I eventually after some asking, got a one page sheet with check marks on it. Not one word about any point. This was obviously a paper transaction only. Upon picking up the unit, I drove home to Yuma and it was like a sailboat. Steering was so loose. Put it in the repair shop in Yuma and got it repaired to the tune of $1900.00. Called the Dealer Principal who told me that there was nothing he could do as steering was nothing to do with them.. This was the same guy who told me, "If there's anything I can do for you, just give me a call". It was the same old story of, it was a consignment deal,. I'm losing money on this. Nothing to do with me. This was a cash deal for $23K. I accepted other discrepancies such as batteries etc, but the dealer was adamant that this issue was nothing to do with them. Then who is this to do with? Surely if you're the dealer who sells it, then you are responsible. If the engine seized as I drove it off the lot, would I be out of luck too? Just read another review on this dealer regarding a roof leak. I asked about signs of a roof leak on the left rear corner of my unit, inside the wardrobe. I was advised that they had checked it and it was fine. I sure hope that this is true, not just another Dealership promise.

When we looked at the motorhome, there was a water spot over the drivers seat. I specifically told them that I wanted them to check the roof before we purchased this R. V. We came back the next day to purchase the RV. and take it home. I questioned about the watermark, and if they had checked to see if the roof was sealed, the owner and Paul told me that the roof was fine and sealed no leak showing. We have barely had this coach for a month, now, with the rain here We live in Payson, where it has been raining off amd on for a few days. The coach is leaking at the same spot. It is obvious to me that they never checked anything To see if this was sealed, it was a blatant lie that they told me I will be going to the Better Business Bureau and spreading the news about how sad this dealership is with their dealings. I am extremely disappointed with Turn It On Electric and will never use this vendor again or…read morerecommend them to anyone. Charging $285 for a fix that took literally two minutes, without ever disclosing that minimum charge upfront, is the kind of business practice that makes me want to warn every homeowner I know. I want to share my full experience so others can make an informed decision before booking with this company. I had a bathroom outlet in my rental home that wasn't providing power -- it was newly installed about a year ago and this was the first time I tested it. I called to schedule an appointment, and the person I spoke with walked me through scheduling and availability but at no point mentioned that they have a $285 minimum service charge, regardless of how simple the job turns out to be. The electrician arrived and diagnosed the issue almost immediately: a switch/breaker in the main panel had simply been left off. He flipped it back on, tested the outlet, and confirmed it was working -- the entire fix took just a few minutes. Despite the simplicity of the issue, I was charged the full $285 minimum. I understand service calls have overhead, but I feel strongly that a charge this significant should be communicated clearly at the time of scheduling, not after the technician has already been to my home and the work is done. Had I known about the $285 minimum in advance, I would have asked more questions or looked elsewhere. I'm not disputing the technician's professionalism. My issue is entirely with the lack of upfront pricing transparency.
