They have a bathroom, grill, cooler filled with ice, all kinds of floats, a paddle board, hammock seats, beer pong setup and even a putting green. They also have a great sound system with Bluetooth so you can hook up your phone or give them songs to play on theirs, we were easily the loudest boat in the cove! They really left no stone unturned when it came to having a great day on the lake. The atmosphere/vibe is super chill and they waited on us hand and foot whether it was getting us drinks from the cooler or bringing out different toys to have fun on. They have all kinds of drinking tools like funnels and even a four way beer shotgun. The store is very practical, it has change rooms, a little area to relax and have some snacks. The boat was in great condition. She told me how her boats got vandalized last year and she doesn't want her boats down there. We were stuck, since all the other locations were sold out. We called to let them know some people in our party was running late so we'll pick it up at 11am instead of 10am, she said with a nasty attitude, " well the boat isn't going out much longer after that time". It was such an awful anxiety heighten experience especially being a retired veteran. I would not recommend this place to anyone even though they didn't have that same energy in person.

I had been pulling my nine and twelve year old Grandkids and their nine year old friend on a tube. We were stranded in the middle of Lake Norman with no one around to help or to contact. We finally flagged down a boat with two young gentlemen who told us they were working for CS Rentals. We asked them if they could tow us back to our place and they did. They were so friendly and helpful. I am 70 years old and was so impressed with them for helping us with a very difficult situation. I think their names were Jack and Noland.
