The presentation, the generosity, and the quality of ingredients, prepared with cultural authenticity and the kind of love found in a home-cooked meal, made for a dining experience that rivals that of high-end restaurants. Yet what you will find is a humble, comfy, bright, and clean space, ideal for families or a date! The prices are lower than they ought to be, which means generosity is what drives this place, rather than stinginess or greed. The community this restaurant serves is truly blessed to have them. It's 650 in the evening and there is 5 people in the restaurant and 3 cars in the lot. When I asked to eat in I was told it would 45mins for food - that's ridiculous. I was going to the theatre and don't have time to wait 45 mins for Pho. This is upsetting as this is a local restaurant enjoyed supporting - unfortunately it will be awhile before I think about coming back. read more

The food was OK. I've had better. The service was strange: it was my first visit, table service was being offered, I told the waiter what I wanted, he told me I had to write it down then immediately walked away. That's just rude (and I haven't said this about a business in a long time). no one checked on me during the meal nor brought a check when I was obviously done. This place served us the best Pho we've had in a long time, truly delicious. The broth was deep and rich in flavour definitely not a cheap imitation that you get from some pop up chains. We enjoyed our Pho with a light well dressed mango salad that had just the right amount of spicy heat to elevate our soup to the next level and crisp fresh veggies to help mange that peppery bite. We happen upon this unassuming place due to all the wonderful 5 star reviews left on google and yelp and upon arriving were worried when seeing an under new management sign in the window as this sometimes that means a change in quality, rest assured that whatever the new mangers are up to they must have maintained the same standards that provided their resturant with all the accolades they received. read more

Not worth the money! The portion is small! We got a medium and it was more like a small bowl and you only got a rice bowl size of noodles and very few toppings of meats! The Vietnamese pork sausage was very dry. read more

Really decent Vietnamese cuisine. The pho was great, as were the fresh spring rolls and bun dish we tried. The place is huge and spacious, set up in an old Pizza Hut building, still has the original booths and lots of extra tables added. Service was super quick. I wish yelp would allow a separate rating system for service and food. When the owners are working, it is possible to ask questions about the menu as it's complicated with hundreds of slight variations of nearly the same thing, but if you are stuck with the wrong server expect to order the wrong thing and when it arrives just pointing at your written order and shrugs of the shoulder. The bathrooms and restaurant could be cleaner with table condiments that all of Brantford has fingered and sneezed in. The shining part of this review is that in spite of these things the food is damn good. The best pho broth i have ever had, no watery flavours. The sprouts and basil are fresh and crisp. The fried spring rolls are wrapped properly so that the inside are not swimming in oil. The coconut or mango milkshake will make you smile. I love their vegan tofu and veg pho as I comes with a great variety of perfectly firm vegetables which will soften as you enjoy the broth and noodles. It was a colder evening when we wanted something hot and soupy. This did not disappoint. Soup base is good. I wasn't able to taste any MSG. Portion was good. I had a small pho. Service is good and quick. The restaurant itself has good lighting so it feels welcoming and not gloomy. read more

My husband and I have eaten at this restaurant multiple times. Food and price is decent so we thought we would order in but didn't want to have to pick up so we checked their website and it said that there was free delivery if you spent $30 and paid in cash. SO ready to order and the girl tells me that it's not free anymore and she took that off the website a couple of weeks ago. I am staring right at the screen where it has there name, address, phone# and the message saying that it is free delivery over $30. Asked to speak tot he manager says she is the manager, asked for the owner she is also the owner. I then ask her are you really going to loose our business tonight over a delivery fee (our order was about $50 with tax in) she would not honor this even after I offer to text or email her the ad showing this and today's date on my computer proving so. Says she doesn't have an email address, really.... I will never spend my hard earned money at this establishment again they no moral compass and it poses many questions about the restaurant and food now. Star rating is based on her lack of integrity not the quality of food as mentioned it was decent and we had many meals here since 2018. read more

I'm terms of the food this place hands down has the best pho I've ever tasted. Service is not existent. You have to seat yourself, tell them to give you water (they don't give you any) and ask for forks if you're not good with chopsticks. If their debit machine isn't working they won't tell you and you'll have to go get cash. If you're good with all that you'll have a good time there. Good luck. But..their pho is awesome! meal is good, but the customer service sucks, I've been there couple of times for dine & take out & I notice couple times that the cashier is unpleasant, rude, not polite at all ,seems miserable all the time. I understand some days are busy & hectic but for the past 4 times I took order over the phone & take out same attitude. Not a good example knowing your a customer service rep. read more

Pretty good pho, would recommend. We had the pho 322 and the springs rolls. The service was super fast as well.
