The process involves driving through their warehouse building, and dealing with very confused loaders. The guy on tap didn't know what space heaters are, despite having the paperwork in front of him. He also didn't know how to operate them, then he forgot the base stabilizers which keep the unit from tumbling over. Returning the items was equally tedious, from wise-guy salesmen that can't answer simple questions., to customers that backup the pick-up / drop-off tunnel to shoot the breeze with the wise-guy salesman. This place is mediocre at best...similar to AutoZone and Checker, where the employees are irritated that they have to be nice to the customers

About the time the season stops and "winter" kicks in, it's time for a sharpening trip. they're friendly and efficient. I'll continue going. I must say, the shop smells quite strongly of gas. I feel sorry for the employees. If I had to smell that all day, I'd probably get a headache within the hour. I don't think it's good for their health. Even with a mask on because of covid, I can really smell it.
