First American could not find anyone wiling to do the work and told me to find an electrician and they'd reimburse me. I called several electricians in the area - none wanted to work on a 24v line, until I called Roger L Newman, Their attitude was "no problem" and they were out the next day and fixed my problem with no hassle at a very reasonable cost. They explained the problem, offered me a couple of solutions, and worked efficiently to get my VERY old a/c back working. Honest A/C was very highly rated. Tony did not disappoint. All the reviews were very accurate. He was a little later than he had said he would be but called to keep me updated. When he arrived, he encouraged me to be there while he looked things over and took the time to explain what he was looking for each step of the way. He discovered a small leak in a relief valve, repaired it and topped off the refrigerant. The unit is now cooling properly. The price was very fair and he was only interested in fixing the problem not upselling me parts or services I don't want or need.
