Parking is very easy as it's located in a fairly large lot with about ~25 spots. It's quite a relief that there's a large spacious gap between the two rows of parking. Upon entering the vestibule, you can tell this place is going to look niiice. The bar area is illuminated with violet and magenta LEDs giving it a nightclub vibe. Entering the dining area, it is a huge contrast. You are entering a jungle-like atmosphere with the dark green walls, and wood accents, and plants lining the windows. This restaurant looks NICE and you should definitely take your partner out here. Our wait staff was friendly and gave us good recommendations and answered all the questions we had. I also love it when they clarify with us if we want everything out at the same time or bring things out as they finish. Fruit Tea - Fiji ; very good and refreshing drink. I LOVE coconut jelly and I was drawn to this instantly. It helps that all of the other aspects taste great too. Nem Nướng Cuốn (Grilled Pork Patty Rolls) ; nem nướng is one of my all-time favourite proteins and I'm happy to say that these rolls are very good. sweet pork patties rolled in Vietnamese Salad (Fresh) Roll style and paired with sweet chili sauce. fantastic. Chạo Tôm (Grilled Ground Shrimp) ; whoa these have to be the most shrimpy flavorful chạo tôm I've had. Every time I order these at other restaurants, they're always really tough or they hardly have enough flavor. Strongly recommend these if you've never had this dish before. It also comes with little squares of vermicelli meant for rolling I guess, but they were very difficult to eat neatly lol Bánh Mì Thịt Nướng (Vietnamese Sandwich) ; keep in mind this is a snack size and our waiter even emphasized it. I'm sure that means they've gotten complaints before. This was alright. The pickled vegetables are good, but the meat is nowhere as flavorful countless other places. The bread is serviceable. This was only $7 so I can't be too critical. Bún Bò Huế (Spicy Beef Lemongrass Soup) ; this was my wife's choice. we rarely see this served at other restaurants so she knew she had to try it and she liked it very much. It's a small very flavorful bowl of semi-spicy broth and comes served with two baguettes (same ones used on the bánh mì) Phở Bò Viên (Meatballs) ; here I am again eating another bowl of phở. I am happy to report that these guys also have a delicious broth. It is very, very flavorful and uses the same thin variety of noodles that seems to be served everywhere. The meatballs were good and tender as well. Make sure you're hungry because this is a BIG portion. This place is all bangers. And I recently learned that they're still in Soft Opening mode (since November 2025!) and they're finally doing a grand opening on August 15, 2026!
