Sierra was the Class Instructor, she was an absolute angel? Very kind and understanding and was able to make sure all the kids in a full classroom were catching the notes and learning what they needed to. She paid attention to detail for us. I felt extremely confident because of her teaching. As for the drive time: I always had Jocelyn (i think was her name) (the really short girl), and she was always wonderful to drive with. She was very calm with the way she instructed, very constructive & reassuring? i guess would be the way to put it? Instead of being nervous to be reprimanded when I drove wrong, she was very polite and understanding and was only focused on making sure I was understanding everything. It really only took us the first session for us to both be confident enough in my driving. She kept it fun while also making sure I was learning the ways of the road. It was like driving with a friend I'd known for years. I more than recommend Sierra and Jocelyn. They are so kind and helpful. I could not have become the driver I am without their help! Thank you

He would repeatedly tell me to call back, dodge my calls, tell me he's going to call back in an hour (he did not), and when I called back to follow up (expecting him to be professional and call when he SAYS he's going to call), he basically bit my head off and used the flaky excuse that "I get busy". (It had been 9 hours since he said he'd call back in an hour.) I have yet to have any of the 5 remaining lessons I am owed, and honestly, I don't intend to. He has been nothing but rude, unprofessional, and flaky since our first 2 lessons. I don't know what happened to make him flip so suddenly, but I am extremely displeased and offended by his conduct. I would not recommend him to anyone looking to get their license in the next year, as your schedule clearly does not matter to him.

My daughter was told after the class time that her parents needed to teach her to drive and their 7 hours was just extra driving time on top of the 50 we needed to do with. Whenever we would go to book time to get her in for instructor driving, no times were available. Finally we ended up just taking her to the mvd to do her driving test there. Only to find out she needed some paper from premier. She had passed the test at the mvd already. No one answered the phone so I ended up driving to the Montaño location only to find out premier wanted to do their own driving test. That was a Wednesday. The gal told me she would call me back that day. No call. I tried calling. Again no answer. I ended up driving back on Thursday morning only to find the only time she could do the test was Sunday. We came back on Sunday and the instructor just filled out the paper work and gave it to us. But apparently that couldn't have been done on Wednesday??? Now I'm at the mvd Monday afternoon and premier hasn't even been bothered to put the info into the system so she can get her license. The lack of communication is ridiculous. I definitely do NOT recommend premier and will not be taking any of my other kids there for driving "school".

As someone who drove beforehand and needed to fix a few issues here and there for not driving for some time, I decided to pay the adult education course offered at ABC Drivers Ed. Despite my early attempts to understand the direction of the teaching approach of my instructor Donny and the overall course, I was unable to achieve my goal at this time. I received shallow and obscure response and direction. Whenever I insisted to know what's going on, Donny never gave me a clear answer. It was pretty frustrating but I decided to be flexible. My bad. I wanted to complete a class for an hour a week, but Donny often offered to complete the class in two (2) hours. I don't think that's healthy and fair for a student. Personally, I felt pressured by Donny to complete as many hours as possible in a short period of time. I quite never understood the rush. He also often asked me to complete many hours in a week, even though I kept saying I'm unavailable. If I have to do it again, I will make my booking directly from the website, be more private about my personal driving practice and do not ask to drive more than an hour in one session. It didn't even make sense to me when he asked me to drive additional hours since I drove him for hours around town at least once and we went on the highway more than once. He was telling me how I was doing a good job and all. Very deceiving. In fact, Donny almost puts our lives in danger at one time as I blindly followed his driving instructions on a highway. My learning experience with Donny was unsatisfactory and poor because I left somewhat unsure about my driving skills even after the hours paid for my adult driving education course from ABC Drivers Ed. Donny said I have to learn one or two things but he actually fails to give the tools to achieve that while I was taking the course with him. He come across as courteous and friendly but as a teacher at a core, I won't recommend him unless you're ready to give him more money by paying additional driving classes. Reflecting back, I think since the beginning, his business objective was to get me to pay additional hours and earn more money that way because the charge is much higher. To be honest with you, I felt ripped off for my time and money by Donny and ABC Drivers Ed.

Since receiving that notification, I have made numerous attempts to schedule his driving lessons by calling the school's office. Unfortunately, my calls have consistently gone unanswered despite trying multiple phone numbers. After being unable to reach anyone by phone, we were forced to visit the office in person simply to schedule his lessons. At that time, we were informed that students are only permitted to complete one hour of driving instruction per week, meaning it would take an additional seven weeks to fulfill the required driving hours. I later contacted several other driving schools, all of which informed me that this is not standard practice and that they are typically able to complete the required driving instruction much more quickly. My son's first driving lesson was finally scheduled for July 21, 2027. However, on the morning of the appointment, the driving school called to cancel. When we attempted to call back to reschedule, once again no one answered the phone. We have continued trying to reach someone using several different phone numbers without success. At this point, I have also requested my son's records so that we can transfer to another driving school, but I have been unable to speak with anyone regarding that request because the school remains unreachable. This pattern of poor communication, repeated scheduling difficulties, and lack of responsiveness is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Families should not have to make repeated phone calls, appear in person simply to schedule required instruction, or face unreasonable delays in completing a driver's education program. The cancellation of my son's lesson without any accessible means of rescheduling has only compounded the issue.
