Not recommended. My dog kept escaping from my backyard by forcefully breaking through my old wooden…read morefence. So, i scheduled an appointment with these guys for an estimate. When their rep visited, i let him know about my dog breaking through the old fencing and showed him holes in the wood fence as evidence of how aggressively my dog seeks to leave my backyard and wander. He assured me that his company could help with a durable vinyl fence. I stressed to him, not once, but 3 times, that my primary concern/need is to replace my old wooden fence with a fence durable enough to ensure my dog could not break through. My dog is only 50 pounds, but very strong and very determined to wander. Multiple times, the rep assured me that the vinyl fence he was recommending would definitely hold my dog at bay. His presentation was effective and i believed him. He made the sale; good job sales rep! A couple of days after installation, i was barbecuing in the backyard. A neighbor walking his dog passed by several yards behind my backyard and my dog noticed and bolted toward the corner of the yard toward the dog. I witnessed the following as i started walking toward my dog to scold her for barking. Within just a few SECONDS, my dog was able to break through the new fence by simply clawing at biting the fence while throwing her weight against it. I was obviously shocked and turned off my barbecue while i began another long search for my dog. I finally found her about 45 minutes later, dead, on the side of the a busy intersection about a half mile from my home. I shared these events with Arizona Fence Experts. They offered me their condolences for my dog, and then ended our conversation with something to the following effect: "Again, very sorry for your loss; i will send you an invoice for your final payment this week." Yeah, not cool. I mailed them a check for the final balance this morning. I really loved my dog; i'm going to miss her dearly.

He responded quickly to my emails, and we liked the diagram that he showed us. We decided to go with a nice white picket fence made from vinyl/PVC. It took about two weeks for my gate and fence to come in after I placed my order, but after the installation, we were impressed by their beautiful work! The crew was also professional and made sure we didn't have any questions before they left. We were so happy with the work that we had to hire them again for additional work--five stars across the board.

I wish I had seen some of these reviews before I purchased a gate from Ken. My experience is very…read moresimilar to some of the others who have left a bad review. Let me start with the pro's. The price was reasonable and the gate was completed and installed as promised by Ken. At first glance it looked like a good deal. Now the con's. There is a 1" gap on one side of the gate. The other side is not as wide, which is nice but the gate started sagging and the lock does not line up so it doesn't lock properly. The gate will not stay locked and it will open when the handle is jiggled or if there is a windy day. The paint started chipping around the lock. The gate had to be adjusted so much that the deadbolt rubs on the strike plate screws. I had to have them come over multiple times to adjust the gate and it still doesn't work satisfactorily. Ken refused to acknowledge the poor quality and for that alone I cannot recommend them. If you are looking for a new gate I recommend you shop around and spend the extra money to get a professional one that works properly. See photos and video for details.
