They tried to charge me for a gutter cleaning, and a pest control fee when they didn't do any of that before I moved in. They are money grubbing and dishonest people and refuse to be upfront with anything because they want to keep me security deposit. Philip blocked my phone number after I moved out and isn't providing the information I need to get my security deposit back and they refuse to give me the home owners number. I do not recommend using this place at all. They are fake and try to act like they are nice honest people before you move in because they want money but as soon as you tell them you aren't giving them money anymore there whole demeanor changes. Do not use this place or trust them!! Phillip even told me the landlord is a "slumlord" and he wasn't going to fix much before I moved in and I still was nice and paid 1,500 a month for a house that had bugs and there were cracks and holes in the doors and windows because they did not fix it before I moved in. No one deserves the treatment they have given me. I would not wish that on anyone especially after the year I have had with my dad dying and having to start paying rent at 18 and then dealing with all this because I just didn't want to continue me lease with them.

We saw the name of a few agents on signs "around the neighborhood" and made note of them. At one point in the day I saw one of my cousins talking to a lady outside. That lady outside was Stacy Henderson. She was asking how my Uncle was that lived there, and was very sympathetic to our situation. She personally knew my Uncle and knew he had some health issues, but was not aware they escalated so quickly. On a parting note she said "If I can do anything to help you please let me know. I sell real estate in the area and would be happy to help". It was not a pitch it was a helping hand and genuine concern for my Uncle and wanting the best for the situation. Quick family meeting with those who were there, fast google search once we saw all her sales in Arden on the Severn area we called her. Ten minutes later, she was back on property to start putting the wheels in motion. I would like to say it was quick and easy from there on out, but no the out of state guardianship situation made things very difficult, but Stacy did not give up. She was so patient, so kind, and many many times went beyond the call of what an agent is expected to do. She treated this situation as if it were her family member.
