I am in my early 50s and I stayed at this place from March for a whole month until April and honest to God I was terrified, but it was the BEST experience! I WOULD RECOMMEND PHX Mountain to anyone! The care is TOP NOTCH! I'm on the younger side (For once) to be in a Skilled nursing home! I took care of my father and mother before they passed so I know nursing homes ALL OVER PHOENIX AREA including Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, P.V., I know how scary and terrifying some of these places are! That is not the case for Phoenix Mountain on Tatum. The nurses like nurse Barry and nurse. Tristan are amazing. I can't say enough great things. The rooms were clean. The food was fantastic. OK there was a couple days a couple meals are weird, however, 90% of the time the food was phenomenal! When I was there, they had a fantastic chef! The physical therapy team outstanding, the nurses aids or the CNA's down to the housekeeping crew we're incredible. They kept that place immaculate. Although the nurses are overworked, they need a raise and they need to have a one nurse per hallway!!!!! then it will run so much smoother for the nurses. The nurses worked their buns off! and I am so appreciative of that and I am so grateful! I cannot tell you how pleasantly surprised I was of how great this place was!, the people that lived there and that were in my same situation were awesome. My room was lovely. I overlooked a fountain and had lots of sunlight and I had my own bathroom. My roommate was incredible Patricia. She's a 93-year-old blind woman who is the most interesting person. She was awesome, again the place was fantastically clean! It looks a little old older, but it makes up for everything of how great the nurses are and the care is, it was great. The food was great. They even have an area outside where they had a big barbecue and we had hamburgers and hotdog for everyone and they have tons and tons of activities. If that's what your people are into, they had games they had workouts. It was incredible. I can't say enough good things and I'm only in my 50s and I was so surprised but so grateful! I also did have a loved one who stayed there and she had a good experience there too!, so take it from me, I was just there the last day of February 2026 for an entire month until April and I cannot say enough good things about this place! I worked at Phoenix Mountain Post Acute as a CNA, and unfortunately my experience there was very discouraging. The facility is constantly short staffed, which makes it extremely difficult to provide residents with the quality of care they deserve. With so few CNAs on the floor, call lights would often go unanswered, residents were left waiting for long periods, and basic care like hygiene and toileting was sometimes delayed. Many of us CNAs voiced our concerns, filed complaints, and even reported the building to the state in hopes of bringing positive change. Instead of addressing the issues, several staff members who spoke up were terminated. It felt like management, corporate, and even some of the nursing staff were more focused on protecting themselves than supporting the caregivers or prioritizing resident safety. There are good caregivers who truly care about the residents, but the system in place does not support them. The turnover rate is high, new hires often don't receive proper training, and the overall culture makes it hard to provide the compassionate care that families expect and residents need. Until major improvements are made in staffing, management, and overall accountability, I cannot recommend this facility as a safe workplace or as a place for loved ones to receive care. read more

My 93 year old Dad entered this care facility to regain strength after a hospital stay. We brought him home and provided personalized care when he got much worse and we all thought he was dying. They did nothing to help him and left him lying in bed or in a wheelchair. He is now back to his old self able to walk with a walker and eat 3 meals. My stay here was AWFUL. Bob in rehab was great, fun and motivating! The Dr. was fantastic although staff didn't follow his orders. For the most part the rest of the staff was terrible! One of the workers stole from my purse right in front of me as they all laughed. I could do nothing because I was bed bound. They didn't answer call lights and when they did they spoke awful to you so it was always scary to call. The worst part was they thought I was being delusional which was mistaken for a very serious infection and now I've been in the hospital for ten weeks and a week in a coma. I could not recommend this facility to my worst enemy! I gave them 1 star because there is no way to give none. They have not heard the end of it from me or my family!!! read more

I would never use this facility for anyone I loved, I wouldn't even put my worst enemy in this place. They started out ok but when her long term was denied the first time, they kicked out of room she was in stopped all physical and speech therapy. She has ALS and they put her in custodial care, She was walking with therapy the bday before they moved her. 3 months she laid there they only got her up for a shower or doctor appointment, she couldn't swallow they would bring her food then take away she was almost starved to death. The day we got her out we had to take her to the ER she was close to dying. ST Joes kept her 10 days trying get every thing back to somewhat normal. The collections dept Tyler P. told me if we we did give them $20,000 in 2 days they would drop her off at homeless shelter or dump her on her moms porch, the bill at that time was $9,000. I found a new facility and had her moved in 3 days. read more

My wife has severe osteo issues so as a result we have experienced 4 rehab facilities in the last few years, the most recent being PMPA. My wife and I cannot express enough positive accolades to this facility! Especially, the PT and OT staff! All the staff were very courteous and caring. Our only complaint was a nurse shortage a couple of nights which resulted in a delay of dispensing needed meds. If we ever need to go to another rehab facility, it will definitely be PMPA! read more

I wish I could give negative stars!!!! This place is awful! One it smells like urine the second you walk in. The place is so dirty. My father was a patient there and had to leave via ambulance after ONE week. The lack of care was disgusting. When he got to the ER the night he left this facility his PICC line bandage wasn't changed they just put surgical tape on top, and his clamps to his PICC lines were left open. The most critical thing on his body!!! One of his nurses Janet was so awful just rude didn't care about anything, didn't give my father his insulin for 4 hrs after his blood sugar read 390. And she said oh sorry I forgot. One of my father's other nurses couldn't tell the difference between a ostomy stoma and a belly button. Can't make this stuff up!! Please DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE! i was just there i made it home earlier today. i was sent here from abrazo a little over a month ago. while at abrazo i got a spinal tap done and abrazo specifically told me "negative" all across the board for whatever they were looking for. when i made it to phoenix mountain a doctor saw me and made something up regarding my spinal tap something about meningitis. ever since then it's been sketchy. my best guess: that doctor was trying to get my attention for some reason but no idea why in the first place. i do specifically know this about myself: my own attention is very very shattered so when the fourth wall is broken i find out really quickly and it kind of hurts. on the other hand my notice is one hundred percent fully in tact so these things i do notice read more

First off, if I could give this facility 0 stars I would in a heart beat. It's dirty, smells like urine throughout the entire facility, and does not care about the patients needs or care. This place is horrible, the neglect they give their patients here is disturbing and hard to watch. Let's just start here, my dad was transferred to this facility on short notice, no time for my family to go tour the place and ask questions before sending him here. He was there ONE week, ONE week, and he was transported back to the hospital in an ambulance because this place couldn't tend to his care like they should have. Don't let these people talk above and beyond what they have to offer , because they have NOTHING to offer your loved one here. Stay clear of this place. The nurses have no idea what they are doing , how they are " certified nurses " is beyond me. One nurse forgot to give my dad his insulin which he is insulin dependent a huge NO NO! They left him in his bloody bed for hours, left blood on the floor for almost 2 days without cleaning it, the nurses were rude to my family and my dad, and they left him with a bloody ostomy bag for hours until they noticed something wasn't right and decided to call 911. Not only did all these things happen to my dad at this facility within a week, the staff had NO CLUE how to change his ostomy bag, another IMPORTANT task a " nurse" should know how to do. i had a meeting with the DON about all of this and nothing was changed. The food was not diabetic or diet friendly which was hard for my dad considering he is a diabetic. The ONLY good thing i can say about this place is that the Therapy team was very nice and my dad's wound care nurse Emma was great. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. read more

I have been at this facility for 2 years. When I first got here I could barely move my toes. I couldn't move my legs at all. I was negative and thought I'd never walk again. But the therapy team in this facility is amazing. I had Bob and Dom and they never gave up on me. There were days that I just wanted to quit but they would remind me of my motivation to get me back on track. We tried so many different types of exercises and stuck with the ones that worked. In between being seen by Bob and Don, I worked with other therapy staff members and I loved how they communicated what we had been working on. It was a pleasure working with the other staff members. I was always anxious to see what we would be working on because we almost always exercised in a different style. The therapy crew here is top notch. This is not the first time working with therapy, but who knows? It could very well be my last, at least for a while. Thank you therapy team for helping me change my life for the better. You will never know how truly grateful I am for you. I would gladly recommend you to anyone needing therapy. Without a doubt the best therapy team. Keep up the good work. read more

Let's talk about CNAs starting with Lesha is beyond amazing, she always makes sure our needs are met and also makes us feel comfortable by listening and addressing the issue. Luisa, if she is on shift forget about getting up or getting a shower. Not forgetting she does not work well with others. Claudia was incredible. Michelle always comes in with a smile on her face, showing she cares, the only one who has offered and provided a shower, she and Lesha work amazingly together and you can see both running the place smoothly. About nurses, no complaints but do want to highlight that Rebecca is a sweetheart, she clearly knows what she is doing and understands her patients, she will address you with respect and professionalism, and will be kind enough to answer any questions or concerns you have. The PT/OT department is great, they would make the best care plan for you. Liz has done an amazing job of teaching, Bob will encourage you to stay up in the wheelchair to prevent bed sours, Jason is also very kind, and Dominic is gentle and it feels safe to walk with him. read more

Angela (Social worker ) at this facility, has Absolutely NO tact , when it comes to speaking with Families who have their loved ones in this so called facility... This woman called me CLAIMING , Medicare had stopped much needed Therapy for my Husband who was sent to this place for rehab after being hospitalized for serious illness ... I received Correspondence that states the FACILITY stopped therapy! Ms Angela was rude and hostile with me after telling me I could appeal Medicare's decision to stop therapy... due to " No Progress"... This woman told me my husband would be on a feeding tube and in a wheel chair basically for the rest of his life... I had him transferred to another facility... April 13,2021.. May 2,2021 He was taken off the feeding tube and is able to eat regular meals Again (BY MOUTH).. as well as taking his medicine (pills) BY MOUTH! Also... He is up and is able to walk with a walker ... and progressing welll!! If I had left him at this rehab center ... he would still be laying in bed on a feeding tube .. and wouldn't be walking at all... with more bedsores than he had... Thank GOD!! There's a GOD!! And he is an AMAZING GOD!! LISTEN: if u have a loved one at this facility, and are told no progress... DONT TRUST that opinion .. get a 2nd opinion! read more

This place appeared clean during our tour. The director of Admission/Marketing really knows how to say the right thing. He made empty promises and placated each of my complaints when called out of frustration. This place does a lot of ignoring of their patients' needs; doesn't return phone calls/emails, food service is poor quality, and some of its doctors and PT/OT staff were lazy and uncaring. They do not include the patient in his/her own plan of care. They discharge prematurely and fail to hold their employees accountable. Short staffed is an understatement with the CNA's. Its sad that admissions appear to be more important than the stay of their short-term patients. I can go on and on. But lastly, on top of the disappointment with the level of care my husband received in the 8 days he was there following a horrific head-on motor vehicle accident, there were big sewer roaches in the room bathroom coming from the toilet plumbing and a larger hole that had been cut in the wall. My husband and his roommate refused to use this bathroom because of the cockroaches. It was just gross. We reported it twice, but nothing was done. I strongly suggest you keep your family member away from this place unless you want to be disappointed with the pathetic communication you'll get from those in power there. But, CNAs Rhonda and Michelle were absolutely amazing! Put your hard work where you'll be appreciated more, ladies. read more

Don't take your loved one here. The nurses, staff and the case workers have no clue what they are talking about. They have to look up notes on the computer. They say one thing while your loved ones ARE DYING. My father is in hospice because no one took care of his needs. They let his dehydrate his mouth was black. He couldn't eat because he was so dehydrated. They said he's taking his pills. How can he take his pills when he couldn't swallow? Like I said don't take your loved ones here if your looking to keep your loved one alive. read more

former employee no stars!!!!! i refuse to lie no matter what incentive that would have been given to say something positive!!! which has happened to employees before. the truth must come out. please do not send your loved ones or family members to this facility. i have kept quiet long enough. over the past 9 months this facility has lost over half of it's original staff and the facility's only solution was to temporarily hire people from a staffing agency. when the management changed a while ago then came the downfall. the reason why i'm being very transparent is because the biggest issues weren't about how short staffed we were so many times nor the fact we didn't get efficient pay but most importantly issues that the residents had to deal with. such as food being often overcooked or the complete opposite beint under cooked just enough to pass any health violations. upper management treating certain residents differently based on insurance, however the worst thing of all is that there was a resident at that facility that was sexually assaulted when this incident was addressed we were all questioned but unfortunately that was pretty much it. several former employees including myself noticed a little change within the staff after this but it seemed more to just cover and protect the facility. i am so glad this resident did leave but there was no justice for her!!!! also from what we were told the former employee who committed this disgusting act was given an option to quit. which is unbelievable. many of us left in disbelief because at one point of time this facility was different. i thought it was good but it became such an unsafe place for residents. i am not exaggerating the details. i am simply giving you a warning to please stay away. do not let a "scheduled" tour deceive you. read more

If you are expecting skilled nursing care then stay away from this place. I just spent two weeks there after my appendix ruptured because I had a drain in my stomach and needed IV antibiotics in my PIC line daily. Unfortunately, I arrived on Memorial Day Saturday so that may have played a part. The transport driver put me in bed and I was there for two hours before a nurse noticed me and asked what I was there for. She said my name wasn't in her computer. I couldn't be "evaluated" until Monday or Tuesday so nothing could be done for me until then. I know the transport driver gave them an envelope from the hospital but I don't know what was in it. The Charge Nurse said they didn't get any records or orders from the hospital and said they could take care of my drain but didn't know if they could take care of my PIC line. I was in limbo with no meds for at least a day while that got straightened out. No one knew what they were doing. The weekend crew I had were traveling nurses (aides?) and were just told to do things with no guidance on how to do them or where to get the necessary items needed. On Monday most of the regular people came in so I was evaluated. Not one person who treated me throughout my stay seemed to follow any standard procedures for caring for myself or my roommate and when I asked the Charge Nurse about it she said everyone had their own ways of doing things. At the hospital they told me specifically how to care for my PIC line and that wasn't always done at PMPA. The only medical care they gave me was my regular meds and my IV once a day and they checked my vitals regularly. When I complained about pain from my drain they said the drain wasn't their responsibility and all they did was empty it every couple days. The bandage was coming off of my drain and I had to really press the issue to get the Wound Care nurse to add another bandage over the top. No one ever explained to me what the procedures were for me as a patient. I was there a week before I found out I had any choice in what I could eat and that wasn't a sure thing. I'm allergic to all melons but I was served melons twice with my meals and had to have them taken away. They schedule you for a shower twice a week but you have to nag to get one on your scheduled day. My roommate was bedridden and I never saw them cleaning her fully. The shower/bathroom was never cleaned and all the towels I used were still laying on the floor when I left the place. If I told someone about an issue like a spill on the floor or a dead Palo Verde Bug on the floor they said it wasn't their job. I knew after the first week this was a mistake and my husband could take better care of me. I tried to transfer to my home but they told me it would be against medical advice and the insurance wouldn't cover anything. read more

I have placed my brother here two different times and made my selection the first time because of it's location, and this last time because of their efficiency in making a plan for Michael's best care and communicating his needs and progression of rehab. *BEST SOCIAL SERVICES! Angela and Cory Thank you for creating a plan and keeping all of us on track. *BEST THERAPY TEAM! Stephanie, Jada, Sue, Kim, Kevin, and Katie (speech therapy). This is the heart and soul of the facility. They are all dedicated to help every patient with an gentle but intensive rehabilitation! *BEST CHEF MIKE ! I think the food was delish! I often went back to the kitchen and asked for a bowl of their fresh homemade soup! *BEST LAUNDRY CARE! They have a very efficient complimentary laundry crew and they are dedicated to keep your clothes clean, identified, and hung back in the closet. *BEST CNAs! They have to be some of the hardest working, most attentive, caring team! *BEST CLEANING STAFF! They're always cleaning and mopping. Everything is clean and shiney. Now, for a little business: some nitetime CNAs were mean and inattentive, Tony, David, you know who you are. Nurse Marilyn refused to come see my brother when he was complaining that he couldn't talk or move his left arm when in fact he had just had a stroke. I had to ask a different nurse to come look at him and paramedics were called, he was taken to ER where he was admitted into ICU for 3 days. I would still take him back to this skilled nursing facility because all their goodness outweighs the fact that there are some people that they should let go. read more

When I was hired by Phoenix Mountain Post-Acute, a Skilled Nursing Facility, I didn't realize I would love working here as much as I do. Our residences are top priority to all of us, from the Administrator to the Managers, Social Services, Therapy Department, Nurses, CNAs, Housekeeping, Dietary and Maintenance. Everyone goes out of their way to keep our residences happy and healthy especially during this terrible (covid 19 pandemic) time. Our Therapist, Nurses and CNAs always treats our residences as if they were their own family members. Always there for them, helping them in any way they could. Even though visitors are not permitted in the building during this trying time, our Activates Department is always looking for new ways to get our residents and their family members together, whether it be by phone, videos, iPods or window visits. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs Skilled nursing care, whether it be for long or short term. I informed our Administrator that if ever I need to go into a Skilled Facility, he better have a room waiting for me with my name on it. read more

One of the worst places you could send your loved one. My father came here after brain surgery and ended up falling out of bed. This place *REFUSED* to have him taken to a hospital to have him checked out. After BRAIN SURGERY. After hours of complaining to administrators, they finally sent him, wearing NOTHING but a shirt and diaper. No socks or shoes on a cold night in February. They lost his clothes so regularly that we had to pick them up and wash them ourselves to ensure they weren't lost or given to other patients. The next day after the hospital trip my father was mysteriously quarantined. They wouldn't tell us why. Wasn't because of covid, after having to talk to person after person, it turns out they misdiagnosed him, with a difficile infection and they admitted to overmedicating him with laxatives and stool softeners. They were trying to keep him quarantined and just not tell us about any of this until it blew over. He didn't have an infection. He was just at the hospital, they obviously would have known. How long had he been over-medicated for? No clue, they wouldn't tell us. Just a simple "Oops, we overmedicated your dad!" They put in his records that he wasn't progressing, and took away his speech and physical therapy for NO REASON, claiming all of a sudden after a few weeks that he was beyond help, despite EVERY SINGLE other doctor and the physical therapist themselves saying he was improving nicely. We had to fight the insurance company tooth and nail to prove them wrong. Thank you for nothing! This facility literally gave up on my father and decided we should just deal with it. My mom complained to Angela the case manager, who aggressively and shouted at my mother: "You need to just accept it! He will NEVER eat again!!!" How despicable of a human being do you have to be to treat someone so distastefully? Especially in your line of business? He was without his therapy for weeks and we ultimately had to fight to get him moved to a different facility altogether, because the more we complained, the more the facility started to neglect him. They took it upon themselves to not feed him anything aside from tube nutrition, despite him needing mouth feedings to learn to eat again. These were his doctors orders right out of the hospital, but these things were either ignored or "accidentally" looked over as the facility decided to follow its own rules. This facility is LITERALLY responsible for slowing my dads improvement, and they seemingly have done everything they can to make things worse. One of the last times my mom saw him there, they just had him sitting in a diaper. When she asked why they had him like that, they had no answer. He had clothes there, they just didn't want to help him get dressed. How can you treat people like this? They are not trying to help heal these patients, they merely want to keep them like vegetables and collect payment until they die. Within TWO WEEKS of my dad being transferred to another facility he was able to eat again, completely off the tube, and was already progressing fine in physical therapy. Every single doctor and professional we have spoken to agrees that Phoenix Mountain Post-Acute GAVE UP ON MY FATHER. Not only that, but some told us they suspected he hadn't even been bathed once, and that bed sores were starting to develop on his feet. They were willing to allow him to suffer and eventually die because it was too inconvenient for them to try to rehabilitate him. YOU ARE A REHABILITATION CENTER. YOUR ONLY JOB IS TO REHABILITATE PEOPLE. My father isn't even 70 years old. How could you slime balls treat a person so lowly? Let me reiterate: Every. Single. Doctor that I have spoken to agrees: You gave up on my father. Shame on you all. Your job is to care for society's most vulnerable, and this is how you treat them. To anyone reading this far I leave you with this question: if even a fraction of these things could happen to your loved one, is it worth the risk of sending them here? read more

I have just spent my second stay at Phoenix Mountain, this time due to a knee replacement. As before, I find Phoenix Mountain, the place to go when you need Skilled Nursing. It's clean, the staff is professional, attentive and truly cares about the patients. Even with difficult patients they show extreme patience and caring. I would recommend Phoenix Mountain to anyone that needs Skilled Nursing. After two different stays at Phoenix Mountain two weeks each, I can't think of one negative thing to say, except for the occasional lost items in the laundry. read more

Seem to be over-worked and communicate badly. My wife was paired with a roommate who made things difficult: she did not follow orders. Pushed things into my wife's bed; roommate yelled at my wife to turn off her reading light at night. Wife had tube in her arm from ER and asked 6 times to have it removed due to non-use; it took weeks to have it removed. Rehab for mobility did go well, but paperwork to be released seemed to take over a week to process; very slow. Wife: "Get me outta here! My roommate is making my life horrible." read more

They took his clothes and he did not receive them back until 3 days later. He said he could never tell what he was eating and the food was always cold. I took my mother out of the facility as soon as she told me that person called 911 in the middle of the night do to lack of attention, she was in pain and there was nobody helping her, my mother had issues with some of the services, she had to wait to go to the restroom and by the time they got to her she it was too late :( Place is very noisy, equipment (beds) older. After first night, I asked for my mother to be moved to a different room because her roommate had tv on all day and all night. They moved her with person that was calling 911 in the middle of the night, screaming and yelling at the staff cause she was not getting the help she needed. So much for a quiet, enjoyable environment. When I talk to them about the issues, there was no solutions offered . My mother was too tired to stay there another day. On the side note, I was surprised by Tanya (not sure who she was, owner? manager?) visit to the hospital before my mother was checked into the nursing facility and bragging how good the place is and how they spent $40,000.00 on new equipment (3 times in 15 min conversation) Tanya, compassion, understanding and caring is FREE, teach your staff to use it. read more

Our Social Worker was the greatest. Angela always answered our questions and returned calls when necessary. She also provided us with her cell phone number which provided added security. The facility provided FaceTime interactions with my mother very often which calmed our fears during this COVID time. Once quarantine time was over with we were able to schedule outside visits as well as inside visits as per their patient protection policy. We could not have asked for a nicer staff and we were even able to schedule beauty shop appointments. My mother was excited to come home but had nothing but nice things to say about the place, including the food! Highly recommend if searching for a place to rehab this is the place. For the most part, the staff is great. They have tough jobs and I applaud them for doing it with patience and grace. On the other hand, there's a nurse here, Princess is her name, who is rude and abrasive to family, visitors, and patients. I would have rated this place a "5" until I had to deal with her. I was a patient here and the therapy department was amazing! Always a laugh and a smile. Wait time for call lights was extreme, nursing staff and DON didn't seem to care about my concerns. Typically I do not take the time to write reviews but feel compelled to do so regarding the audacity of this facility. My father suffered from two massive strokes November 2015; due to tremendous problems with the hospitals it was time for him to transfer to a skilled facility. Several places including this one denied my father due to his cussing at nurses and refusals to do therapy. I attempted to call and speak to admissions which I believe his name was "Greg" and explain the situation and see if he could see it from the family's perspective. Me and several family members were having to be at the hospital to ensure my father would receive pain medication prior to him doing therapy because the hospital would forget. Or when the nursing aide pulled his arm so hard it sprained it. The list goes on. To the point I contacted an attorney. Greg was rude, uncaring and shrugged me off. He stated he didn't want to pay for medications for a man like that just to turn around and kick him out. I hung up and ended up crying at another facility because I just wanted somewhere nice where my father could go and get the therapy and care he deserved. Several months later he is now needing to be transferred to long term care because he is not making enough progress and will need 24/7 care. He is a 59 year old man who went from being completely independent to now needing to spend the rest of his life in a long term setting because he can't walk, put his pants on or even lift himself out of bed. Once again we tried to transfer him to this facility only to be immediately denied. The new reason because he smoked pot in the past. Seriously? He can't walk and his brain doesn't function properly anymore because of his strokes but somehow he is a threat or not good enough to be at this facility. Just because my father has a past doesn't mean he doesn't deserve to be treated with dignity, respect and caring. Shame you. I will never recommend your facility to anyone. read more

My mother was only at Phoenix Mountain Nursing Center for about a month before she passed. During that month she got the best care and love from the staff. The facility itself is bright and everyone has a smile on their face. There are bird cages all over, a fish tank, two resident dogs and a cat! The nurses and caregivers are the best I have seen in this industry. Unfortunately I was out of the country when my mom died so my children had to go through the process when someone dies. Greg Dudley the marketing director was there for my children, even helping them move some of her personal items. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones if they are in need of Nursing care. Thank you Phoenix Mountain Nursing Center staff for all your care and love for our mother. read more
