For our mains, we shared the yucca and potato pave, the elote pasta, the ribs, and the trout. All was fantastic, but the real star was the trout. Perfectly cooked, and accompanied by the most impressive rice pilaf. It could stand on the menu by itself. The most important thing for me to point out is that all of these dishes were perfectly seasoned. It is my opinion, and since I'm writing this review, it is the only opinion that counts, almost every single restaurant I've been to in my 11 years of living here do not layer the seasoning, especially salt. They are either so bland the dish has little to no taste, or they pile all seasoning on the top and hope for the best. Valentine stands above the rest.
