Girls are always rude and not friendly when people come in the door, they're always in a rush to get your order even if no one else is in the store. I've been wanting to try Nekter for quite some time. I made it a point to visit this location this morning & so glad I did! Very convenient location right off the 101 and 67th. Tons of parking. Very clean parking lot, entrance way and lobby. I was greeted immediately. I reviewed their website prior to arriving so I had a good idea of what I wanted. The first thing I noticed once inside is the smell of freshness. It smells like a farmer's market. Or a field of vegetables. It's earthy, pleasant and it's a sign everything you're about to consume is going to be good for you. I placed my order & went with the Toxin Flush. I ordered a regular size but since he poured it over ice, he gave me a large for no extra charge. I can't remember everything he shoved into that juicer. Spinach, parsley, a few apples, lemons, ginger, secret spices and herbs, magical potions and other healthy things. The color of this juice was magnificent. It was a brilliant bright green and I think I felt healthier just by being in its presence. It was incredibly delicious! The freshness of the pulverized veggies with the hint of sweetness from the apple was enough for me to drink it in a matter of just a few minutes. It was rejuvenating and surprisingly filling. I felt full enough to skip breakfast and this drink has held me over until lunchtime. I'm not a licensed dietitian or nutritionist but there were no other additives or preservatives or bizarre chemicals he added to my drink. Pretty sure it's better to drink a fresh smoothie or juice from Nekter than it is to sip on a coffee milkshake smothered in whipped cream from your favorite coffee joint. Really enjoyed my visit this morning and thoroughly enjoyed my Toxin Flush drink, as well! I'd easily recommend Nekter to my friends, family or fellow Yelp'ers. I shall be back! read more

Ordered two bowls 15 mins in advance on the app. Arrived when bowls said they would have been completed and walked in and bowls were not ready. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location? They just tell me it must have not printed yet? Isn't that the point of pre-ordering on the app so it's ready when I get there? No one was in the store when we got there and appeared to only be 1 girl working. I feel bad because I am thankful for anyone working these days, but Nekter needs to get this fixed if that is the case that there is a delay on printing? I had my dad go in for me for today 6/26 around 4:30 pm. He showed them this screenshot. They put zero fruit on top and when I called to complain they said that it is no fruit on top. Someone explain to me how these stupid people can't read?! It literally says fresh fruit on top. Honestly I've liked Nektar for the most part however today I learned that for their "scoop" of protein they charge $1 for it's only 5 grams of protein. This is the biggest joke I've ever heard. I usually get a smoothie after work for my pre workout meal replacement and 5 grams is not enough to be considered as a pre workout. I will never be getting Nektar again due to this alone. I love Nekter. Natural, wholesome flavors are so yummy! The dragonfruit smoothie is my usual go-to but once I got the chocolate soft serve, it seriously brought relief on a sweltering day! As tickets and customers continued to pile on, the two employees remained professional, calm, and tended to the customers the best they possibly could. Of course I have no idea what the circumstances are, but having worked the service industry on Mother's Day....it's an absolute nightmare. This location never makes my smoothies well. Ordered a berry banana burst with pea protein. Did not taste good at all, as if they barely added agave nectar. Came back in and asked if they could put more, and she simply had me open the lid while she poured more agave in and told me to "stir". That's obviously not going to blend into the smoothie. After I asked her if she was gonna blend it, she said she would not be able to put it back in the blender (understandable due to Covid). At this point she should have just offered to remake it. I swirled in the agave and tried it, of course there was no change which I told her. She just offered to pour more in my drink. I had her pour more and just left to deal with it unblended. Ok let me start by saying- I walked in tonight and waited at the register to order for like 10 mins with no greeting from this girl or even acknowledgement. Yes she was making other drinks, but that does not mean she can't even acknowledge me. Almost every day since the pumpkin spice smoothie came out, I've been ordering it from nekter to enjoy it. The last 2 times my smoothie has been more like just milk flavored pumpkin spice because the girl who made it put an insane amount of milk. Eww.. WAY too liquidy. I'm at 35-year-old Native American, and that wouldn't matter except that I walked in and both of you young employees who happen to be Caucasian stare at me with frowns, and I say hello and they turn away and just keep working like I wasn't even there. 10 minutes later to senior Caucasian people walk in, one man, and one female. As soon as they enter the door, the two workers turned to them with smiles, and said hello welcome to Nekter! And after that, I think they realized they messed up because they made the sloppiest most disgusting effort by saying to me "what do you want". It's appalling to know that a place that I've bought in so many açai bowls from, hundreds of dollars paid, and I get treated so disrespectfully like my money isn't worth as much as someone else's of a different skin color. I would definitely like to speak to the owner and not the maybe 20-year-old Manager with red hair I'm guessing as a manager because when I came back in, I said "that was pretty rude that you guys didn't acknowledge me for over 10 minutes, but as soon as they walked in you guys at them and said hello, welcome to nectar" to which I replied "so they just walk in and you guys take care of them immediately but I've been here for 10 minutes and you guys haven't said a word to me and I just wanted to order a bowl but you guys acted like I wasn't even here and that was quite rude of you. So I would greatly appreciate if they (the owner) would contact me back on this post and we can exchange emails and phone numbers and I can come in when you're there and I would love if you had your two employees that you have working right now at 3 PM there as well, that way they can tell you something that is a lie because I will gladly say exactly what happened to you in person with no hostility and I guarantee they'll get hostile because they know they messed up but instead of fixing the problem with a solution, they just gave more problematic gestures and treated me like I don't belong there.
