Honestly I feel bad for writing this because they just opened but it's a warning of what you might expect from this restaurant. We walked in was dead silent. About 3 tables one with a pretty big party of let's say 6? And the others with a party of 2. (The waitress with the light purple hair and pink make up. You were awesome NOT YOUR FAULT, wish I would have gotten your name.) We wasted 50mins for 4 egg rolls and two bowls of pho. We got nothing. Two more parties of 2 walked in and they received both appetizers and meals and we sat there drinking our boba(which was raw). Until the nice waitress walked by and noticed the other parties that walked in after us were eating and we looked bored. She found out the kitchen lost our orders and felt extremely horrible. But one waitress just kept walking around with water while the other one was nice and was also busy with her tables. But neither bothered to asked if we had gotten our food. I may seem a little more liking towards the waitress with the pink makeup because you can tell she was busy in the front. Point is. Was the food good? Don't know didn't try it. Was the boba good? nope was raw. Would I go again? Not worth a 10 drive maybe if they delivered to my house I might give it a chance. Not to be that person. BUT being from the South Bay of Los Angeles never have I waited that long in a restaurant FULL of people vs. a restaurant that is just starting off. Not impressed at all. We had spring rolls and egg rolls to start, followed by combo vermicelli bowl and crispy egg noodle with chicken, thai tea with passion fruit boba. We ordered the A1, P6, and M5. The A1-crispy spring rolls were delicious but definitely overpriced for 2/4. The p6 pho was delicious! But our favorite was the M5 stir fried egg noodles with vegetables and chicken. It was fantastic! The staff was wonderful and very excited to be open finally. Expect a very long wait, regardless of business. Server staff inexperienced or simply doesn't want to hear complaints. You may get them to show up to the table once. . . Maybe! Food is good, was ice cold, seems like they prepare one dish at a time, and instead of being completed food out you're waiting for it all at once not that the waitress would even check to bring it out. The Pho soup was great, server has zero knowledge of menu. Ordered spring rolls, but they all have pork and shrimp. So I had to ask if they could leave that off (vegetarian) waitress was stumped and didn't know. They came out an hour later with just lettuce and overcooked Thai peanut sauce. Menu is way too large for this place. The English should be in large print with the Vietnamese accents, since your main customers are in fact American, you're not going to be able to stay open only catering to Vietnamese. I came here not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a stir-fry beef with crispy noodles. The quality of the food was excellent! The vegetables were fresh and plentiful, the beef not overpowering, and the noodles very flavorful. The cost of the meal, including beverage was $12-$13. I love pho, but this was not the best representation of it, starting out with the fact the menu does not offer chicken pho yet, just beef. I want to like this place I do, but food was coming out wrong as if they weren't familiar with their own menu and our table only had spoons which would have been ok but we had people at our table who ordered rice and noodle dishes we also had to ask every time for a fork. Lunch again today. Fried rice special is very good with the taste of Wok Hei or breath of the wok as I have loved for a long time. Onions in it are caramelized on the edges which to me is an outstanding flavor. Had the two fresh spring rolls which were good as usual. Wife had the rice noodles with grilled pork, shrimp and fried spring roll. Every time I've had it I was not disappointed. Brought them some lemon grass from my garden which I have done before. We had a very yummy pho here! My husband and I got the beef pho. The broth was delicious. My only complaint would be that it needed more meat and that the noodles were all stuck together. We got our soups to go. Once we got home even with warming up the broth the noodles stayed stuck. Other than that though the pho was delicious and we will definitely come back. read more

Me and my sister went here today, the food came out in good time but our drinks and the toppings for my PHO were forgotten about, the noodles were all stuck together because they had been placed in the bowl first and left there before the soup was added that made for a bad eating experience, my sister had the short ribs and they were very tough they need to make them more tender next time, The food was good, in time I believe they will get better, we will be back read more

I am so happy I found this restaurant! I live in Dothan but was in Enterprise for a meeting. Before I left, I decided to check Yelp for "trending" and Pho Time came up.
