After speaking with an account specialist at Phoenix Financial Group I felt that they would be a great fit to help me resolve a Tax issue with the IRS. Shortly after beginning the resolution process, my PFG specialist discovered that due to my specific case, there was not anything that could be done to enhance a resolution. I wouldn't let these telemarketing pests handle my garbage, let alone, tax issues!!! I have received 3 calls just today and it's only noon. If I needed assistance from a company regarding an IRS problem it certainly wouldn't be from an out-of-state business that has taken to harassing potential customers!!! I WOULD CALL THE IRS MYSELF!!! These pests are relentless. I have repeatedly told these telemarketers "NO, NOT INTERESTED," to no avail. I hang up, and like clockwork, a call from an "UNKNOWN NUMBER" follows suit.
