We both got in the turning lane to get on the freeway and I noticed he was riding my butt. So once on the on ramp I moved to the left lane. When we got to the light to get on the freeway people were not using the lights due to bad traffic so everyone was just merging. I let him go in front of me after he rode my tail. While getting on the freeway, the far right lane eventually merges into the left lane on the freeway. He merged over quickly, and since there was nobody in front of me I decided to keep going in the right lane and merge naturally when the lines start to merge into one (As you should). He apparently didn't like that, and every time I would try to merge over he sped up until we were next to each other in the same lane and I had to go off the side and let him pass. I was not able to get a license plate as I was shaken up. But I can tell you the freeway entrance. It was on val vista and the 60west in Mesa AZ. So I am sure you can figure out who it is as they either live around there or were going to a call around there. He had just come out of safeway or the safeway gas station before getting on the freeway.
