Peoria seems like a nice place to be, and this is a great representation. It's a tiny coffee shop that exists on the corner of a small street. Great vibes when you walk in, and the staff is friendly and warm. I ordered a short iced latte and waited for the drink to be made. Lotsa folks around getting their day started, or doing some work for the day. The energy was perfect, and my coffee arrived promptly. I gave it a sip and went on my way. The coffee was not bad, but pretty much unremarkable in that regard. I enjoyed it as a sipping coffee, but it was a little too dark on the roast for me. Not their fault, as they're a multiroaster. Overall, I think it's a great place to grab a coffee, and especially if you like flavored drinks! Perhaps a mocha or a vanilla latte would slap! And I have to say, coming from San Francisco, I do not say this lightly: this is hands-down some of the best sourdough I've had outside of San Francisco.
