand the inflated cost of food--which truly sucks, My last visit I decided to have a pho dac biet and substituted my noodles with veggies. I have years of experience with Vietnamese restaurants in the central MA area ani finally got around to trying out Pho Sure on Shrewsbury St in Worcester, MA and I have never been so disillusioned about any Vietnamese restaurant as I was about this one, I don't know if these people have ever had real Vietnamese food or not, but it was a poor imitation of it., I always order vegetarian soup with vegetables and tofu, it didn't even resemble real Vietnamese soup, the tofu had been over fried and tough, the few vegetables were hard to find and the noodles did not resemble real noodles, there were no sauces on the table, they provided a thimble full of two sauces, there was no Nuoc Mam (fish sauce) offered, the restaurant was very loud with some kind of very annoying music, you could not hear your dining partner talk, the restaurant was laid out like an assembly line, not inviting at all. Not a lot of space to wait so it was a bit of a tight squeeze. Service was prompt when we were seated, and they were really accommodating to a vegetarian diet (with a whole section of the menu). Incredibly lively place on a Friday evening. Kind of surprising to find this place in this neck of the woods. We were both in the mood for some pho but coming back from NYC to Boston and decided to try this place out which was on the way. We started with summer rolls (not pictured) which were very fresh and served with some dipping sauce. They came in two large rolls cut in half and was a perfect appetizer. Our pho came out shortly. I got the pho sure special which was your standard pho bowl with beef, tripe, scallion. Delicious and the portion is extremely generous. The other pho bowl we got was the sate pho which is basically the spicy version. Warning - it was SUPER spicy and my tolerance level is pretty high if I do say so myself. There is also a dedicated counter where they make boba - it looks good and legit but we didn't have a try. tldr; excellent pho spot if you're in the area. Make a reservation on weekend nights. My wife and I come here when we need really good Vietnamese food. We typically get pho and the bahn mi, a few drinks, and an app. Our total hovers around $45 which is pretty darn good! Pho is phenomenal, it's in the name. Very full of body of flavor, great fresh greens and since we get the special, awesome little different meats! The bahn mi sandwich is so stupidly crispy, we'd recommend the cold cut and pate version over the grilled version. It's a fresh, salty, sweet, crispy, crunchy, spicy, everything you want in a bahn mi. It's a smaller restaurant longer than wide, but everyone is very friendly and works hard to keep things moving! It's a cool little spot, I'd get there early as I've seen it packed to the brim at rush, also pretty busy at lunch but more for takeout! 10/10 will always be back! read more

Food: I got the thai tea, crab rangoons, and grilled pork rice plate. The thai tea was bit more water down, not as much flavor as I thought would have. The crab rangoons have little filling and it taste more on the sour cream cheese side but with the sour sweet sauce it was decent. The grilled pork was great, you get alot for $17 such as 2 cuts of pork chop, rice, friend and vegatables. The porkchops was seasoned well and tender, which help cutting it much easier. Service: I ordered takeout which took about 20 min to get ready for lunch time on friday, so it came out in a timly manner. They have a front desk where you wait for someone to hand off the food to you. Ambiance: It's gives a family orientation vibe with vietnamese decor, it's what you would expect at any resturant similar to this. They have amazing vegan options, great boba, and just good food all around. I love their bahn mi and vegan udon noodle soup, and my family loves combo bowl 2 and shrimp spring rolls. Ordered a stir fry rice noodle dish with beef and taro milk tea boba drink. Both were really good. The thin rice noodles stir fry with tons of veggies like carrot slices, zucchini slices, bean sprouts. The brown sauce was delicious. Noodles got soaked into it. However the beef pieces tasted a bit overcooked to my liking. Anyway it was still a good dish. I cleaned the plate. Taro boba was amazing. Would get it again. Service is excellent! My boyfriend and I like to try various Pho places throughout Massachusetts (we've tried 6 total), Pho Sure is without a doubt our favorite place. We come here 2-3 times a month. They are always consistent. Their service is always excellent and friendly, the portions are very generous, and the food is always cooked perfectly. Today I got the #2 Combo bowl (with the spicy sate on the side- recommended doing this if your spice tolerance isn't the highest like mine because you can add in how much you want gradually), which is the one pictured.
