It did feel a little cramped and yet also that there weren't good seating options at the same time. Other than that, a very cute place with wonderful service. I got the Chocolate Joy in a large because it sounded right up my alley, and my friend got the blondie. Their large is LARGE by the way! Did not expect that. I cannot see enough about the amazing service at the valley buzz. They spent so much time explaining different drinks to our group and went above and beyond. I LOVE coffee so I'm always on a look out for coffee shops especially local coffee shops to support and am I glad that The Valley Buzz is nearby. I pop in every now and then with my sisters or husband to order my regular drink, which is usually an ice latte and with my husband it's usually their Energy Drinks. I've also tried their signature drinks like the "too nutty" and "birthday cake" which is pretty good but more on the sweeter side. Today, after work I decided to stop by to try their Açaí bowl and it's good. It is tangy for my taste but I did like the summit bowl more as I feel like it was balanced by the cashews, granola, and shaved chocolate. My sister and daughter like the Sedona Bowl better but hey we all have our preferences. I've always like how chill and spacious this place is. There are even board games they provide and a lot of open tables and seating. The service is always quick and you're often greeted with a warm friendly welcome. Such a cool spot located at 91st & Olive! Came in a Sunday afternoon and there was a bit of a rush, but our drinks and Açaí came out promptly! The staff was friendly and accommodating and I asked to make modifications to my drink order. The inside is bright and spacious with an awesome Arizona themed mural and plenty of seating! I enjoy the service here greatly! Everyone is kind and upbeat so that makes for a refreshing experience and it makes me want to keep going. The espresso is super good and I like that their lattes are never too sweet nor too milky. Visited after a soccer game and it was worth it! I grabbed a delicious coffee- a featured latte with Matcha & Lavender. I believe it was called "Josiah Z". It has a subtle sweetness and a little on the thick side. It was filling. My 12yo & Hubs ordered from the berry divine menu. The Brazilian bowl has always been the favorite. We received great service and we enjoyed playing uno as we relaxed. Plenty of seating to chat, work, and or watch a little tv. read more

Love the staff, love the coffee and food options...it's an amazing place to go. The only issue is the process or flow. Today I ordered online at 11:15 for an 11:45 pick up-I still had to wait until 12:10. I don't know if it's a staffing issue (need more) or if it's a flow issue. I do know the employees work hard and fast...and are so kind. Maybe an online order pick up area? More staff? One taking orders and running them to tables, one on coffee, and two on food/smoothies? Again, love this place....but the wait kills me. Today was my first attempt at online ordering hoping to save time, but still waited 25 min. Also saw a lady who ordered before a table of 6, they got their entire order and she went up to the counter to ask about her bowl. The staff were quick to get her order, but as I was leaving, she was coming back in because the size was wrong for her açaí bowl. Situated in a strip mall, there is plenty of ample parking and space to stretch out We were greeted immediately upon entering and took a look at the menu. Standard coffee fare on the menu with prices on par with just about any other spot in the Valley. I went with my go-to which is an iced mocha / no whipped cream. If you like this place you need to get there often ASAP because it will be out of business in a few months. We tried it this weekend; the food is limited but the breakfast sandwiches were good but cold - not hot as they should be. I bought 2 regular black iced teas for $5.25 EACH! Refills were another $5,25 EACH!! No company charges for tea refills in Arizona. With some immediate management changes they could make it but otherwise they are doomed for sure. read more
