We live near Gold's in a 55 plus community. A lot of us joined when they first opened so we were there when no one else wanted to travel to go there. Now that they are established they are pulling the Silver Sneakers benefit at the end of July 2025. Terrific gym and health club. Large, bright, clean, and spacious. A ton of equipment, weights, racks, dumbbells. Multiple fitness classes. Rows of cardio machines. Juice and smoothie bar. State of the art facility. Very clean and well maintained. Reasonable rates for short term and yearly memberships. The desk staff here were very friendly and accommodating when working with me on a short term membership. Highly recommend this Gold's if in the area. read more

My husband has been going to Golds for about 2 or 3 years and has enjoyed his time there. We recently got ymca passes because our children want to work out with us, when my husband went into golds gym to cancel his membership he was met with very unprofessional people who commented "are you just never going to work out again" as if there's no other gym in town and a few other nasty comments and tried to tell him that he can't work out for the remainder of the contract he paid for. There's been more than one experience with the staff in this establishment that has been unpleasant. They really don't make you feel welcomed. read more

This gym is what real gym people dream about! It's not much around it so it is worth the extra drive time. Talk about motivation. The equipment is top notch! I mean machines I never even seen before. We signed up with Luz Echeverry who made the whole on boarding experience fun; and she herself is a weight loss success story if you need more motivation see her! Never been to this gym but came in Saturday evening and was really impressed. Great gym and phenomenal staff with the two young ladies working Saturday evening....extremely friendly and accommodating!! Came in Sunday morning on my way out of town, sat my well behaved son who's 10 in a chair upfront with my iPad and Bose headphones, completely to himself to watch YouTube while I did cardio and abs. The blonde, roly poly shaped staff sitting off to the side immediately ripped into me, saying the kids club is closed. I said he doesn't need a babysitter he's fine and will keep to himself. She continued to make it an issue and I just told her idgaf if he does any damage I'll be happy to cover it. I actually raised him correctly so he is better behaved than most adults. At the end I made it a point to ask what the purpose in having chairs is for if someone can't occupy them and wait. She had no good answer, as I expected she wouldn't. This is the problem with big chain outfits, privately owned or not, they have no idea how to connect with their clients. Extremely bad business and management practice!! If you want a nice gym and can deal with bi#$&y staff, it's a great facility. However, just out of principle I won't deal with idiots like this. This fitness club is terrific! It's only a year old & all the equipment & facilities are new -- tons of great equipment, so it's almost impossible to wait for anything. Everything is commercial quality & the place is kept super clean & in great condition -- this is a first-rate place to work out. This is a co-ed club with great members & a super-friendly staff & trainers. If you're looking for a trainer who knows his stuff & will make your workout a blast, then seek out Coty (the guy with the ponytail). If you're hardcore, be sure to check out the boxing room & the high-end Gold's room with exceptional equipment that will give you a super challenge. The lap pool is saltwater, so none of that awful chlorine that kills your hair & skin. You get what you pay for, & my opinion is that Gold's Gym is the only club in town that's well worth it! read more

Says they have a special offer, they tell you they will wave annual fee and enrollment fee and work with you, then you show up and they say only Luz can do it and you call multiple times and send multiple emails trying to get a hold of Luz and she says it's not true and offers a 3 month deal for more money than month to month. Absolute joke and I was ready to sign a commitment and drink a shake 5 nights a week. I hope corporate sees this. Plus no lay down or hybrid tanning beds. Worst gold's gym I've seen read more

Okay huge turn around for this place! It's actually amazing! I let personal problems affect my rating that was a bad move. This place is actually well put together nicely designed and has alot to offer. Hell it's in a building that used to be a supermarket! I'll never get over that lol. The staff is so helpful and amazing and supportive and full of fitness knowledge. The facility is as clean as can be with round the clock cleaning even by the members themselves.
