There was even an old sock from a previous renter stuck behind the sofa. Halfway through the rental, the black water tank started leaking out the back which continued throughout the week. At 9:30 PM on the drive home the radiator hose blew off, and the owner claimed he could not "find anyone" to come help us so late. He kept trying to advise my husband how to fix it. When we sourced a mechanic in the morning, the owner was upset it cost so much. We are not mechanics and do not have the expectation of repairing vehicles we rent. It is ridiculous to expect a customer to fix an RV even if it's "simple." When we finally made it home we were so exhausted and disgusted with the entire experience and lack of service that we did not clean the RV and asked him to pick it up. He charged us for cleaning and pickup and didn't even reimburse the full repair cost. We've gotten nothing from him but denials and blame for everything that occurred. The reality is that we went for a lengthy trip in a dirty and unsafe RV. Never again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We got a quick rundown how everything works (this is pretty simple to operate from a touchscreen) and all our questions were answered. While camping, the engine battery died. We used the 24-hour tech line and spoke to Chance. After attempts to jump it failed, he made arrangements to send someone to us with a new battery. Since we were remote, it took a little back-and-forth but Howie found us and swapped the battery. It started right up and we were on our way only about 30 minutes later than we'd planned. On returning the rig, we did a quick walk-around and mileage check and we were done. Easy peasy. We highly recommend paying a little extra for the "Drop and Go" service. Worth every penny. We will definitely return for another rental.
