I wasn't sure how well we'd do in the 115°+ temperatures, but it was no problem. The AC kept up, and the sleep at night couldn't be better. The trailer was clean and in great shape. Not a single complaint from my wife, daughter, not even the dog. The only problem is that the time went by way too fast so the next time we rent from them, we'll do it for longer than 3 nights. It was big enough for the kids to run around in, but small enough we could easily pack up and drive around each day.   They provided pillows and warm blankets, enough so that we stayed warm a couple nights where the temps got below freezing, April in the Colorado mountains can be cold, but we were fine. The kitchen also was well stocked with everything we needed.  The company accommodated our one way request of Phoenix to Durango, and they fielded our call on the first night when we couldn't figure out how something worked. We'd definitely rent from this company again!

One of the owners (a lady)…read morerented us out a trailer that was had multiple issues (broken interior drawers, panels, and broken table, broken exterior window screen) The trailer door latch locks/ breaks on us several hours into the trip. We were forced to attempt to break in, we couldn't get the door open, and had to bring the trailer back into town (mid-trip). The owners clearly knew these items were broken (there was visual evidence that they had attempted to fix these things) and we were blamed for the damage and charged the full-price of the rental! Not only did we have to completely rearrange our trip we lost all the money we gave these people. They were unwilling to refund us with the promise of giving us a discount if we rent from them again. Your trailers are falling apart and you're blaming the people you're renting them to! Bad business is bad business is bad business. Don't rent from these folks they'll blame you for the lack of maintenance on their equipment then stick you for your money. Crooks 100%

We made our reservation and it was clean and ready to go when they said it would be. We got a quick rundown how everything works (this is pretty simple to operate from a touchscreen) and all our questions were answered. While camping, the engine battery died. We used the 24-hour tech line and spoke to Chance. After attempts to jump it failed, he made arrangements to send someone to us with a new battery. Since we were remote, it took a little back-and-forth but Howie found us and swapped the battery. It started right up and we were on our way only about 30 minutes later than we'd planned. On returning the rig, we did a quick walk-around and mileage check and we were done. Easy peasy. We highly recommend paying a little extra for the "Drop and Go" service. Worth every penny. We will definitely return for another rental.

But most important of all, the bed was so comfortable. Why even rent a camper if you are not going to get good sleep? The bed was spacious, cozy and had high quality sheets so we slept very well. The kitchen is fully equipped, we cooked every meal for the trip. It really feels like home after a couple nights. The host was so helpful and they provided complete guidance to keep everything running smoothly. The hardware to hook up was top of the line and made it quick and easy to get set up and pack up. TV, speaker and awning with the light were the cherry on top for entertainment. It was an amazing weekend in Sedona!
