I used another company after reading their good reviews and boy was I ever duped. They told me they left behind no residue and you can see by the pictures that my cream colored carpet looked gray AFTER they cleaned it! I even commented and was told it's set in from wear ?! It looked even worse than it was. I was livid. I came across Zion and was in tears and Eddie the owner turned out to be my angel . He explained he does a 4 part process and agitates the carpet. We had high expectations for this company. They advertised a truck mounted steam cleaning system which is what we wanted. I used to own a carpet and upholstery cleaning service in the 80's and so am very familiar with carpet cleaning. Unfortunately, what showed up was a portable steam cleaner. We were so pressed for time that we went ahead and allowed them to clean but it took three guys, 3 hours for 4 rooms, traffic areas only and a flight of stairs. This provider seems to have put sealer for grout all over my ceramic tile also which has left a residue that did not come off after hiring another provider to re-clean everything Zion supposedly cleaned. While I did receive a partial refund it will not cover all of the rework to make things right. I am having to meet with more than one vendor to remedy. read more
