I don't know how I ever get through the Core/Cardio days but apparently, I'm a glutton for punishment because I keep coming back and probably enjoy those workouts the most. ALL of the workouts (Upper Body and Lower Body) are challenging and push you to your limits. Don't worry about others watching you, you'll be too busy encouraging yourself to get through each "Block" to focus on anyone else but yourself. However, once the "Block" is over, you're high-fiving everyone because you know you just KILLED IT! Everyone there is so nice too! It really helps to have the Coaches call you by name and encouraging you. You know they are watching to ensure you're performing the move correctly and will provide assistance, if necessary. But you know they are watching so even when you feel like stopping, you dig deep to find more energy to keep on going. I've saved THEE BEST part of the workout for last. After you've left all you have to give on that floor, someone comes around with ICE COLD face towels!!! Those towels are everything! They are neatly rolled and given to you with tongs as if they are the most precious items in the building. And they would be...if you weren't there!

The machines are rusty from sweat, have sweat streaks all over them, garbage left in the cup holders, old and broken. There is someone that goes around changing the garbage bags and refilling the sanitizer cleaner for the machines throughout the business. That's the only thing I see this guy do. Mind you he's a contract cleaner. Never have I ever seen an actual employee clean a thing. The only thing I see is a "part owner" walk around like he's "inspecting" things when in reality he's inspecting the women that are there. That's why all of the machines, bathrooms and the air stink. It's so gross! Overall, this gym has one leg in the grave and it can't help itself out. It's like that hotel you think will be fine until you open the door. I will never renew my membership! Yuck!

I felt comfortable and empowered. Alex was great. He gave me great suggestions how to use what I learned at home. The venue is open and has a large breath of equipment to help you focus on training your core and specific muscles groups. I took a Momentum class that gradually builds in intensity. The Focus was on athleticism & endurance where the pace was 6 rotations (2 each at 70 - 80 - 90% off weights) on 6 different stations. Let's just say you can feel the burn! I also got adjust positions based on my flexibility and limitations. I like to give it 100% so I did change too much. It was such a great experience! I could see few monthly classes in my rotation. I really appreciate the private parking too. That's a huge plus for the area!
